It’s Okay Not to Be Ok

by Elaye Holland

In life we’re going to have days when we don’t feel okay and that’s ok. We want to normalize certain things that society’s view on masculinity may challenge, we want to help people find ways to process life’s ups and downs in a way that can serve as an alternative to the whole keeping things bottled up narrative that may occur within our demographic. We aim to uplift our listeners with advice on how to embrace the mindset of not only wanting to live to see an elder age , but to mentally know that you were able to pass things of value to your future generations. Of course the topics may steer off course at times , we’ll never lose sight of the work that needs to be done in order to strengthen our relationships and connections to bring a brighter universe forward
