When Letting Go Is the Most Aligned Thing You Can Do
At the beginning of this year I drew the coyote card. The message was trust the divine detours. I wasn’t a fan, so I tried to put it back. Six months later I’m still navigating the changes, but from a much more resourced place. This episode is a real time transmission from someone sitting cross-legged on the bare earth, working through a major unwinding, and finding clarity on the other side. I talk about why the message don’t get attached to the form of your desires might be the most important thing I’ve written in my journal all year. What happened when I started burning a letting go candle and said yes to more nos in one week than I had all year. Why moving the Intuitive Writers Guild off Skool and stripping the calendar down was an act of faith not failure. The difference between creating from the mind and creating from the heart and what the wreckage of mind led decisions actually looks like. And why the alchemical process of burning everything that isn’t true to the ground is not destruction. It’s the first step of transformation. If you’ve been holding on to something that your soul has been quietly asking you to release, this episode might be the permission slip you didn’t know you needed. The Algorithm Loves You Ready to stop the start-stop cycle and become someone who creates from joy and overflow? Choose Your Hard with Mind/Body Wellness Coach Tiffany Whipps
What if freedom doesn’t always look like entrepreneurship? What if sometimes, for a conscious creative entrepreneur, it looks like clocking out and going home? This week, I am joined by serial entrepreneur and wellness coach Tiffany Whipps for one of the most honest conversations about creative entrepreneurship, financial freedom, and building a life on your own terms that I have had on this show. We met eight years ago at a women entrepreneurs’ networking event in Portland when she had a table full of beautiful jewelry, and I could not walk past without stopping. Since then, she has built and closed a six-figure jewelry business, run boutiques and makers markets, launched a mobile bartending business, completed yoga teacher training along with health and wellness coaching certifications, and is now stepping into her next identity. She has lived every version of the entrepreneurial journey, and she is one of the most grounded voices I know on what creative freedom actually costs and what it actually gives you. This conversation is for the woman who is questioning whether entrepreneurship is the right path, wondering if going back to a job means she failed, or trying to figure out what her north star really is beneath all the noise of what a successful entrepreneur is supposed to look like.We talk about why daily income once felt like a prison and what that revealed about the true cost of creative entrepreneurship, how to identify your north star message before you build another business around the wrong thing, why entrepreneurial burnout is often your soul redirecting you not a sign of failure, the real relationship between money, freedom, and personality type, why a job can sometimes be the most freeing choice a creative entrepreneur makes, and what pivot instead of panic actually looks like in practice. This is one of the most honest conversations out there about freedom, purpose, and choosing your hard.Connect with Tiffany Whipps: Instagram: @tiffanywhippswellness for coaching, yoga, and wellness @intiffanyland for Pacific Northwest lifestyle and her adorable dog BanditThe Intuitive Writers Guild You can join individual events or grab a monthly membership for unlimited access to everything happening in the month. How to Let Your Heart Lead When Your Mind Won't Quiet Down
What if slowing down has nothing to do with speed and everything to do with who is sitting at the steering wheel? That question stopped me cold on a coaching call this morning, and I had to get to the microphone. This episode is about the short journey from your mind to your heart and why that is the most important trip you will ever take.I talk about why the logical mind is brilliant at keeping you safe and terrible at helping you create something new. The difference between what your brain says and what your heart already knows. A simple two-finger skin-to-skin practice that will change how you access your own intuition. Why I walked away from a platform I had been building on the morning I was supposed to launch and what my heart led me to instead. And what letting go of control actually looks like when you stop trying to manage how people show up in your world. This one is for the highly logical, deeply intuitive person who knows the heart is meant to lead but keeps letting the mind run the show. You’re not broken. You’re just well-trained. And there is a way back. The Intuitive Writers Guild The Guild is open. Joy Is My Content Strategy
