Cheerful or Fearful? | 2 Corinthians 9:6–11Preached by Pastor Eric Stewart | Sunday, May 17In this powerful message from 2 Corinthians 9:6–11, Pastor Eric Stewart challenges us to examine our hearts and ask an important question: Am I a cheerful giver or a fearful giver?Building on Paul’s teaching about generosity, this sermon explores the “Law of the Harvest” and reveals how our giving is deeply connected to our faith, trust, and spiritual transformation. Pastor Eric walks through the biblical principle that we reap what we sow, reminding believers that generosity is not ultimately about money—it is about surrender, trust, and obedience to God.This message also highlights the difference between giving driven by fear and giving motivated by joy. Through Scripture and practical application, listeners are encouraged to trust that God is able to provide, multiply, increase, and enrich those who faithfully obey Him.Whether you struggle with fear, scarcity, or simply want to grow deeper in generosity, this sermon will challenge and encourage you to trust God more fully and live with open hands and a joyful heart.Key Scriptures:2 Corinthians 9:6–11Galatians 6:7–8Proverbs 17:222 Timothy 1:7Ephesians 3:20–21Philippians 4:19#Generosity #Faith #Giving #2Corinthians #ChristianPodcast  #SermonPodcast #TrustGodOUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

May 10th 2025 message from Liberty Church in Lula GA

In this special Mother’s Day message from our Sunday, May 10th morning worship gathering at Liberty Church, Lead Pastor Eric Stewart walks through 2 Corinthians 8:1–9 in a sermon entitled “A Generous Church.”Through Paul’s powerful words about the Macedonian believers, Pastor Eric challenges us to rethink what true generosity really looks like. Generosity is not about the amount we give, but the heart behind it. This message explores what happens when God’s grace transforms our priorities, our love, and our willingness to be part of His kingdom work.As we reflect on the sacrificial love often displayed by mothers, we are ultimately pointed to the greatest example of generosity—Jesus Christ, who became poor so that we might become rich through His grace. This encouraging and challenging message calls every believer to examine their heart and ask: Am I truly generous? Is the Lord first in my life? What do I genuinely love?Join us as we learn what it means to build God’s kingdom instead of our own castles and become the kind of church marked by joyful, grace-filled generosity.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

What if the greatest tragedy isn’t lost people… but saved people who never step into their calling? This past Sunday, Pastor Eric Stewart brought a powerful message from 2 Corinthians 5:14–21 titled “My Ministry.”We were reminded that following Jesus isn’t just about being saved—it’s about being sent. His love compels us, His Spirit changes us, and His mission now belongs to us.🔥 If you’ve been made new, you’re called to live new.🔥 If you’ve experienced reconciliation, you’re called to share it.🔥 If you know the message, you carry the ministry. This message will challenge the way you see people, your purpose, and your everyday life.Don’t just watch—lean in and ask: Am I living on mission?▶️ Watch now and be encouraged, equipped, and sent.#MyMinistry #OnMission #FaithInAction #2Corinthians5 #ChurchOnline #LiveSentOUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

April 26th, 2026 message from Liberty Church in Lula, GA

This past Sunday, our lead pastor, Eric Stewart, delivered a powerful message from Second Epistle to the Corinthians 4:1–6 titled “Let There Be Light.”We were challenged to refuse to quit when life gets hard—because what feels like a setback may actually be God setting us up for His glory. The call was clear: get up and don’t give up.Pastor Eric then pressed us deeper—reminding us that real freedom begins when we get honest before God, laying down sin, shame, and anything we’ve been hiding. Because you can’t heal what you won’t reveal. From there, the message turned outward: your light matters. God hasn’t overlooked you—He’s called and sent you. The very answer you’ve been praying for in someone else’s life might be staring back at you in the mirror. We were also reminded of a sobering truth—many people around us are spiritually blind, not resistant but unable to see. That reality should stir compassion and urgency in how we live and love.At the center of it all was this truth: it’s not about us—it’s all about Jesus. He is the source, the mission, and the message. And in the end, the challenge echoed loud and clear: The question isn’t if there is light—the question is, will you let it shine through you?🔥 Listen to the full message and be challenged to live it out this week. #LetThereBeLightOUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

