  1. Stop procrastinating and start showing compassion

We all lack every once in a while. But it’s time to wake up! Set your priorities for TODAY straight and get down to it. Do not worry about tomorrow, just focus on today. If you do the work today. Tomorrow will figure itself out as you face it… you guessed it, tomorrow. Be compassionate with...

  2. Life will turn YOUR side if you just WORK

I am amazed once again at how positive life can be when you look at it from the right point of view. Just put in the hours. It doesn’t have to be much today, but do something. You’re either getting better or worse. Take it one small amount at a time. Small changes make big results. Rome wasn’t...

  3. Snap out of the Paralysis by Analysis

Instead of thinking about the things you might have/want to do, simply start doing the things You Know you have to do. Start building that momentum.

  4. Will you MOVE or LAY DOWN?

Everyday we have a choice. We decide wether we move closer to our goals one brick at a time, or we lay down and move backwards by looking at our goals as far away and a waste of our time. We know where each decision will take us. If we MOVE(even if we fail): we will feel accomplished and…

  5. Why would you erase everything about that person?

It’s wrong to define a person or a phase in your life as being objectively and purely bad or negative. “Negative things happen, but negative thoughts only make them worse”.

  6. What your Childhood says about you Now

Your childhood is a good focus point to find your strong suits today. Or so i think.

  7. try waking up early

Waking up earlier than you or than other people usually do, has some great advantages to your daily routine, your mood, your productivity and your perspective on life. So I suggest, if you don’t do it already, try it out for a couple of weeks or days. It doesn’t have to be everyday. Maybe start...

  8. How do you want to remember this moment in time?

Sometimes we grasp too much on the negatives and what we didn’t do right, but is it actually helpful to hit ourselves on the wrists that much? I think not. No matter what your situation is now nor how bad you fucked up yesterday, smile at life and enjoy it. Do the work, it wont be perfect, but at...

  9. true enjoyment in life comes only after arduous work.

The more shit you consciously and purposely put on with on your day-to-day life, the more enjoyment you’ll get out of the day-to-day things you love.

  10. Get things started, one step at a time

Things get done one thing at a time. No matter how greater the problem may seem, it isn’t greater than you. This won’t be your downfall, unless you let it be, by not getting started with it. So regain perspective and focus on what’s in front of you right now. We all can get through this process.

  11. Trust YOUR process

One of the keys to achieving anything is consistency. And we all know that staying consistent can be a bitch sometimes, that’s why we must take the small victories. We must remind ourselves of our past victories as well as the grudges, so that they help us push forward. Trust your process and…

  12. Pain is finite, just get through the now

All emotions are finite. They come and they go. Whatever rough patch you’re going through right now. However that resistance or uncomfortable task looks like, remember that one day it’ll be over. It may be in one year, or it may be over tomorrow. Just do what you have to do NOW. Do what you have…

  13. Are you seriously taking criticism from them?

Many of us take advice from the right people on the wrong topic, while we should be aware that some people are just not so clever on some topics.

  14. Make muscle memory work FOR YOU

Many times we get caught up on the flow of the day, doing things how we’ve always done them, without questioning them. In order to make muscle memory work for us, we must catch these cues or moments in which we act out unproductively, acknowledge them, and use them as the cue for what we should…

  15. Loosen up your grip on life

We must try to find that sweet spot when doing things that’s neither too perfect, nor too laid back; but rather balanced. Weather that means taking a step back for a moment or simply using a different approach.

  16. Love the never-ending process

Find yourself in those “against all odds” situations, and rise up. Strive to be better everyday by doing better everyday. Everyone has setbacks, so what? What can you do right now? The past is buried! The future is a mystery! The moment is now.

  17. Change of seasons is underrated

Be it summer, spring, autumn , or winter, they all bring something unique to them. So work with what they give you and maximize its possible uses.

  18. Don’t seek for validation from others

We are the ones that set our standards and the only ones to grade us after them.

  19. Focus on minimizing the bad days instead of perfecting the good ones

No day has to be perfect as long as they keep on coming. Reduce the bad days instead.

