Bottom line is I am hyper present today to the reality that every moment, meeting, call, or swim under a waterfall is truly "once in a lifetime" and I wanted to infuse this awareness and readiness into your mind as I go throughout my day and you go throughout yours trying to be more than just productive and busy!
