Study hacks
Are you distracted when you are preparing for important exam/interview? Use this technique which is given in this picture. Split your time into seperate 1/2 hour slots and give immediate 5 minute study breaks after completing each and every slot. Make sure that the studybreak (5 minute) is always rewarding so that it gives you pleasure feeling. Use this hack to build your study pattern,once the pattern is formed you can slowly remove the study breaks one by one. (Minimum time to build the study pattern -63days)

When we do the same behaviour again and again ,it goes to our subconscious mind and our subconscious mind stores this and displays it often . MIND Forms a neural circuit(neurons that fire together,wite together).Mind often activates this circuit so that it is easy and dont need any further new processing.