What if the reason you keep quitting social media has nothing to do with the algorithm and everything to do with where you’re looking for validation?Something cracked open for me during my morning pages, and I couldn’t wait to get to the microphone. In 57 days, I went from a completely dormant Instagram account to hundreds of pieces of content, tens of thousands of views, and more creative clarity than I’ve had in years. All because I finally unlinked my worth from external response.I talk about why recovering people pleasers are especially vulnerable to the feast and famine cycle on social media. The exact perspective shift that changed everything for me and how to make it for yourself. Why building an audience is less like a coffee shop transaction and more like making a friend over a shared love of oat milk lattes. What Roger Bannister and the four-minute mile have to do with your heart's mission. And why the content you create is like a seed. You don't get to decide what it grows into. You just keep planting. If you’ve been starting and stopping on social media for years and wondering what’s wrong with you, nothing is wrong with you. You’ve just been creating for the wrong reason. And if you’re ready to change that, I have something for you.The Intuitive Writers Guild: The Guild has moved! I Stopped Suppressing My Creativity and Everything Changed
What if the rules about how much you are allowed to create are just someone else’s limitation dressed up as advice?I have been suppressing my creativity. Trying to make it palatable for the algorithm, following the content strategy rules, and asking whether my hook was strong enough. And somewhere in all of that optimization, I forgot that creative abundance is not a strategy. It is the energy that makes a lightworker come alive. This episode is the moment I stopped.I talk about the private daily podcast that made me fall completely in love with this creative medium, why frequency and authentic expression matter more than hooks, what the trees in my backyard taught me about unlimited creative energy, and what came through during a future self visualization that I have never said out loud before. There is a book. And it is going to set people free.If you are a conscious creative, an intuitive writer, or a spiritual entrepreneur who has been holding back, waiting until your work is good enough or optimized enough or the right amount, this one is for you.Pour it into the world. All of it.Ready to write and speak from your heart? The Intuitive Writers Guild has moved! Now you can join individual events or grab a monthly membership for unlimited access to everything. The Quantum Leap I Didn't See Coming
I did not sink in until this morning that I had made the quantum leap. From director of operations in October to entrepreneur building two businesses by May. When you are following your intuition, the leaps feel so natural you forget how far you have jumped. This episode is me looking back at the path and finally being able to see it clearly. This one meanders. I want you to know that going in. But it goes somewhere.I talk about the identity shift I did not see coming and why that is actually the point, the moment I realized I have been secretly studying marketing for ten years without knowing it, what 300 pieces of content in seven weeks on a completely dormant Instagram account actually produced, why looking at individual stitches makes you forget you are building a quilt, the 90 minute flow state I dropped into on my hardest day of the month after a day at the coast, and what I am building in June for the people who want to seed their own field of poppies. If you have been staring so closely at what is not working that you have lost sight of the body of work you are creating, this episode is the perspective shift you did not know you needed. And if you want to spend June falling in love with content creation and building your audience in a way that actually feels good, I am inviting you into something. Just Create
Six weeks ago I started a series of creative experiments. This episode is the honest report back.I share what happened when I committed to a daily mantra practice and couldn’t even get through the words without tripping over them. What six weeks of consistent posting on Instagram and Threads actually produced in real numbers. Why the son in a story from Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO book made millions while his father was still thinking about it. What my Human Design as a 3-5 has taught me about trial and error being a superpower rather than a flaw. And why I went from white, black, and gray accountant attire to leopard print meets plaid, and what that actually has to do with building a business. This one is equal parts data and permission slip. If you have been waiting until you feel ready, until you have the right photos, until you know it will work, this episode is going to gently dismantle all of that.Just create. That is the whole message. Everything else is commentary. If you want to be supported in expressing yourself more openly and honestly, come find your people in the Intuitive Writers Guild. When Your Body Says Slow Down, Listen
