She is one of the Managing Editors of Leisure Studies. Her research focuses on responsible outdoor recreation, gender, and more-than-human perspectives. Dr Jason King is a Senior Lecturer in Outdoor Education in the School of Sport at Leeds Beckett University, UK. His research focuses on responsible outdoor recreation and leadership. His PhD explored the role of leadership behaviour in building trust in low-predictability environments. He has over 20 years of experience working in outdoor recreation across the globe and is a co-founder of the Responsible Outdoor Recreation Research Group (RORR), based at Leeds Beckett University.Dr Adele Doran is an Associate Head, leading Research and Knowledge Exchange at Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Her research focuses on recreation, including responsible recreation, gender, decent work, leadership, and outdoor education, and she works with both private and public sector organisations.

Dr Nicola de Martini Ugolotti - Leisure and (forced) migration
This conversation is co- hosted by Prof Sandro Carnicelli and Prof Louise Mansfield. Today we will talk to Dr Nicola de Martini Ugolotti author of the book Music, Forced Migration and Emplacement. Nicola is senior lecturer in Sport and Physical Culture at Bournemouth University, and member of Associazione Frantz Fanon in Turin, Italy. He completed his PhD in Physical Cultural Studies at the University of Bath, after a MSc in Medical Anthropology at the University of Amsterdam, and several years of professional activity as a clinical psychologist with migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in Italy. His interdisciplinary research focuses on leisure and expressive forms of physicality as lenses to address the reciprocal constitution of bodies, spaces, power and subjectivities in contemporary contexts of (forced) migration, uneven urban changes, and social exclusion. Nicola is also an Associate Editor of both Leisure Sciences and the Leisure Studies journal.
