Most of us live very busy lives through work, extra circulars, or some people being parents. But one thing that stays constant is those feelings of infertility and struggling or grieving a vision of where your life may be. Happy Thanksgiving, ya bunch of turkeys! Its Thanksgiving time, and the girls thought a little mental health checkpoint would be due in light of the holidays and seasonal depression being a huge component this time of year......and food talk, because well...the food is important right now. Katie came prepared and ready to attack on this one with a personality chart so accurate, it gave us goosebumps, and Casey felt attacked. Just like how our personalities make us who we are, it also explains how we cope with certain situations too. On this episode, the girls break down their personalities and reflect on the way it also shows how we handle infertility. Growing through what we go through.

One of the things that's never thought about when battling infertility is how something as simple as a question can set off a whole roller coaster of emotions. When are you going to have your baby? Triggers are one of the things that is never considered in the world of infertility and is also one of the hardest parts. The girls got together and talked about all the different triggers, how they make them feel personally and how they handle them in hopes of giving some insight to others on some healthy coping mechanisms.... Or even going out to the bar and calling Katie.

Can we all agree that dealing with infertility is the worst club to be apart of? But hey, it's easier when you have a whole tribe to help you when you need it most! And that's where we come in!!!