Have you felt it too? The heaviness, the fatigue, the sense that something is shifting underneath you even when you cannot quite name what it is?This episode is for the energetically sensitive among us who have been feeling the weight of the last week or two and wondering what is going on. I share what happened when I came back from a deeply restorative camping trip at Cottonwood Canyon State Park and felt my energy completely tank, what a rolled ankle in the middle of my yard taught me about finally listening when the body says enough, and what the Schumann resonance has to do with all of it.I also talk about a story I did not know I was carrying, one that had tangled up the simple act of reaching out to people with a fear of being a burden, and how it released in a single breath. That moment cracked something open for me about how complicated we make healing when it does not have to be.This one is a gentle reminder that you are the guru of your own being. Your heart knows what is perfect for you. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop, place a hand on your heart, take a breath, and listen.Ready to write and speak from your heart? Have Faith
This episode is different.I sat down today with no plan, no outline, and no agenda. Just an invitation to open my heart and let it speak. What came through is one of the most honest transmissions I have shared on this show, and I hope it lands exactly where it is meant to.This one is for you if you have a desire that you keep talking yourself out of. If you have been driving with the brakes on so long you have forgotten what it feels like to move freely. If some small golden part of you has been quietly asking for your attention and you have not yet given yourself permission to listen. In this episode I share why inner freedom is not something you find outside yourself, what it actually means to train your mind instead of fight it, why time is not stealing your dreams but giving you space to release everything that was never yours to carry, and the simple daily practice that builds faith into a muscle strong enough to hold your biggest desires. If your heart has been whispering something to you, this is your permission slip to finally let it speak.Ready to write and speak from your heart? The Intuitive Writers Guild is open. The Good Girl Money Problem with Money Coach Michelle Malawer
What if your complicated relationship with money has less to do with math and more to do with the stories you were never taught to question?Michelle Malawer is a money coach for women who make good money but don’t feel in control of it. She started her own journey as a self-described hot mess in her 20s, maxing out credit cards and searching for coins in her car just to buy gas, before spending a decade in debt recovery and eventually building a practice to help other women find the solutions she wished someone had handed her when she was suffocating. What drew me to Michelle was a single phrase she used on LinkedIn: good girl conditioning. This conversation unpacks what that means, how it shows up in the way women earn, spend, and ask for more, and what it actually looks like to build a relationship with money that feels like yours. We also get into the difference between fear and intuition when you are about to make a financial decision, what it means to be in a softer season of business, and the three questions Michelle asks before buying any course or program. If money has always felt like something that happens to you rather than something you get to lead, this one is for you.Connect with Michelle:LinkedIn: Michelle MalawerSign up for Money Book Club for women: Sign up hereResources referenced in the show:The Art of Spending Money - Morgan HouselHow to Get Out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt, and Live Prosperously - Jerrold MundisSteve Harvey’s “300 Things I Want List Challenge”Writing the Divine - Sara WisemanThe Artist’s Way - Julia Cameron (morning pages)Subscribe to the written Diaries on Substack: Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesTools that support this podcast: Alitu (recording and production) — [Click for 25% off your first 3 months]Some links are affiliate links. My Poetry Cringe Era (And Why I'm Here for It)
I have been a writer for over 20 years. And until 14 days ago, I had never written a single poem. Not because I didn’t want to. Because I was afraid I would get it wrong. This episode is the story of how a quiet afternoon at my favorite coffee shop on the pier, a word that landed on the page with a thud, and the accidental discovery that April is National Poetry Month cracked something wide open in me. I am fully, unabashedly in my poetry cringe era and I have never felt more free.I share what happened when I finally said yes to something purely for the joy of it, why being an absolute beginner at something has been one of the most unexpectedly healing experiences of this season, what a year-long photography project I did 18 years ago taught me about slowing down enough to see the magic around you, and why I think choosing a creative expression and going all in on it every day might be one of the most radical acts of self-reclamation available to you right now.I also have something special coming up this week that I would love for you to be a part of.On Thursday April 16th at 9am Pacific I am hosting a free writing circle. We will open with a creativity activation and clearing, move into silent creative time, and close with an optional group share. Writers, artists, journalers, watercolorists, all welcome. Stopping the Perception Scan with Performance Coach Ally Erickson
