    The Idaho Student Murders

    In this episode, we discuss the Idaho student murders, which occurred in November 2022. Four University of Idaho students were fatally stabbed in a rental home in Moscow, Idaho. Bryan Kohberger, a 30-year-old criminology Ph.D. student was arrested in Pennsylvania in December 2022 after DNA evidence linked him to the crime scene. Kohberger pleaded guilty to four counts of first-degree murder and onecount of burglary, to avoid the death penalty. The first involves a 14 year old girl, Enci “Aubrey” Wu, who snuck out of her parents' home and has not been seen since January 10, 2025. The police have very few leads. After a night of drinking, she went swimming with a man she met and she has not been seen since. The police have been questioning the man and investigating his story.     Parental Liability for Children's Acts
