    S2-EP30: Hardware vs Software

Most people know they need to eat well and sleep enough, but fewer understand the direct link between their physical state and their psychological one. In this episode, we break down the difference between physiological and psychological needs, why neglecting either one causes the other to suffer, and how something as simple as too much sugar in your diet can destabilize your emotional world. Your body is the hardware. Your mind is the software. Both have to work together, and this episode is about making sure they do.

  2. 59

    S2-EP29: Move on Quickly

Feeling guilty about a mistake is understandable…but staying in that guilt is just another mistake on top of the first one. In this episode, we explore why lingering in regret and self-criticism is a form of self-sabotage, how to feel the pain of falling short without letting it distort your self-image, and why the people who move on quickly are the ones who ultimately can't be stopped. A sharp mental model for anyone who spends too much time punishing themselves for the past.

  3. 58

S2-EP28: The Mental Battle of Sadness & Despair

Sadness is temporary. Despair is what happens when sadness becomes a pattern, and you start accepting it as your identity. In this episode, we draw a clear line between the two, explore why repeated heartbreak can quietly collapse your capacity for hope, and lay out a practical framework for shortening your seasons of sadness before they harden into something much worse. A deeply human episode about protecting your inner world, for yourself, and for the people who depend on you.

  4. 57

    S2-EP27: How's Your Self-Esteem Doing?

Most people are chasing success to prove a point, and some of them will actually prove it. But then what? In this episode, we explore the difference between living to prove a point and living with genuine meaning, why the urge to broadcast every luxury experience traces back to low self-esteem from your upbringing, and why your sense of worth should never be tied to your bank balance. Plus, a full breakdown of the ten currencies that actually make up a rich life. One of the most reflective episodes of the season.

  5. 56

S2-EP26: You Don't Need Healing, You Need Responsibility

There is no secret update to success. There are only two things standing between where you are and where you want to be: your will and your responsibility. In this raw, unfiltered episode, we go deep on why comfort is quietly killing your potential, what Adam's failure in the Garden of Eden has to do with your excuse-making, and why breaking promises to yourself, even small ones, is training your soul to accept mediocrity. One of the most direct episodes of the season. Not for the faint-hearted.

  6. 55

S2-EP25: If You want True Friends, You Need To Heal

Life will never run out of reasons to make you distrust people, but people remain your greatest strength, and withdrawing from them is a trap. In this episode, we talk honestly about the wounds that make us close our hearts, why healing is not just for the visibly broken, and what David's prayer in Psalm 23 and Psalm 51 reveals about the connection between a restored soul and a righteous path. A deeply personal episode and a prayer for everyone carrying wounds they haven't dealt with yet.

  7. 54

    S2-EP24: Is "Balance" a SCAM?

Balance doesn't mean equal, and the sooner you understand that, the freer you'll be. In this episode, we dismantle the popular idea that a balanced life means giving every area equal attention, and replace it with a far more useful framework: proportional allocation based on the season you're in. Plus, a powerful reframe on why your work might already be your most spiritual act, and why feeling guilty about your prayer time while saving lives makes no sense at all.

  8. 53

S2-EP23: Perish That Vision, Focus on The Mission

Everyone has a big vision, but most people don't know where to start. In this episode, we break down the concept of the Minimum Viable Product and why precision about your first step matters far more than clarity about the full journey. From the biology of human creation to Facebook's origin story, the evidence is overwhelming: no great thing started the way it ended. Stop waiting for the perfect picture. Start with the smallest version that can exist today.

  9. 52

S2-EP22: Fix Your Agreeableness - And That of Your AI

The person who challenges the Bible in a group study takes more courage, and shows more wisdom, than the one who nods through the whole session. In this episode, we make the case that questioning things is directly connected to wisdom, why swallowing information without chewing it is a form of foolishness and how even your AI tools are dangerously agreeable, validating whatever you bring to them, from Paul's epistles to atheism to Buddhism, without blinking. A sharp, slightly provocative episode about developing a mind of your own.