Have you ever walked into a room and immediately started reading the energy, adjusting yourself, softening your edges to make sure everyone was comfortable? If that sounds familiar, this episode is going to hit close to home.Today, I am joined by Ally Erickson, a performance coach who left a decade-long corporate career to help deeply intuitive women stop managing perception and start living in their full authority. I met Ally through my mastermind and knew almost immediately that her work was something my audience needed to hear about. This conversation goes deep fast. Ally shares what it actually felt like to outgrow the identity she had so carefully built in corporate, why the leap from a successful career into something truer is both terrifying and inevitable when the heart pull gets loud enough, and what she calls the sophisticated survival strategy that so many high-achieving women have been running without even realizing it.We talk about the difference between being the thermometer in a room versus setting the thermostat, why managing perception leaks your power even when it feels like it is keeping you safe, what identity-level transformation actually looks like versus trying to change behavior on the surface, and why the reaction you have been bracing for your whole life might be exactly where your magic is waiting. If you are a deeply intuitive woman who can read a room in seconds and has been using that gift to take care of everyone else instead of leading from your own authority, this one is for you.Ally is also hosting a masterclass called The Cost of Managing Perception. Permission to Be Happy
What if the most powerful thing you could do in this moment, for yourself and for everyone around you, is simply allow yourself to be happy?I know. It sounds almost too simple. But stay with me.This episode started with a photo. Me at seven or eight years old, sitting on a rock with my brother and cousins, eyebrows knitted together, carrying the weight of the world on my face. And I recognized that face. I had seen it before, in other photos, across other years, and even in a photo of my mother. It stopped me cold. What followed is a real and unscripted transmission about joy, what it means to suppress it, why so many of us learned it was not safe, and what becomes possible when you finally give yourself permission to come back to it.In this episode I share what came through during a recent visibility exercise in my mastermind that cracked something open in me, what the emotion code heart wall removal process actually felt like from the inside including the part nobody talks about, why the concept of toxic positivity genuinely lights me up, and what I believe is the most powerful thing any of us can do right now given everything happening in the world. This one went somewhere I did not expect. And I think it might be exactly what you need to hear today. If something in you has been waiting for permission to be joyful, to be playful, to be the fullest expression of who you actually are, consider this your invitation.Subscribe to the written Diaries on Substack: Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesOur new business: joyfulmagnet.com | @joyfulmagnet on Instagram and FacebookMentioned in this episode: Shoshana Raven and the concept of the war on happy peopleThe Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley NelsonTools that support this podcast: Alitu (recording and production) — [Click for 25% off your first 3 months]Some links are affiliate links. No scripts, no polish, just real transmissions from someone in the middle of the becoming. In this episode I open up about what it looks like when you are doing everything right and the energy still goes flat, the moment I declared out loud that I was no longer willing to build in scarcity, a pivot I never saw coming that lit me up from the inside out, a brand new business I just launched with my partner Dave, and why this podcast almost disappeared before I decided to keep it just for the joy of it.If you are in a season where the path keeps shifting and you are not sure whether to trust it or quit, this one is for you.Subscribe to the written Diaries on Substack: Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesOur new business: joyfulmagnet.com | @joyfulmagnet on Instagram and FacebookTools that support this podcast: Alitu (recording and production) — [Click for 25% off your first 3 months] Some links are affiliate links. You're Allowed to Be a Beginner
This week’s episode is a behind-the-scenes reflection on entrepreneurial resilience, growth edges, and the power of letting yourself be a beginner again.I share how a moment of self-doubt and near-quitting turned into one of the most clarifying weeks I’ve had so far, and why asking for help changed everything. This is an episode about learning curves, nervous system growth, and choosing to stay in the arena even when it feels uncomfortable. In this episode, I explore:* Why sometimes clarity only comes after giving an experience time to settle* Letting yourself be a beginner, even when you have decades of experience in other areas* The difference between mastery skills and growth-edge skills, and why sales and marketing pushed on mine* How asking for help from the right people can instantly shift perspective and momentum* Why surrounding yourself with people who have already walked the path matters* Reframing discomfort as a training ground rather than a signal to quit* How past resilience practices prepared me for this season of visibility and initiation* Remembering that growth is not linear, and learning is meant to be lived, not perfectedI close this episode with an invitation to reflect on your own growth edge. When You Feel Like You Should Be Further Along
