    Not Leaving the Same

Today I sit down with my former youth pastor and friend, Ryan Hansard. Ryan has been a pastor at Brooksville Wesleyan Church for the past eight years. He has a Bachelors in Art, a Masters in Ministry, and is currently studying for his Doctorate in Spiritual Formation. He has a passion for sharing the love of Jesus that gives hope to the world, seeing the lost saved, and the Bible preached. in this episode, we get into Spiritual Growth, Formation, Disciplines, and looking back on the early stages of his time as the Youth Pastor at Brooksville. If you are looking for practical advice on spiritual disciplines, the process of spiritual growth, or just answers to some questions you've had about the church then join us for this discussion. Join us for a fun time of looking back on the past, evaluating the present, and forging expectantly ahead to the future.

Radically Reformed: A Christian's Responsibilty in Politics

Have you been paying attention to the country's political climate? Do you have no idea what's going on? Do you think you have all the answers? Well then, come on in. Today I am joined by two dear friends. Michell Hobbs, who is a Pastor, husband, and father, as well as a business owner. He has a heart for Christ and Community and is willing to do radical things to see change in the church and in the world around him. And Victoria Johns-Paradise, Pastor, wife, dog and cat mom, and lover of boba tea. She has been on mission to find and hear the marginalized, seeking reconciliation and honest conversation. These two friends have been becoming the change they want to see in the world as well as inviting others along side to do the same. I sit down with them to talk about their thoughts on the state of the nation, the church, and the body of believers in the wake of a politically trying year.

    Exhausted and Existing

Today I look at a subject that I would say I'm nearly a professional at. Running myself to my limits, taking on too many responsibilities, and never learning how to take a break. If that sounds like you, then stick around. I dive into the different plains of exhaustion and how we move from drained and dreary to living life abundantly. It's not easy but it is simple.

    Falling Down The “Social Hole.”

Today Brad and I look at what Social Media is doing to our minds and our hearts and how to spot the dangers and distractions of Social Media. We also go over ways to help break the cycle of post, stress, scroll, repeat. If you find yourself stuck in a cycle of scrolling and comparison be sure to check this episode out or share it with a friend. (I know ironic!)