  10. 51

    S2-EP21: Principles Are Prophetic

A real prophet isn't someone who sees the future; they're someone who understands principles deeply enough to predict outcomes. In this episode, we explore why principles are prophetic by nature, why documenting your personal behavioral principles is one of the most powerful things you can do and how building an archive of what works for you makes your life, and your results, genuinely predictable. A foundational mental model for anyone serious about building a life by design.

  11. 50

S2-EP20: Is That Your Friend Or Acquaintance?

Not everyone on your contact list is your friend, and confusing the categories is costing you time, energy, and emotional health. In this episode, we break down the full hierarchy of human relationships: associates, acquaintances, friends, brothers, and covenant friends... what each one actually means, what each one costs, and how to gatekeep your life so you're investing relationally where it actually counts. A sharp, honest framework for building the right inner circle

  12. 49

S2-EP19: How To Confess Over Your Children (2)

Part two of the confessions series...this time rooted in Psalms 128. A guided declaration session covering your children's spiritual depth, character, intelligence, generosity, and covenant with God. Whether you're a parent today or preparing for it, these are words worth speaking out loud every single day. Say them. Mean them. Build the generation before they arrive.

  13. 48

S2-EP18: How To Confess Over Your Children (1)

This episode is unlike the others... it's a guided confession session over your children. Whether you're already a parent or nowhere near it yet, this is an invitation to speak deliberately over the generation you will raise. Covering wisdom, strength, spiritual depth, material abundance, and generational excellence...say it out loud, make it your own, and start building the world your children will inherit before they even arrive.

  14. 47

    S2-EP17: How About Your Children?

Your children are your most important investment... and you don't have to be a parent yet to start preparing for them. In this episode, we explore why every hard lesson you've lived through was actually preparation for the generation coming after you, why real adulthood means expanding your care beyond yourself, and why now, in your twenties, is exactly the right time to start building the culture, character, and habits your children will inherit. A deeply personal episode about legacy, responsibility, and thinking generationally.

  15. 46

S2-EP16: You've Got To Curate Your Own Obsession

At 9AM with one thought dominating his mind, Witty makes the case for obsession; not the unhealthy kind, but the kind that gives your life direction, energy, and meaning. In this episode, we explore why everyone needs a goal so big it follows them into sleep and greets them every morning, how the psychology of fixation literally shapes what you see and what you miss, and why a life without something that overwhelms your mind is a life spent building someone else's dream. Short, sharp, and worth sitting with.

  16. 45

S2-EP15: The Secret Art of Self-Teaching

Out of over a thousand students taught the same lesson, only four got the result. Why? It wasn't the teaching... it was the background each student brought into the room. In this episode, we explore why self-learning is the most valuable skill no school will teach you, why your past knowledge is either compounding for you or working against you, and why the most important step before any new learning is unlearning what your background already installed. A foundational episode for anyone serious about growth.

  17. 44

S2-EP14: Adulthood is a Search, Not an Answer

Nobody handed us a manual for adulthood... and the school system made it worse by training us to always look for one. In this episode, we get honest about why the obsessive search for blueprints, updates, and masterclasses is itself the problem, and why the things that will truly separate you from the crowd are nearly impossible to teach. They can only be caught. A raw, direct conversation about execution, hunger, and what it really takes to figure out life on your own terms.

  18. 43

S2-EP13: Capitalism Explained in 9 minutes

Capitalism isn't just a political or economic term… it's the engine behind everything you own, wear, consume, and interact with daily. In this episode, we break down what capitalism actually is, why looking for a skill to monetize is the wrong starting point, and what the right question really is. We also challenge the popular Nigerian goal of buying assets and make the case for building them instead. If you've ever wondered how the world actually works… financially, structurally, systemically…this episode is your starting point.

  19. 42

    S2-EP12: That's The Wrong Question

The most common questions people ask about money, skills and careers are the wrong questions entirely... and wrong questions lead to wrong answers, wrong actions, and painful results. In this episode, Witty breaks down why so many people are trying to move the road backwards instead of moving forward faster, and announces a free weekly series on the basics of capitalism... designed to give you a framework for understanding how society actually works, so the wrong questions stop making sense to ask.