In today’s episode, I unpack the pressure I’ve been feeling around time, urgency, and the belief that if I slow down, everything I’m building will disappear. What began as a conversation about business momentum revealed something much deeper: an old nervous system story that equates rest with loss, abandonment, and danger. This is a gentle but powerful exploration of why ease can feel unsafe, even when things are working. In this episode, you’ll hear me explore:* Why urgency often comes from fear, not misalignment* The difference between planting, growing, and harvesting seasons, and how they can exist at the same time in different areas of life* How comparison to volume-based hustle models creates unnecessary pressure* The subconscious belief that if you stop tending to something, it will be taken away* Childhood experiences that taught me rest equals disappearance, and how that pattern followed me into business* Reframing rest as a stabilizing force instead of a threat* Why building from spaciousness creates a different frequency than building from force* How trusting your nervous system’s pace can actually support long-term successI close this episode with an invitation for you to reflect:* Where does rest feel dangerous in your life?* What are you afraid will disappear if you slow down?* And what becomes possible if you trust that what you’re building is allowed to stay, even when you step back? You are allowed to build something that lasts. You are allowed to rest. And you are allowed to let the unseen carry you, too.Click here to register for the Earn More, Have More MasterclassClick here to check out Wonderly Accounting This is a public episode. This is a behind-the-scenes look at resistance, intuition, and what happens when you stop forcing yourself to follow strategies that were never meant for you. You’ll hear me explore:* The internal resistance that surfaced around outreach and why it felt different from fear or procrastination* The contrast between volume-based, bro style marketing and a relational, intuitive approach to building a business* How fear of judgment and looking “stupid” can quietly shape how narrowly we allow ourselves to be seen* The difference between protection rooted in fear and discernment rooted in self-trust* Why my body physically rejected high volume outreach and what it revealed about sustainable growth* How reaching out to just three to five people a day created an immediate energetic response from life without burnout* The importance of listening to your body as a source of business intelligence and leadership guidance* Why feminine, embodied leadership often asks us to slow down before it accelerates everythingThis episode is an invitation to pause, place a hand on your heart, and ask a different question: What would you have me do today? When you follow that guidance, you may find yourself on the path of least resistance, where momentum builds naturally, and the right people meet you there. If you know a service-based founder who is building something meaningful and wants support that honors both strategy and nervous system wisdom, feel free to share this episode with them. You can learn more about Wonderly Accounting at wonderlyaccounting.com.Thank you for being here, and for listening with an open heart.Subscribe to The Lightworker DiariesRead my personal essays, channeled transmissions, and listen to the Diaries podcast on Substack: 👉 Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesTools That Support This Podcast* Alitu – The software I use to record and produce each episode.Use my referral link for 25% off your first 3 months:👉 Check out Alitu* Hello Audio – The platform that delivers my private podcast experiences.👉 Check out Hello AudioSome of the links in these show notes are affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Breaking the Habit of Needing Applause
There comes a moment when you realize you’re still looking around to see who is watching, who is clapping, who is validating the work you’ve done. This episode is a real-time reflection from that edge.In this Lightworker Diaries transmission, I share what surfaced for me as I completed a major creative and business milestone and noticed the lingering desire for external applause. What followed was an uncomfortable but necessary reckoning with validation, sovereignty, and what it actually means to lead from Queen energy rather than Princess energy. This episode is for anyone who is building something meaningful and quietly noticing the urge to be seen, affirmed, or approved of along the way.In this episode, I explore:* The difference between Princess OS and Queen OS, and how validation seeking shows up even at