Today I look at a subject that I would say I'm nearly a professional at. Running myself to my limits, taking on too many responsibilities, and never learning how to take a break. If that sounds like you, then stick around. I dive into the different plains of exhaustion and how we move from drained and dreary to living life abundantly. It's not easy but it is simple.

He tricked Soren into thinking that the whole world existed in his own living room by taking him for imaginary walks about the neighborhood, or anywhere Soren wanted to go, as long as it existed in his imagination only. Later in life, when Soren was on his own, he rarely left Copenhagen, but he did walk about the streets and greet passersby, discussing events of the day.