  20. 41

S2-EP11: Unbuild The Current Culture & BUILD Yours

You didn't choose your background, your society, or the culture you were born into… but all of it has been shaping you for decades. In this episode, we explore why mental rewiring is necessary to think beyond survival mode, what a trip to Asia revealed about the difference between cultures built on hustle and cultures built on meaning and why the most powerful thing you can do right now is deliberately design the culture you want to live … and build your children by. A deeply personal episode about legacy, identity and kingdom building.

  21. 40

    S2-EP10: Be Bigger Than That!

The biggest predictor of your success might not be your skill, your network, or your timing… it might be how much you value your future relative to today. In this episode, we explore what it means to be bigger than your current circumstances, why most of today's problems will look embarrassingly small in ten years and how to use your future self as a compass for navigating present-day challenges. A short but sharp mental model for anyone who keeps getting pulled back by what happened yesterday.

  22. 39

    S2-EP9: Trust Yourself, Scarcely Others

How many people in your life would still be there if you lost everything tomorrow? In this episode, we have an honest conversation about trust…why it should be one of the hardest things to earn, why everyone around you has an ulterior motive, and why the job will always get done better when you either do it yourself or stay close enough to supervise. Drawn from a childhood lesson on a construction site, this is a mental model for protecting your vision, your heart and your energy from misplaced trust.

  23. 38

    S2-EP8: Study To Understand Thyself

Self-sabotage isn't a character flaw; it's a systems failure. In this episode, we explore why wanting something badly is never enough, and why the real work is studying yourself like a data scientist until you understand exactly what regulates your actions, kills your consistency and drains your momentum. Then, and only then, can you build systems that put the wiser version of you in charge. A deeply practical and surprisingly spiritual mental model for anyone serious about winning the war within.

  24. 37

    S2-EP7: Beware the Energy Drainers

There's a moment in Mark chapter 5 that most people read past without realizing what it reveals about how Jesus managed his energy. He was mid-crowd, mid-ministry... and the instant he felt energy leave his body, he stopped everything and demanded to know where it went. In this episode, we unpack that moment as a mental model for how to track, protect and account for your daily energy...and why the people who fail to do this often die far below their potential.

  25. 36

    S2-EP6: Delay the Gratification

We've all heard "delayed gratification", but hearing it and actually building your life around it are two completely different things. In this episode, we break down why the most valuable things in life never pay out immediately, why the urge to announce your progress might be costing you more than you think and how to build a mindset that chooses long-term reward over short-term stimulation. A mental model for your money, your relationships, and your identity.

  26. 35

    S2-EP5: Never Break Promises

Big goals are overrated. What actually moves the needle is whether you keep the small promises you make to yourself when no one is watching. In this episode, we break down why starting with tiny, achievable targets builds the mental track record you need before scaling up...and why consistently missing your own goals quietly programs your mind for disappointment. A practical mental model for building real self-trust.

  27. 34

    S2-EP4: Time is Currency

What if you treated your time the way a billionaire treats money? In this episode, we explore the direct link between time and wealth, and why the biggest threat isn't wasting time on rest or enjoyment, but investing your time in things that feel productive but aren't. A sharp mental model for anyone who is long on time but still building toward financial freedom.

  28. 33

    S2-EP3: Follow Your Passion?

"Follow your passion" is one of the most repeated pieces of advice out there...but what if we've been misunderstanding it all along? In this episode, we go back to the Latin root of the word passion, and it has nothing to do with love or enthusiasm. Passion means suffering. So the real question isn't what you love...it's what you're willing to suffer for. A reframe that might completely change how you think about your career, your work and what drives you.

  29. 32

    S2-EP2: Harder First, Then Smarter

Smart work gets all the praise... but what if hard work is actually the smarter move? In this episode, recorded on a Monday, we break down why working smart doesn't replace working hard, why the two aren't opposites, and what you uniquely gain by doing the boring, difficult work that most people avoid. Plus, a honest conversation about passion, pain, and why loving what you do doesn't exempt you from the grind.Welcome to Mental Models Season 2.

  30. 31

S2-EP1: How to maximize your mornings

Your body holds back more energy than it gives you, and it only releases the reserve when there's urgency, danger, or a deadline. In this episode, we explore how to hack that system. We break down why your first six hours after waking are your highest-value window, why productivity is as much about attention as it is about energy, and why we almost always procrastinate the most important things. Plus...a simple mental flip that could change how you structure your entire day.Welcome to Season 2 of Mental Models.