April 19th, 2025 message from Liberty Church in Lula, GA

This past Sunday, April 19th, during our morning worship gathering, Lead Pastor Eric Stewart opened up a powerful new journey through the book of 2 Corinthians with a message titled “The Power of Affliction.”Right from the beginning of chapter one, we’re reminded of something that often feels contradictory—yet deeply true: that God is both fully aware of our pain and fully present within it. Paul introduces God as the “Father of mercies and the God of all comfort,” and Pastor Eric unpacked what that really means for us—not as an abstract idea, but as a lived reality. This message challenged us to rethink what comfort actually is. It’s not always God pulling us out of hardship—but more often, it’s God walking with us through it. In a world that constantly seeks escape from pain, we were reminded that God’s promise is His presence, not always immediate relief. As the sermon unfolded, we saw that affliction and comfort don’t exist separately—they often overflow together. The same life that experiences deep struggle can also experience overwhelming grace. It’s in our weakness that God’s strength becomes most visible. One of the most impactful truths from the message was this: our affliction may not just be about us. God can use our pain as a platform to shine light into someone else’s darkness. The struggles we walk through can become testimonies that point others to hope, healing, and ultimately, to Him.Pastor Eric also didn’t shy away from the reality that affliction can feel overwhelming—even to the point of despair. Paul himself described moments where he felt beyond his own strength. But that place of weakness serves a purpose—it shifts our dependence away from ourselves and firmly onto God, the One who raises the dead. And that leads to one of the most hope-filled promises in the message: God will deliver. Not always on our timeline, not always in the way we expect—but His faithfulness is never in question. Even when the answer feels delayed, heaven is not silent, and God is still at work behind the scenes. The message closed with a powerful challenge—affliction carries power. The question is not whether it will shape us, but how. Will it grow us spiritually? Will it draw us into deeper community? Or will it lead us toward bitterness?Ultimately, we were left with this defining question:What power are you allowing affliction to have in your life? This sermon wasn’t just about understanding suffering—it was about reframing it. Seeing it not as meaningless pain, but as a place where God’s comfort, purpose, and power are fully at work.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

April12th, 2025 message from Liberty Church in Lula, GA

This past Sunday, April 12th, during our morning worship gathering, Lead Pastor Eric Stewart brought a powerful and timely message centered on one word: Victory.Rooted in 1 Corinthians 15:35–58, this message reminds us that the resurrection of Jesus isn’t just something we celebrate once a year—it’s a present reality that changes how we live every single day. Because Jesus has already conquered sin, death, and the grave, we’re not fighting for victory—we’re living from it.Pastor Eric walks us through four clear and challenging responses to that truth. As believers, we are called to be steadfast—anchored and consistent in our faith even when comfort tempts us to drift. We are to be immovable—deeply rooted in Christ, not easily shaken by culture, pressure, or fear. We are to be always excelling—faithfully showing up, doing good, and growing in our walk with Jesus, even when it’s not glamorous or immediately rewarding. And finally, we are reminded to know—to have full confidence—that our labor in the Lord is not in vain. Every prayer, every act of obedience, every moment of service matters. Even when it goes unseen, heaven keeps perfect record. This message is both encouraging and challenging, calling us to examine what we are truly living and laboring for. If the victory has already been won, then how should that shape the way we live today?Take a moment to listen in, be encouraged, and be challenged to live a life marked by victory in Christ.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

From patience and kindness to forgiveness and truth, this sermon points us to the ultimate picture of love displayed through the cross and resurrection of Jesus. This message is a reminder that while we fall short, God’s love never does. March 29th, 2025 message from Liberty Church in Lula, GA