  20. You made a mistake, so what?

Don’t be so harsh on yourself. We all have different unique problems. We all make mistakes. I try to focus on the now and how i can be better than who i was one second ago.

  21. When you know you found the one (u don’t)

Many times in life, I’ve felt as if i need to bring more and more people into my life to be socially “cool” or satisfied. When in reality, that number of people should’ve always been set up to my own standards.

  22. How i forgot my anxiety type problems (for a day)

I tend to get anxiety type problems more often than I would like during my everyday life. Our brains are designed to wander and take us to those dark places sometimes. That’s why i go through what helped me overcome and forget those anxieties this past week.

  23. You went mad for a min? That’s ok

It’s ok to lose patience and rage. Just acknowledge it.

  24. Gear up mentally for tough moments

Gearing up mentally for a tough moment or event or change, mentally preparing for it, won’t make it feel good, but it will make it suck less ;).

  25. Great inspiration comes from variety

Great, valuable inspiration comes from a variety and range of mediums through which you consume this information.

  26. Don’t skip forward in life. Open up to the now

With conscious appreciation for the present moment, you’ll be able to capture more of the beauty in your life right now.

  27. Your own way of learning

Find your own way of learning, the way that works for you.

  28. You decide what love looks like

You are the one that decides what is enough and love and how love looks like. There’ll always be someone that’s funnier, better looking, more emotional, more romantic, more interesting, more outgoing, and so on. But you are the one that has the last word and decides when and with who to settle down.

  29. Being more effective by finding meaning

Finding meaning in our day to day activities, not only help us enjoy these activities better, but also make us more effective and productive at them.

  30. Build habits: keeping the streak alive

Jerry Seinfeld had this mental trick, to keep his habit of writing jokes alive, in which he would write a joke everyday. Definitely something you might want to implement to some habit you want to build.

  31. Turn your fitness goals into a game

By turning your fitness goals into a game and making the daring, you’re more likely to stay motivated and to stick to them.

  32. Embrace the imperfection of your decisions

More often than not, we tend to be too critical of our every actions. For those moments, it’s better to accept that no action or reaction will please everyone nor, by consequence, be perfect.

  33. Contentment in your interactions with others

Contentment and acceptance help relationships of all kinds. Rather than seeking validation with every interaction, listen for the opportunities to comfort them when they need you.

  34. One way to find motivation in rough times

When lacking motivation or simply needing a pump, it helps to envision yourself enjoying the benefits of achieving your goal. The book I talk about is “Time”, by Daniel H. Pink.

  35. Why should you not compare yourself to others

Catch yourself next time you’re comparing yourself to others. Don’t attach your situation to the one of the person you’re talking with. You’ll get more objective knowledge that way and you’ll enjoy the exchange better.

  36. Go talk to that person you admire

Next time you’re at an event or somewhere there’s a person you admire for any reason, go talk to them and tell them why. Tell them how their work affects your life. The book I cite is “How to talk to anyone” by Leil Lowndes”:).

  37. It’s ok to feel awkward when trying out something new.

It’s ok to feel awkward when doing something out of the ordinary. The positive is you went for it.

  38. Focus on the progress you can make today.

I find it lighter when you focus on the concrete actions you can take today to get closer to your goals, rather than always thinking ahead.

  39. Don’t generalize problems with your partner

In order to not escalate problems or discussions with your partner, I believe is better to focus on the situation at matter. Don’t generalize, because when you do that, you’re making the problem bigger, and therefore, harder to fix.

  40. Go try something different

Instead of settling for what you usually do, get out of your comfort zone and try something out of the ordinary. Who knows when it might come in handy?

  41. Be Proud of your accent

Don’t feel ashamed because you have an accent, because it might actually show that you’re actually intelligent.

When learning something new, it is ok to get frustrated (sometimes very), otherwise the topic wont be as long lasting

  43. Taking Criticism Better

Accept Criticism unhesitatingly next time it comes your way.
