Keep Building Yourself - Don't Look Back

In this episode, I dive into the hard truth about giving people from your past another chance — and how it can hold you back from who you’re becoming. Growth isn’t always visible on the outside, and those who haven’t done the work themselves often can’t recognize your transformation or your worth. I share why it’s important to stop looking back, stay aligned with your vision, and keep building forward. The right people — the ones who truly see you — will find you. Keep going. Your future is calling.

Why You're Distracted From Your True Self - Your Better Version

Hey everyone, welcome back. I wanted to talk about something that's been sitting heavy on my heart lately — how often we’re distracted from who we really are. It’s so easy to get caught up in the noise — in what everyone else is doing, saying, and expecting. We start living on autopilot, following the crowd, ignoring that little voice inside that’s trying to guide us back to ourselves. But the truth is… when you take a moment to pause, to sit in stillness without all the outside influence — something powerful happens. You start to see again. You start to feel what's real. What is. And what can be.It might be easier to follow the herd, to keep pretending, to numb out — but that’s not really living. That’s just existing. And you? You're more than what you’ve known. You're more than your patterns. You’re more than the story you keep repeating. We all have the power to shift, to grow, to return to the truth of who we are — and that truth? It's already inside you.So today, I just want to hold space for that reminder. For you to come back to yourself — even just for a moment.

Why do People Judge You - Its Not about You

Judgment is a human flaw, but it’s also a habit—and like any habit, it can be redirected. Most people don’t pause long enough to question their thoughts. But when you take a step back and really look within, you’ll realize:✨ You’re not behind.✨ You’re not broken.✨ You’re not failing. You’re just growing.Refocusing your energy back to yourself is key.And practicing that daily? What It Means To Be Consistent - Finding Your Flow.

Hi everyone! Welcome to another episode where we dive into what it really means to be consistent and how that can look different for each person. Life ebbs and flows, and so does our consistency. Putting too much pressure on yourself to follow an unwritten timeline can actually set you back instead of moving you forward.Instead, focus on finding your flow—what works for your lifestyle. Whatever your goals or ambitions may be, make them work for you in a way that feels sustainable. Being consistent isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up over time, putting in effort every day, no matter how big or small the step. That’s what truly leads to progress.

Staying In Your Lane - Focusing On Yourself and your WHY

Hi, and welcome back to another episode of Life Sober and Shit! This week, I’m sharing my personal journey on staying in my own lane—focusing on what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and making sure it’s driven by purpose. I talk about how I’ve learned not to let external judgment or criticism shake me, and how truly transformational it is when you take back your power and focus on what you can control. Reminder: Keep doing what you're doing, and as long as it's a path that fulfills you, that’s all that matters. Stay true to yourself!

Trust The Process: Embracing Growth and Gratitude

Sometimes we get so caught up in what we’re doing and what’s next that we lose sight of where we are and how far we’ve come. It can be hard to notice the progress we’ve made because we’re so focused on the here and now. But taking a moment to look back can give us a fresh perspective—a reminder of the growth we might not see in the moment. If you’re working on yourself or chasing new goals, this is your reminder: you’re doing just fine. You don’t need external validation to feel good about where you are. Gratitude for what you have now will keep you grounded, and trusting the process is a vital part of the journey. Growth takes time, and great things don’t happen overnight. Stay patient, stay focused, and keep moving forward—you’ve got this.

Don't Tell People Your Plans - How To Protect Yourself

Hey guys, and welcome back to another episode of 'Life Sober and Shit.' In this episode, I’m sharing my own experience and what I’ve noticed happens when you share your thoughts, ideas, or plans with the wrong people. The wrong people often judge, criticize, and project their own insecurities onto you, which can derail you from staying true to yourself. I’ve learned to keep my ideas and thoughts to myself and only share them with those who genuinely support me. This is your reminder: choose carefully who you share your life with.

Why I Am the Way I Am - A Personal Journey Through Trauma and Growth

Hi there! In this chaotic episode, I dive into my personal story and the realization of why I am the way I am. It’s a lot to unpack, but our past truly shapes who we are today, often without us even realizing it. I explore how experiences and traumas can hold us back and prevent us from moving forward. This is my story—my struggles, my traumas, and the journey they’ve taken me on. I hope sharing this helps others feel seen and inspires them to reflect on their own journeys.

  13. 40

Feeling Alone, Not Seen, Heard And Accepted?

Hey everyone, it’s been a while, but I’m back with a new episode, and this one is deeply personal. I open up about my journey with mental health struggles, including moments of feeling unseen, unaccepted, and battling thoughts of suicide. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t belong or that your struggles are too heavy to carry, this message is for you. You’re not alone. Let’s navigate this together.

  14. 39

Changing your Perspective Can Change your Life

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey of shifting my outlook and the powerful ways that changing how I respond to my own thoughts can truly transform life for the better. Becoming conscious of our thoughts and learning not to internalize the emotions or judgments of others is key to living as our most authentic selves. It’s not always easy to stay committed to self-improvement, but I want to remind you that change is possible. We have the power to shape ourselves through the way we think. Our thoughts create our reality, and by changing them, we can change how we see ourselves and the world around us.

  15. 38

Becoming Complacent in life and Tired of the same shit?

In this episode, I open up about my own realization that I had become complacent—too comfortable and losing focus on what I truly want. I’ve come to understand that our daily habits shape who we are becoming, and pushing things aside for "later" or "not now" can lead us down the wrong path. Life isn't always easy, and it’s okay to not be okay. I’m advocating for mental health and emphasizing the importance of self-care and self-love. When we give ourselves the attention we need, we can show up better for ourselves and, ultimately, for the life we want to create.

