Hurricane Updates
South Florida's 2026 hurricane season looks to be not as eventful as other seasons have been. Sahara dust remains our friend and keeping the winds behaving will let us breathe a relief from devasting hurricanes on the east coast of Florida. Come latter October and early Novemeber we need to keep watch for some possible instances, however. But overall, if El Nino behaves we will be in calm surroundings. Heavy rain storms will have impacts but without the forceful winds.

Tips for a Better Diet
Chemicals in your food is the worst thing to eat. Pork can give some kidney problems so beware. Using herbs and garlic lesen the notion to add salt, salt, salt for flavor. Olive oil is your friend when roasting meats. Butter adds a flavor and is a natural ingredient. Healthy eating is easier if you only think: NO CHEMICALS.

Oftentimes it seems a better place somewhere else. But is it? Our country has weathered farther and longer than other of this type government. Accountability. Respect. Honesty.

Hurricanes
Predictions for this season give us a few months to prepare. We're hoping for Sahara Dust to come to the rescue keeping hurricanes at bay. Steering currents are another help becasue when they're in place, they keep the hurricanes on track so we have more insight on where they'll land - or not. Martha says she'll know more of a long-range prediciton in a few weeks.