S1: EP34 - Your Ancestors Endured Worse. Why Are You Quitting?

Your ancestors survived 400 years of slavery. 10 generations of war, chains, separation, and suffering. They had no podcasts. No motivational quotes. No "self-care Sundays."They just woke up and did what had to be done. And you're telling me you can't wake up before 10am?Here's the truth no one wants to hear: Your children will judge you harsher than you judge your parents.Because they'll know our generation had every advantage:• Work from anywhere• Information at our fingertips • Opportunity everywhereSo if you waste it scrolling until 3am, sleeping until noon, complaining about "burnout" from doing nothing... what will they say?Psychologist Martin Seligman proved it: comfort without challenge creates learned helplessness. Your brain literally forgets how to struggle.Viktor Frankl discovered concentration camp survivors weren't the strongest physically. They were the ones who felt responsible for something beyond themselves. That's the shift:- Age 0-20: Living for yourself- Age 21-23: Living for your family- Age 24+: Living generationallyWhen you start thinking about your future wife, your children, the generations you'll never meet... suddenly waking up at 5am isn't hard anymore. It's your duty. This week: Wake up 5-6am for 7 straight days. Work 4 hours before touching your phone. Create daily. No excuses.Your ancestors survived wars. You can survive waking up early.A wealthy bloodline has to start somewhere. That somewhere is YOU.↓ Comment "RESET" if you're starting the 7-day challenge tomorrow.

S1: EP33 - People Decide Your Worth in 7 Seconds. (HD)

Your wardrobe is deciding your opportunities before you even speak.Princeton University found people judge your competence in ONE second. Northwestern discovered wearing a doctor's coat improves cognitive performance by 30%. Daniel Kahneman documented the Halo Effect: polished presentation = assumed competence.Steve Jobs understood this in 1984. He wasn't powerful yet, but he dressed like he already was. Black turtleneck + jeans = strategic positioning, not fashion.Nelson Mandela wore traditional royalty garments to his treason trial in 1962. One outfit reframed the narrative: "I'm not a criminal, I'm a leader."This isn't "fake it till you make it."This is: Be who you're becoming, then work to build the proof.Your external presentation shapes your internal cognition AND how people treat you. The science is clear. The question is: what signals are you sending?Save this and audit yourself this week. What's ONE thing you'll upgrade?Episode 33 of 45.

  33. 28

S1: EP32 - Always optimize for Reverse Osmosis (HD)

I used to think success was all about internal drive.Hard work. Discipline. Consistency. But I was missing half the equation. The rich keep getting richer because they optimize their ENVIRONMENT.Your eyes and ears are gates to your soul. What you see daily, hear daily, who's around you daily - these aren't small things. They either multiply your intelligence or kill it.Princeton Neuroscience Institute proved it: Physical clutter in your environment creates chaos in your subconscious. You can literally become more or less intelligent based on what your room looks like.Ever wonder why doctors work in clean white rooms? Because excellence in environment = excellence in work. Why rich neighborhoods are always clean? Because they know: Excellence in environment = Excellence in thinking. Here's what the most successful people do:Ernest Hemingway - Wrote standing at a tall desk for energy and focus.Maya Angelou - Rented hotel rooms and removed EVERYTHING except table, bed, notepad. She understood: Things create noise.Bill Gates - "Think weeks" twice a year. Isolates in a lakeside cabin with only books and papers.Bryan Burford - Hedge fund manager. Office deliberately FAR from Wall Street to reduce noise.Thomas Edison - His Menlo Park lab produced the phonograph, light bulb, and 400+ patents because he handpicked every person, controlled lighting, controlled acoustics. He optimized everything.Today's mental model: Never move from higher concentration to lower concentration. When your environment gets noisy, shut it down. When your phone gets noisy, shut it down. When notifications invade, shut it down.Your body is a kingdom. Protect it from external invasion. As you get more productive, your "NO" becomes more important than your "YES." Many things will come - opportunities, exciting things, "productive" Instagram before bed. You have to say NO.Your focus is more important than all external invaders.Start 2026 by optimizing:- Your physical space (clean your room)- Your visual environment (remove clutter)- Your social environment (curate who's around you)- Your digital environment (control notifications)Your environment is either making you smarter or making you dumber. There's no in-between.What's ONE thing you'll remove from your environment this week?

