    Lael Sleeps Around the World

Lael Sleeps Around the World, presented by Quad Lock.My ride around the world took 108 days. That means I slept somewhere different for 108 nights in a row. I recorded a podcast every night and learned that some people used it as a way to wind down their days. This one's for you. We all need more sleep. This podcast is designed to slow down the pace and help us all rest and recover.Warning– don’t listen while driving or doing something else that requires focus and alertness, like brain surgery or route building.Deep breaths in, purse your lips and sigh it out. We’re in this together.Love, Lael