higher levels of leadership* What it revealed when I noticed myself wanting applause after finishing a major business milestone* Why leadership does not eliminate fear or insecurity, but teaches you how to move through them with integrity* How external validation can quietly pull you out of service and into performance* The moment I realized I did not need to prove my power, experience, or uniqueness in order to be effective* Why true magnetism comes from being fully expressed rather than perfectly explained* The cultural shift away from polished performance and toward real, lived humanity* Questions to help you identify where you may still be performing instead of simply being yourselfReflection invitations from this session:* Where are you still seeking applause instead of offering it to yourself?* What would shift if you trusted that your presence speaks louder than your proof?* How might your work feel different if you stayed rooted in service rather than validation? If this episode stirred something in you, you’re invited to sit with it gently. Becoming does not require perfection. It requires honesty, courage, and a willingness to stand in your own knowing.Until next time, be true to you.Subscribe to The Lightworker DiariesRead my personal essays, channeled transmissions, and listen to the Diaries podcast on Substack: 👉 Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesTools That Support This Podcast* Alitu – The software I use to record and produce each episode.Use my referral link for 25% off your first 3 months:👉 Check out Alitu* Hello Audio – The platform that delivers my private podcast experiences.👉 Check out Hello AudioSome of the links in these show notes are affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. What to Do When Your Dream Is Bigger Than You
There comes a moment in every becoming when the vision outgrows who you’ve been. In this episode of the Lightworker Diaries, I take you behind the scenes of a profound identity shift unfolding in real time. This is a conversation for anyone standing at the threshold of something bigger than they ever imagined and wondering how to meet it without burning themselves out.In this episode, I explore:* Why big dreams often arrive before we feel ready and why that is not a mistake* The ego death that can come when your path circles back to something familiar in a completely new way* How slowing down allowed my next vision to fully land instead of forcing it into form* The difference between doing the work and stewarding a vision that wants to be built with others* Why leadership changes when you move from being in the business to leading the business* How past experience, even the parts you resisted, becomes the exact preparation you need* What it means to build something meant to last, not just succeed quickly* Why softness, presence, and trust create more stability than hustle ever couldIf you are holding a vision that feels too big to carry alone, let this episode remind you that it was never meant to be built alone. Some dreams are invitations to become who you were always meant to be.Subscribe to The Lightworker DiariesRead my personal essays, channeled transmissions, and listen to the Diaries podcast on Substack: 👉 Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesTools That Support This Podcast* Alitu – The software I use to record and produce each episode.Use my referral link for 25% off your first 3 months:👉 Check out Alitu* Hello Audio – The platform that delivers my private podcast experiences.👉 Check out Hello AudioSome of the links in these show notes are affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. What happens when you fully surrender
There are moments when effort stops working. When the harder you try to make something happen, the quieter everything becomes. This episode is a reflection on one of those moments, and on the choice to stop pushing and let something deeper lead. This Diary entry walks through a week of uncertainty, surrender, and an unexpected clarity that arrived only after I released my personal agenda and allowed the next path to reveal itself in its own timing. In this episode, I explore:* What shifted when I stopped trying to force momentum and chose to fully surrender instead* A familiar pattern from my past where letting go opened the door to an aligned opportunity almost immediately* The difference between enjoying the process and forcing it to become something specific* How intuitive clarity often arrives after movement, stillness, or emotional release rather than in the moment we ask* Why sharing an idea too early can weaken it before it has fully formed* The importance of protecting a vision while it is still a seed* Learning to trust slower timing after a lifetime of fast action and urgency* What it feels like to sense that a much bigger vision is choosing youIf you are in a season where nothing seems to be clicking, where the old strategies no longer work, or where the path forward feels foggy, I hope this reflection reminds you that surrender is not giving up. Sometimes it is the exact moment everything begins to rearrange in your favor.Subscribe to The Lightworker DiariesRead my personal essays, channeled transmissions, and listen to the Diaries podcast on Substack: 👉 Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesTools That Support This Podcast* Alitu – The software I use to record and produce each episode.Use my referral link for 25% off your first 3 months:👉 Check out Alitu* Hello Audio – The platform that delivers my private podcast experiences.👉 Check out Hello AudioSome of the links in these show notes are affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. How to Follow What’s Alive