RUN WELL | 1 Corinthians 9:24–27What does it mean to truly live a life that counts? In this powerful message, Run Well,  Pastor Eric unpacks a clear and urgent call to every believer: following Jesus is not a casual jog—it’s a race that demands focus, discipline, and endurance. Preached during our March 29th morning worship gathering, this sermon challenges us with a sobering reality—we are not just living day to day, we are running toward eternity.Drawing from 1 Corinthians 9:24–27, this message highlights four critical truths:We are in a race—and it’s not a game. Surrounded by a cloud of witnesses, we are called to lay aside every weight and fix our eyes on Jesus. At the same time, Scripture reminds us that we are in a spiritual battle, not against people, but against unseen forces. This race requires awareness and urgency.Everything matters. Just like an athlete trains with discipline, we are called to live lives marked by self-control and intentionality. The direction of our lives—not perfection—reveals the authenticity of our faith.Don’t run aimlessly. God has given each of us a purpose, and we are called to live wisely, making the most of our time. The question we must wrestle with is this: Are we living for things that are truly worth Christ dying for?Don’t be disqualified. Paul’s warning is clear—it's possible to look the part on the outside while lacking true spiritual integrity within. A life of discipline, surrender, and daily obedience is what keeps us aligned with God’s calling. This message is both a challenge and an invitation—to examine our lives, refocus our priorities, and commit to running our race with endurance, purpose, and unwavering faith. You are in a race. You are in a fight. So run well.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

March 8, 2025 message from Liberty Church in Lula, GA

Podcast Overview – “Kingdom Business”Preached March 8, 2026 by Pastor Eric StewartIn this powerful message from 1 Corinthians 5:6–13, Pastor Eric Stewart confronts one of the most uncomfortable—but necessary—topics in the life of the church: dealing with sin within the body of Christ. The church in Corinth had begun to compromise, tolerating sin so severe that even the surrounding culture recognized it as wrong. Through the Apostle Paul’s instruction, we are reminded that a compromising church becomes a crippled church, but a pure church becomes a powerful witness for Christ.Drawing from Scripture and practical illustrations, Pastor Eric challenges believers to recognize that unrepented sin never stays small—it always grows. Like yeast spreading through dough, tolerated sin quietly expands until it affects the entire body. As quoted from J. Vernon McGee, “A pure church is a powerful church, but an impure church is a paralyzed church.”This sermon walks through four critical truths about handling Kingdom Business: It Is Time to Clean Out – Believers must stop boasting in themselves while ignoring sin. True courage means confronting sin boldly and lovingly, because what goes unaddressed will always grow. The Issue Is Sin in the Church – Scripture makes clear that the church cannot expect the lost world to live like redeemed people. The call to holiness begins inside the body of Christ, where believers are called to live differently. Kingdom Instruction – Rather than operating from emotions, opinions, gossip, or complaints, Jesus Himself gave clear instructions in Matthew 18 for dealing with conflict and sin. Pastor Eric explains the biblical process:One-on-one conversationBring others with you if neededBring the matter to the churchThis process is not about winning arguments but winning back brothers and sisters. As Dietrich Bonhoeffer warned, “Nothing can be more cruel than the leniency which abandons others to their sin.” And as Ken Sande reminds us, “The goal of confrontation is restoration, not condemnation.” Remove the Evil – Ultimately, the church must take sin seriously. Pastor Eric calls believers to stop fighting with sin and start fighting against it. True repentance isn’t simply feeling bad—it is turning away and following Christ. As J. D. Greear says, “Repentance is not just feeling bad about sin; it’s turning away from it.”The message closes with a clear challenge:We don’t work for Burger King where we get it “our way.”We serve the King of Kings, and Kingdom people must handle conflict the King’s way. This sermon will challenge you to examine your own life, your relationships within the church, and your willingness to obey Christ’s instructions even when the conversations are hard. Because when God’s people handle Kingdom Business God’s way, the result is healing, restoration, and a church that shines like stars in a dark world. March 1st Message from Liberty Church