  34. 27

S1: EP31 - Persistence beats consistency everytime (HD)

Consistency is the first thing you learn online - everyone talks about showing up every day. I worshipped that concept for years. But after 9 years, I've realized: consistency is not the difference between those who start and those who finish. It's persistence. Consistency = repeating same behavior in same conditions. Persistence = maintaining same behavior even when conditions change. Life never gives you the same conditions twice. Edison didn't try 999 times - he tested 6,000 different filament materials over 2 years. That's 2,774 separate attempts. If a child lived 2,774 days, they'd be almost 8 years old. That's the effort in 2 years. They changed materials, conditions, approaches. That's persistence, not consistency. 3 steps: (1) Change your statement - "no matter what" not "every day," (2) High standard but expect to get better over time, (3) Reduce time per task when needed - 10 min workout beats zero. Winners don't have perfect days. They refuse to let imperfect days stop them. Episode 31 of 45.

  35. 26

S1: EP30 - This is Why You Won't Hit Your Biggest 2026 Goal

2025 is almost finished. 2026 is here. But just like 2025, you won't hit your biggest goal next year - not because you're lazy, but because other goals will silently kill your main goal. All results come from compounding - putting in volume over time. What if for once, you focused on just ONE goal for one year? Before you say "Elon Musk runs multiple companies" - bad example. He spent 2 full years on one thing first. You're seeing him at year 17. We live in the loudest generation ever. Ideas aren't special anymore - AI can generate them. Your advantage is FOCUS. Math: 1 goal = 100% focus = 100% excellence. 5 goals = 20% focus each = 20% excellence each. System: (1) Bucket list new ideas, (2) Revisit after 6-12 months, (3) Only pick up new idea if you've gained traction on main mission. Focus builds proof. Proof builds confidence. Confidence builds success. Don't break the cycle. Episode 30 of 45.

  36. 25

S1: EP29 - Your Choices Are Training You (HD)

Here's the truth no one has told you: every choice you make is training you. Scrolling one more time trains your brain to lose attention faster. There's a silent war in your phone - every swipe, notification, thumbnail was designed by billion dollar companies to weaken your attention span. Apps aren't tools - they're battlegrounds. Focus is a muscle: train it by resisting distractions, weaken it by giving in. Here's the exact system: (1) Delay - when distraction shows up, delay it 10 minutes. (2) Enter social media like a soldier - set timer, go in with purpose. Use Opal app. (3) Make your mission bigger than distractions - write it down, look at it before touching phone. (4) Write down troubling thoughts, read them aloud next day. Do these four consistently: attention gets better, productivity multiplies, future self thanks you. Episode 29 of 45.

  37. 24

S1: EP28 - Think Too Highly of Yourself → It Works

If you're between 18-27, stop looking down on yourself.Tony Elumelu graduated with second class lower - not even close to what banks wanted. They rejected him. He applied again. They rejected him again. But it didn't reduce his confidence - he knew they just haven't experienced him. By NYSC, he got an internship. Two years later, he became general manager of the bank. How? He was always outworking everyone. He over promised and over delivered. The confidence you're looking for is hidden in the work you're avoiding. But confidence alone is a trap - you must create proof. Don't just talk like a king - work like someone who actually wants the throne. Dream big + big volume of work + patience = just a matter of time. Proof is the loudest bargaining chip on the table. Episode 28 of 45.

  38. 23

S1: EP27 - The harsh truth no one told you about life

80% of people will never learn this until too late: your emotions will always try to sabotage your future. You're watching someone in the green wishing you had their life - but life shows them bigger pepper than it shows you. Here are 3 truths: (1) You are not the center of the universe. (2) Bad things happen to everyone. (3) Pain is consistent but growth is optional. Every person you admire faced more pain than you know - they just refused to quit. Romans 8:28: "All things work together FOR our good" - keyword FOR, not TO. Fear is a constant. Social media amplifies it. But fear can become the engine that forces you to wake up and work harder. The people you admire feel the same fear - they just hate mediocrity so much it becomes their fuel. 3 steps to weaponize fear: identify it, keep it close, use it for bold actions. Episode 27 of 45.

