You have been praying, reading your Bible, going to church, doing all the things you were told to do as a believer, and yet somewhere along the way, your dreams stopped feeling alive.

Do you know there is something about waiting that does something to you? It is not the brief kind of waiting, like a few minutes for a reply or a few days for a result. The deep kind, that kind where months turn into years, where you have prayed the same prayer so many times that you can barely bring yourself to say it again.

You have heard all the right things from all the right people and not one word of it has landed. You have prayed and felt nothing. You have waited and received nothing and somewhere along the way, you stopped being angry about it.

You stopped answering your phone a few weeks ago not because anything dramatic happened neither was it because there was one big moment you could point to. You just got tired. Tired of pretending things were fine when actually they were not.

Nobody around you knew that you kept going to work, answering messages, laughing at the right moments, looking completely fine on the outside but somewhere in the quiet, when the weight of everything became too heavy to carry, you folded your hands or bowed your head and asked God to take you. Not in anger or rebellion but you were just completely tired of life.

You remember the day it hit you. The day the idea that felt too big to ignore, the vision that kept you awake all night, the dream that made you feel like may be, just may be, you were made for something purposeful.

You know that feeling when your phone buzzes and it is a message that says "I am five minutes away," but you are still in your pyjamas, the place is a mess, and you thought you had more time?

Have you ever sat in a room full of people and felt completely alone? Not because no one was there but because you were carrying something so heavy and so private that you could not imagine saying it out loud to any of them.

Think about the last time life knocked you completely flat. Not just a rough afternoon but a real season. The kind where you wake up and the very first thought that arrives before your feet even touch the floor is something like, here we go again.

There is a voice that shows up at the worst possible moments of your life. It tends to arrive at a time when you cannot sleep, or in the middle of a day

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from carrying something heavy for a long time without telling anyone.

There are seasons in life that feel less like seasons and more like furnaces. You did not choose them neither did you see them coming.

When we feel behind, the world offers successful people’s formulas. Hard work and discipline matter, but only genuinely seeking God and finding Him gives the real answer and peace.

You have watched others get their breakthrough and quietly wondered — what about me? The mountain is still there. But so is the God who moves it.

You were going to be further along by now. The waiting is starting to feel less like a season and more like a sentence. A delay is not a denial.