  16. 37

The version you see yourself as; is the only version that matters

In this episode, I talk about how we often let other people’s opinions and perceptions shape who we are, forgetting that the only version of ourselves that truly matters is our own. Each of us is on a unique journey, and we have the power to create the life we envision by taking small steps toward becoming our true selves. The journey itself is the story, and it’s never-ending. I explore the process of unlearning, reprogramming our minds, and believing that change is possible. While our past may shape us, it doesn’t have to determine our future. So much of what we’ve been taught can be limiting, holding us back from reaching our fullest potential. It may seem easier to follow a path laid out for us, but living as your authentic self is incredibly powerful. I also dive into the importance of believing that you are worthy of abundance in all areas—wealth, health, and happiness. As I continue my own growth journey and advocate for mental health and wellness, I hope to inspire and help anyone this message reaches.

  17. 36

What does your third eye really mean?

In this episode, I dive into the power we all have within us if we choose to seek it. I explore the concept of the third eye—not just from a spiritual perspective, but also scientifically—and how we can naturally produce chemicals in our brains that allow us to see beyond our everyday reality, sometimes even experiencing visions. It might sound a bit out there, but this has been my experience, and it has truly changed my life. I’m excited to share this part of my journey with you all as we continue down the path of personal growth and self-discovery.

How I Stayed One Year Sober and What I've Learned

Welcome back to another episode of Life Sober & Shit. Today, I'm getting real and personal as I reflect on this past year—a year that has truly transformed my life. I’ve learned so much, and I want to share it with you because it all started with a decision to get sober, but what I found was that it wasn’t really about the alcohol. I was using alcohol to numb the parts of me that were deeply suffering. This year has been about unlearning everything I was taught, finding myself again, and finally accepting and loving myself, no matter what. I hope that by sharing my journey, I can inspire and encourage you to make the changes you’ve been wanting to see in your own life. Let's grow together as we explore this journey of transformation, self-discovery, and endless self-love.

  19. 34

Everyone is the same, How you respond is what makes you different.

In this episode, I explore the fear that often comes with making changes in life. The uncertainty of where you'll end up can be daunting, but learning to trust yourself and the process is a crucial part of the journey. Reflecting on my own experiences, I've noticed patterns in my life that kept repeating until I changed how I responded to certain situations and relationships. We’re all more alike than we realize, and even when it seems like others have it all together, they often don’t. Ultimately, it's only ourselves standing in the way of becoming our best selves.

  20. 33

Losing Sight of Your Truest Self and Experiencing Setbacks

On this episode of Life Sober and Shit, I get into the intricacies of losing yourself in the everyday grind. It's easy to slip away into the abyss of daily distractions, losing sight of your true self. The conditions we face each day can make it difficult to really live and express our freedom, often binding us to our conditioning. However, it's okay to experience setbacks. Progress isn't about speed; it's about moving forward with intention and direction.

  21. 32

How to Deal with Cravings and Why people Relapse

In this episode, I discuss my experiences with intrusive thoughts and the temptation to give in to cravings for smoking and drinking alcohol. I explore the inner battle we face, emphasizing that our greatest challenge often comes from within.

  22. 31

Controlling your mind to determine and create your reality

In this episode, I explore how our thoughts shape our realities, sometimes manifesting into existence even when initially non-existent. I share personal experiences and strategies for combatting intrusive thoughts and fostering positive change. Reinventing oneself is a challenging journey, demanding inner strength and perseverance. Ultimately, it's a battle within oneself, where our thoughts dictate what we attract and who we become—the journey toward embracing the best version of ourselves.

Self Limiting Beliefs Within Myself - We are Not Always Here nor There

On This Episode I talk about my own personal experiences with being conscious and how its easily it is to slip out of consciousness and into a bis. I was getting lost in my own journey and I forgot what I was I was doing it all for and lost inspiration. Creating self limiting beliefs within myself and giving in to new "bad habits" because its easier to just to ignore it with distractions; letting opportunities pass by and slip away from life... Awareness has to be a conscious choice, everyday. Life can get busy, I know. Its insane. Just doing the thing to just barely survive and drained by the day to day, sucking life itself out of us. Giving yourself the time to recharge, recoup, refresh. This is a message to never give up on yourself and to believe in yourself because hunny, without that; hopeless. These are my personal experiences, opinions and perspectives; I only hope to inspire someone through this personal growth journey.

  24. 29

What Are Your Thoughts Saying? Stuck In A Loop And Having No Direction.

In this episode, I share my experiences of being alone and what I’ve learned about solitude and building a healthy relationship with oneself. A positive mindset and good mental health are essential for happiness. It’s important to take the time to listen to yourself, understand what your spirit truly needs, and live authentically. Many people feel stuck in the repetitive cycle of daily life and settle for less, but breaking free and forging your own path is not easy. The hardest part is healing from within—it's all an inside job. Join me on this journey of personal growth, and let's navigate it together!

Mediocrity by Design: Making the Conscious Choice

In this episode of Life - Sober & Shit, I get into the concept of embracing mediocrity and respecting those who choose to live an average life without seeking change. It's a reminder not to impose new ideas or push for change onto individuals who are content with their current state. We explore the notion that everyone's definition of success differs, and what may seem mediocre to some is excellence for others. It's crucial to recognize and respect these differences without judgment. When we try to change people or situations to fit our own preferences, it can lead to friction and resentment. Instead, we advocate for focusing our energy on personal growth and minding our own business. At the end of the day, we can only control our own lives and actions. Change is constant, and everyone has the right to evolve at their own pace. Whether one chooses to stay the same or seek change, it's a personal journey that should be respected and honored.

I address the topic of mental health, acknowledging that struggling with anxiety and facing mental health issues is a constant battle. It's essential to recognize that, over time, it does get easier.