  39. 22

S1: EP26 - Know Cosmic Irrelevance if you want influence (HD)

Everyone wants one of three things: be a billionaire like Elon Musk, have millions singing their name, or blow up on social media. But that's not influence - that's begging for attention. This episode exposes Cosmic Irrelevance. In 100 years, no one will know you.You know Ronaldo and Messi, but who knows Pelé beyond the name? I asked AI: Is Elon Musk the richest man in the last 300 years? No. John D. Rockefeller was almost 3x wealthier (1.5-3% of US GDP vs Musk's 1.5-1.6%). Rockefeller bought out 22 of 26 competitors in weeks. He built the University of Chicago. His philanthropy reshaped public health and education globally. But you don't know him. Chase impact, not influence. Quality over quantity. Episode 26 of 45.

  40. 21

S1: EP25 - Always Take The Morning Sandwich (HD)

How did your yesterday morning go? From 6am to 12pm - was it productive? I have struggled with mornings for the longest time. Mornings are my period of greatest energy, and it pained me to waste it on scrolling. Today’s mental model: Always take the morning sandwich. To create daily habits that stick, sandwich your new behavior into current consistent behavior. You already have consistent behaviors - wake up, scroll phone, bathe, brush teeth. Your problem isn’t consistency. Your problem is you haven’t sandwiched enough good behaviors in the middle of your current consistent behaviors. Example: scroll phone → bathe → brush teeth → eat breakfast → read Bible → reach out to client → go to work. It’s that simple. Episode 25 of 45.

  41. 20

    S1: EP24 - Assume It’ll take longer (HD)

If someone offered you 800 million Naira in 10 years but you couldn’t touch any money or improve your lifestyle until then - would you take it? That’s exactly how life works. He spent 9 months studying “overnight successes” - they weren’t overnight. It was hell for 5-10 years. They didn’t touch the money, kept reinvesting until the business became bigger than them. Make your goals intrinsic - something you can stick with for 10 years without seeing results. The reason you don’t like the journey is you want it to pay fast so you can retire. Billionaires don’t retire. Assume it will take 10 years - then it happens faster. Assume it will take 6 months - then it takes forever. You’re a victim of societal marketing. Someone sold you “6 months to success” - they were selling a course. Stop catching inspiration without catching process. Episode 24 of 45.

  42. 19

    S1: EP23 - Dream With Sacrifice (HD)

Earlier today, I was thinking about an imaginary concept: the bragging conference. To get access, you must be deeply flawed - many mistakes, bad habits, addictions. But in the conference, you only talk about achievements. Sound familiar? LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter. Social media has exposed you to a world where you see everyone as perfect except yourself. But everyone has imperfections - they just don't talk about it. The subtle trap: desiring success while removing the sacrifice required. Today's mental model: dream with sacrifice. Ronaldo is the extreme extreme - wanting to be like him is easy, but being like him requires sacrifice you cannot fathom. You only see the greatest - not those who gave their all but didn't get 1/10th the results. Social media is a bragging conference. The algorithm shows you results without sacrifice. Episode 23 of 45.

  43. 18

    S1: EP22 - Constantly Optimize Behavior (HD)

The highest level of productivity is agency, powered by innovation, powered by iteration. Two writers can be consistent for 21 days - but if one gets slightly better each day, they dramatically change their results. Songs of Solomon 2:15: "The little foxes spoil the vines." If a plane shifts trajectory by one degree, it lands in a different continent. Your phone is why you won't achieve volume - apps are sabotaging you. Have a work phone with NO apps. Use a laptop - it forces you to sit up and work differently. Everyone has 24 hours. Little foxes steal 12 hours from your day, leaving you with 3-4 hours of work. You can't work 3 hours and hope to beat someone working 15. Starve yourself to invest in better gadgets. Episode 22 of 45.