Which Way? | 1 Corinthians 4:6–17This week’s message picks up the momentum from D-NOW’s theme, “THE WAY,” and presses the question deeper: Which Way are you actually walking? In Which Way?, we open to 1 Corinthians 4:6–17 and confront four defining realities of the Christian life:1️⃣ How Are You Viewed? (vv. 6–13) Your life is preaching a sermon long before your mouth ever does. Scripture reminds us in 1 Timothy 3:7 and 1 Peter 2:12 that our reputation matters—not for ego, but for witness. As A.W. Tozer said, “The world is not won by argument but by example.” You are an ambassador for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20). The question is: Are you clarifying Jesus to the world… or confusing Him?2️⃣ Discipleship Is Key (vv. 14–15) We don’t just need more information—we need transformation through intentional relationships. Echoing the command of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20), this message calls believers to move beyond programs and into personal disciple-making. As Dietrich Bonhoeffer warned, “Christianity without discipleship is always Christianity without Christ.” Faithful men and women reproduce faithful men and women (2 Timothy 2:2). Disciples make disciples.3️⃣ What Will You Imitate? (v. 16) You become what you behold. The apostle Paul boldly says, “Imitate me as I imitate Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1). From Tim Keller’s reminder that “You don’t become what you want. You become what you worship,” to Voddie Baucham’s warning that you are discipling your children whether you intend to or not—this message challenges you to examine your patterns, influences, and example. Change the ingredients, and you change the outcome.4️⃣ Which Way? (v. 17) Like Joshua’s call in Joshua 24:15, the decision is personal and urgent. There are only two paths—life or destruction (John 10:10; Romans 6:23). Following Christ is not passive. It requires cross-bearing before crown-wearing, as Charles Spurgeon powerfully said. This episode is a bold call to examine your witness, embrace intentional discipleship, choose Christlike imitation, and settle once and for all the direction of your life.Which Way are you going? Which Way are you showing? Which Way will you choose today?OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

February 22nd message from Liberty Church

Podcast Title: Spirit LedText: 1 Corinthians 2:10–16Preached February 22 | Liberty Church | Pastor Eric StewartThis week, our Lead Pastor, Eric Stewart, launched us into our new journey through the book of First Corinthians with a bold and necessary challenge: If we truly want revival, we must be Spirit led.Flowing out of last week’s question — “Do I Want Revival?” from Epistle to the Galatians — we were reminded of this foundational truth:To be Spirit led, I must be Spirit fed.In this powerful message from 1 Corinthians 2:10–16, Pastor Eric unpacks how the Holy Spirit actively works in the life of every believer:The Spirit Reveals – He illuminates Scripture and reveals the glory of Christ. The Spirit Searches – He penetrates the deep things of God and transforms us from the inside out.The Spirit Knows – He intercedes in our weakness and invites us into intimate relationship. The Spirit Gives Understanding – Not new revelation, but new sight into the truth already written. The Spirit Teaches – He is not a force, but a Person who leads, convicts, and reminds us of truth. With or Without Him? – You are either operating in self-made strength or God’s supernatural power. This message is a clear call to move beyond information into transformation. The Holy Spirit gives us:Power to standPower to speakPower to overcomePower to endurePower to be forgivenPower to become who God has called us to beThe question is simple and unavoidable:Are you with Him or without Him?If you’re hungry to live strengthened in your inner being, walking in supernatural power instead of self-reliance, this episode will challenge and equip you to be Spirit fed — and therefore Spirit led.Listen now and allow the Spirit to reveal, search, teach, and strengthen you from the inside out.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

February 15th 2026 Message from Liberty Church

This week, our Lead Pastor, Eric Stewart, challenges us with a piercing and personal question: Do I truly want revival?Revival isn’t hype. It isn’t emotion. It isn’t a moment at the altar. Biblical revival is a spiritual reawakening—a return to obedience, holiness, hunger for God’s Word, repentance, and bold witness. It is the Spirit of God producing visible fruit in everyday life.Walking straight through Galatians 5:16–26, Pastor Eric reminds us that revival begins internally before it ever shows up externally. You must be Spirit-led — and to be Spirit-led, you must be Spirit-fed. The Holy Spirit never contradicts the Word of God. Left to ourselves, we miss the mark every time. But through Christ, we have everything required for life and godliness. There is a battle inside of you. Flesh versus Spirit. Mindset versus mindset. You don’t drift into revival—you fight for it. Take up the armor. Resist. Prepare. Take your stand. The works of the flesh are obvious. No more excuses. No more justification. Be honest. Repent. Believe. Follow Jesus. What are you practicing? Practice makes permanent. If there’s no change in your practice, there’s no change in your play. The fruit of the Spirit isn’t manufactured—it’s cultivated. You can’t produce it, but you are responsible to cultivate what the Spirit grows. What have you crucified? You either crucify sin, or sin will crucify you. Revival always requires a cross.Stay lined up. Keep showing up. Keep getting into the Word until the Word gets into you. Fix your eyes on Jesus.Quoting voices like Jonathan Edwards, A. W. Tozer, and R. C. Sproul, this message reinforces that revival begins with obedience, humility, repentance, and submission to the authority of Scripture. The standard isn’t your neighbor. The standard is Christ. And the fruit tells the story. This episode is not just a sermon—it’s a mirror. A call to stop playing church and start crucifying flesh. A call to fight the internal battle. A call to line up daily with the Spirit of God.Revival is possible. But the real question is:Do I truly want revival?OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