In today’s episode of The Lightworker Diaries, I share a deeply personal and timely transmission about creative evolution, permission to change, and the power of following what is truly alive rather than what is expected. This is a behind-the-scenes look at what it really feels like to shift identities, move through deconditioning, and honor the truth of your Becoming. You’ll hear me explore:* A pivotal moment from my days at Ernst & Young and the phrase that reshaped my adulthood: “I reserve the right to get smarter.”* How that truth now expands into “I reserve the right to do what I love” and “I reserve the right to change my mind.”* Why engagement on my Substack dropped in October and the deeper meaning it revealed about creative alignment.* The realization that outsourcing my written posts to AI was a sign my heart was no longer in that format.* The energetic difference between creating from obligation versus creating from joy.* Why podcasting currently lights me up more than writing and what that means for the future of the Lightworker Diaries.* Letting yourself evolve without guilt, shame, or attachment to old promises or structures.* The early whisper of a future Lightworker Diaries book and why the writing needs space to return with aliveness.Today’s invitation:Where in your life are you still operating out of obligation?Where can you reserve the right to choose joy, shift directions, or follow what feels alive right now?Subscribe to The Becoming SessionsIf you want to walk with me daily through this real-time transformation, you can join The Becoming Sessions. 👉 Click here to tune in todaySubscribe to The Lightworker DiariesRead my personal essays, channeled transmissions, and listen to the Diaries podcast on Substack: 👉 Subscribe to the Lightworker DiariesTools That Support This Podcast* Alitu – The software I use to record and produce each episode.Use my referral link for 25% off your first 3 months:👉 Check out Alitu* Hello Audio – The platform that delivers my private podcast experiences.👉 Check out Hello AudioSome of the links in these show notes are affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Why Becoming Is Messy And Why That's The Magic
There is a particular kind of courage required to stand in the messy middle of your own transformation and not run back to what feels familiar. In this episode of The Lightworker Diaries, I share a fresh, real-time transmission from my own becoming and introduce you to The Becoming Sessions, my 30 day private podcast journey. This is the story of a heart that wants spaciousness, intuition, gentleness, adventure, and creative aliveness, sitting at the same table as a mind that wants certainty, safety, and a clear plan for paying the bills. It is the space where the old corporate executive and the soft creative soul meet and negotiate a new way of being. In this episode, I talk about:* The moment at my kitchen counter when financial pressure activated my old pattern of “I will just go make something happen”* How I used journaling and honest reflection to separate the voice of my mind from the whisper of my heart* What my heart actually wants to create through me, and how opposite it feels from the way I was trained to live and work* The belief that Source would not plant such a clear desire in my heart only to leave me in survival* Why the “how” is not our responsibility, and what is* My 30 day commitment to living in the frequency of the person I am becoming, and why I chose a 30 day container for my very logical mind* The birth of The Becoming Sessions, a private podcast that captures my daily anchoring into this new way of being* How I am shifting from structured, tight, “I need to make money now” energy into a state of true abundance and trust* Why the wobble, doubt, impatience, and discomfort are proof that my nervous system and identity are reorganizing* A reminder that your transition, whatever it looks like, is calling you because it knows you are readyThis episode is for you if:* You are in a season of transition, whether in career, business, relationships, health, or identity* You feel torn between the life your mind says is reasonable and the life your heart actually wants to live* You are tired of only hearing polished before and after stories, and want to hear the real messy middle* You need permission to follow what lights you up from the inside out, even when you cannot see the whole path* You want to walk alongside someone who is documenting her own becoming in real timeIf you feel a pull to sit closer in this work, you are invited to join me in The Becoming Sessions. For 30 days, I am recording a private voice note style podcast that captures my morning practice, my inner process, and the daily choices I am making as I step out of performance and into intuitive, heart led living. It is like sitting down together with coffee each morning while I let you see it all.Resources and LinksThe Becoming Sessions:A 30 day private podcast journey where you get to walk alongside my real time process of becoming, created for both of us, so my heart and your heart have a place to meet inside the messy middle. 👉 Learn more and follow The Becoming SessionsTools That Support This Podcast:Alitu Podcasting SoftwareI use Alitu to record, edit, and publish The Lightworker Diaries with ease, so I can stay focused on the message rather than the tech. When Your Nervous System Finally Trusts You