  44. 17

S1: EP21: When Facing Sad Times, ZOOM OUT

Sadness is a consistent, reoccurring fact of life. You can't change that. You can only change how you interpret it. This episode's mental model: zoom out when you face difficult times. When a woman gives testimony about being barren for 19 years, it sounds simple because she's at the other end of victory. In trading, focusing on small timeframes creates problems - zoom out to see patterns. 50 years from now, you won't remember this moment. So why make a big deal? The tougher the battle, the more epic the story. Accept an exciting life. Reject a boring life. Your graph is supposed to go up - don't let temporary conditions break it. Episode 21 of 45.

  45. 16

S1: EP20 - Life Is A Battlefield For Your Attention

An influencer noticed billionaires reply fast - that's WHY you can't reach them, not despite it. They've optimized for speed. To be faster, do what normal people do in 5 days in 5 minutes. This episode breaks down why Elon Musk works 12+ hours but doesn't work harder than a bricklayer in Africa (the difference is WHAT you work on, not how hard), why you can't have a social life as an adult building something big, and why he deletes WhatsApp and opens new contacts to preserve attention currency. Life is warfare. The battle is for your attention. Protect your agency at all costs. Episode 20 of 45.

  46. 15

    S1: EP19 - Never Ignore Context (HD)

One of the first lessons I'll teach my child is this: never believe what you hear until you verify it yourself. Especially online. Never. Context is everything. Someone teaching you "the right way" is probably living in a completely different world - their formula may not apply to you at all. This episode introduces the Law of Relativity: hear not just WHAT someone is saying, but WHY they're saying it and what they stand to gain. Watch that video twice. Read that book twice. Not consecutively - let time pass. It's boring. That's exactly why nobody can match your results. And passion? It means how much PAIN you can endure. Pick the field where your pain tolerance fits. S1: EP18 - Go Down The Rabbit Hole (HD)

Extreme people take extreme action through extreme knowledge. When you see news that a 14-year-old raised $15M in VC funding, most people just believe it. But someone with extreme thirst for knowledge clicks every link, searches every name, and turns that one piece of news into an entire course worth of knowledge. Most people just know things - they don't have convictions. The sweet spot: niche interests + deep rabbit holes. All billionaires studied their way to the top. Elon Musk digs up biographies constantly. Dumb people have lower research skills. Smart people have higher research skills. Warning: you cannot study everything. Pick your niche wisely. S1: EP17 - Be Crazily Delusional About What's Important (HD)

In a world where you can be anything, why would you choose to be average? This episode is extreme. Your current routines are your prophecy. Belief → Action → Result. Scammers have more faith than you and they're selling fake products. FOMO has nothing on me. Jescil Richard had no track record but got Nigeria's biggest companies to sponsor her event because she was delusional enough to aim for the top. Everyone in the world can be the best at the same time - by being the best at being THEMSELVES. But here's the catch: be delusional about as FEW things as possible. The fewer, the better. S1: EP16 - You're Wrong Cause You Want To Be Right (HD)

My friend hates debates because she thinks if I am right, she must be wrong. But Google Maps has multiple correct routes going in opposite directions. Math proves 6+2=8 and 10-2=8 - opposites giving the same answer. This episode breaks down Charlie Munger's inversion principle (ask "what would destroy this?" not "how can I succeed?"), why Abraham Lincoln appointed political enemies to his cabinet, and why quantum physics proves light is both particles and waves simultaneously. Hold strong convictions loosely. If you can't argue against your own belief and win, you're not convicted yet. Episode 16 of 45.

S1: EP15 - Hunt Down The Energy Drainers (HD)

Most Christians don't know this: the Book of Mark was actually Apostle Peter's words, written down by Mark who was Peter's interpreter. But here's the real lesson: Jesus was so meticulous about his energy that when virtue left his body, he immediately stopped everything and said "Who touched me?" He tracked his daily energy levels and accounted for every loss immediately. This episode breaks down why multitasking is the biggest scam to your energy, why you need to hunt down energy drainers the moment you notice them, and why many great men died small because they couldn't focus their energy consistently in one direction. Beware the energy drainers. Episode 15 of 45.