February 8th, 2025 message from Liberty Church Lula

DON’T TURN BACK | Galatians 3:27–4:9In this message from Galatians 3 and 4, we are reminded of a powerful truth: freedom in Christ is not something we earn—it’s something we live in. Paul’s words confront our tendency to drift backward into old ways of thinking, living, and relating to God after we’ve already been set free. This episode walks through four gospel realities every believer must hold onto:We must be born again, not just improved or religious, but radically transformed by Christ. We are no longer slaves, but sons and daughters—heirs of God through adoption, not performance. We are not merely people who know about God, but those who are truly known by Him in a covenant, relational way. And because of all this, the call is clear and uncompromising: don’t turn back.Paul warns that returning to bondage—whether legalism, sin, fear, or self-reliance—robs us of the joy, freedom, and identity Christ died to give us. Jesus didn’t save us so we could live half-free or keep looking over our shoulder. He calls us to press forward, hands on the plow, eyes fixed ahead. You can leave forgiven, adopted, known, and free… or you can stay exactly where you are. This episode is a challenge to stand firm in grace, live as an heir, and refuse to trade the glory of Christ for the crumbs of the past.Don’t turn back.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

    January 25th 2026 Message

In this message from 1 Thessalonians 4:9–12, Pastor Eric challenges us with a timely and necessary call: Mind Your Own Business. The Apostle Paul isn’t encouraging isolation or indifference—he’s calling believers to a life of focused obedience, authentic love, and disciplined faithfulness. When we stop being distracted by others and start taking responsibility for what God has entrusted to us, unity grows, grace abounds, and the gospel is put on display. This sermon explores what it means to love one another in action, pursue peace within biblical community, resist the pull of comparison and meddling, and get to work fulfilling our God-given calling. It’s a reminder that the quiet life isn’t a small life—it’s a life fully engaged in obedience to Christ.Whether you’re feeling distracted, discouraged, or simply need a refocus, this message will encourage you to stay faithful, stay focused, and walk out your calling with purpose.Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 4:9–12 Message Title: Mind Your Own Business Speaker: Pastor Eric Church: Liberty ChurchOUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

    January 11th 2026 Message

Episode Recap - DON’T STOP!!! — 1 Thessalonians 4:1–8What does it look like to live a faith that refuses to stall out? In this message, we continue our 2026 journey through 1 Thessalonians by stepping into chapter 4, where Paul challenges believers to live with a relentless, forward-moving mindset: DON’T STOP.Rooted in the call to sanctification, this sermon confronts the temptation to settle spiritually and reminds us that following Jesus demands progress, not perfection. We’ll explore God’s will for every believer—our ongoing growth in holiness—and how that shapes the way we think, desire, and live. This message speaks directly to:Don’t Stop Growing — why spiritual stagnation is never neutral and how real growth is always toward Christ.Don’t Stop Knowing God’s Will — understanding sanctification as a process and learning to submit our desires to Jesus.Sexual purity and self-control — God’s design, the danger of sexual sin, and how the Spirit empowers us to flee sin and pursue righteousness.Living holy in community — why accountability and biblical community are essential for healing and freedom.Don’t Stop Rejecting the Flesh — daily dying to self and glorifying God with our bodies. This sermon is both a loving warning and a hopeful call: stop medicating your pain with sin, seek Jesus, and begin the road to recovery today. Healing requires grace from God and grit from us—and it never happens in isolation. If you’re ready to move forward, break free, and live the life God has called you to, this message is for you. Don’t stop.OUR LIBERTY CHURCH CORE VALUESI Will Worship EnthusiasticallyI Will  Pray ConsistentlyI Will Grow Intentionally I Will Serve HumblyI Will Give Generously I Will Share BoldlyFind out more about Liberty Church at www.thelibertyfamily.com Contact us vis email at [email protected].

Rooted in 1 Thessalonians 1, this message reminds us that a strong year is built through consistent faith, work produced by faith, labor motivated by love, and endurance inspired by hope.