There was a time in my life when standing on a platform over 200 feet above the ground would’ve sent me straight into a full-body panic. On my recent birthday trip to Costa Rica, I found myself harnessed in on such a platform in the jungle, about to ride one of the longest ziplines in existence… and later, step off a 150-foot Tarzan swing. The old me would’ve been shaking, dissociating, or looking for the nearest exit. But this time, something entirely different happened. In this episode of The Lightworker Diaries, I share the story of how years of meditation, cold plunges, nervous system work, and subtle energetic support came together in one life-changing moment above the jungle canopy. Instead of collapsing under the rush of delight-filled sensation, I felt present, excited, and fully alive. This isn’t a story about becoming an adrenaline junkie. It’s a story about building capacity as a highly sensitive person so you can actually enjoy the big, beautiful, sensational moments of your life.In this episode, I talk about:* The past version of me who would have crumbled under that level of intensity* What it felt like to stand on the platform as a highly sensitive person, feeling everyone’s nerves and excitement at once* The exact self-talk I used (borrowed from my college rowing days) to reframe fear as excitement* How daily practices like meditation, cold plunges, sauna, breathwork, and energy work have quietly rewired my nervous system over time* The subtle support of stress relief flower essences and a nerve tonic that help my body return to regulation (product links below)* The moment I chose to go “Superman style” over the jungle and could actually enjoy it* Why sensitivity is not a curse, and how regulation turns it into a powerful gift* How to recognize your own growth by stepping into situations that reveal your new capacityThis episode is for you if:* You’re a highly sensitive person who often feels overwhelmed by intensity or adrenaline* You’ve labeled yourself as “too sensitive” and shrunk your life to avoid feeling too much* You’re curious about nervous system regulation, cold plunging, or discomfort training* You want to trust yourself to do hard, scary, or sensational things without abandoning your body* You’re longing to feel more fully alive, not just safeA gentle reminder:You can be sensitive and strong. You can be soft and powerful.Your nervous system is not your enemy—especially when you learn how to support it.The tiny, daily practices you do from the comfort of your home? They’re preparing you for the moment you step onto the metaphorical (or literal) platform of your biggest dreams and decide to leap.I also share a little teaser about a special announcement coming on Monday, December 1st—something that feels like a dream come true and an invitation for those of you who hear this and think, “Oh… I see you, I feel you, I know you.”Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.💌 Want to go deeper?Subscribe to the written Lightworker Diaries on Substack:👉 lightworkerdiaries.substack.com☕ Support this work:If this podcast nourished you, consider buying Tiffany a coffee. Rewriting the Law of Cause and Effect to Let the Universe Lead
In this episode of The Lightworker Diaries, I share a profound breakthrough I’ve had about the Law of Cause and Effect and how I realized I was unknowingly limiting the universe by expecting money to only arrive through hard work. For most of my adult life, I believed:Do the work → provide value → receive a paycheck. That’s how the world works… right? But what if that belief is actually a form of energetic micromanagement? In this episode, I explore:* How corporate conditioning wires us to believe value must be earned through sacrifice* Why expecting money only through one pathway creates an energetic bottleneck* The difference between being valuable and doing to be valued* What actually happens when we let the universe decide how our abundance flows* My personal journey of leaving corporate life to step into my legacy work — without a guaranteed plan, but with deep trustI also share a pivotal childhood moment that shaped my relationship with God, value, and receiving and how I’m now reclaiming my true nature as a conscious creator in partnership with the divine. If you’ve ever asked yourself:“Do I really have to work harder to receive more?”“What if my presence is enough?”“Can I let the universe lead… and trust that I will still be supported?”…then this episode is for you.✨ Support & SubscribeIf this message resonated, I’d love to have you join me on this journey.
