Notes from NOLA: Isaac Henry - David Duncan

58% of Americans say no one truly knows them. But what if someone does? The story of a forgotten Civil War soldier and a biblical promise between friends reveals a truth that could change everything: while people may forget you, God never will. Are you living like someone who is remembered by the King of kings?

Notes From NOLA: Taste and See

Preacher: Wayne RobertsAre you tired of eating at tables that leave you spiritually hungry? God isn't offering you scraps - He's inviting you to His abundant table where He transforms even your failures into something beautiful. What if the very thing you've been searching for isn't just an ingredient in a good life, but IS the life itself? Stop trying to control everything and discover what it means to truly taste and see that the Lord is good.

Notes From NOLA: No Atheists in Foxholes

Where do you run when life gets overwhelming? Some turn to temporary escapes, but there's a refuge that no enemy can penetrate. The secret isn't avoiding life's battles - it's knowing where to find true protection when you're in them. Are you building your faith before you desperately need it?

Notes from NOLA: Social Influencers - David Ducan

Are you a thermometer or a thermostat? 🌡️ One simply reflects the temperature around it, while the other actually changes it. As Christians, we're called to be thermostats—positive influences that change the spiritual climate wherever we go. What kind of influence are you having on the people watching your life? 🤔

Visions of Victory: Hiddem Kingdom Work - David Duncan

If someone observed your life for a week, would they know that Christ is your life, or would they have to dig deep to discover you're a Christian? When Jesus truly becomes our life, sharing Him should be as natural as breathing. Are you living as a kingdom citizen or just visiting church on Sundays?

"The Path to Gratitude" - David Duncan

True Christianity isn't about checking off religious boxes but continuing to walk with Christ daily. Like trees need deep roots to withstand storms, believers need intentional spiritual practices to grow strong. Paul reminds us to be rooted in Christ and overflow with gratitude. This requires actively studying the Bible, praying regularly, fellowshipping with other Christians, worshiping consistently, and serving others. When we remember the good news of salvation and maintain perspective during difficulties, gratitude becomes natural. The more we know Jesus, the more thankful we become for His incredible sacrifice and the hope we have in Him.

God Can Transform Us - David Duncan

God has always been in the business of transformation, from creation itself to changing lives throughout Scripture. Romans 12:2 calls us to be transformed by renewing our minds rather than conforming to cultural trends. True transformation involves developing caring, considerate, and compassionate character while surrendering our will to God's. However, pride and holding onto sin can prevent this process. Many Christians have information about God but lack genuine transformation that changes how they live daily. The fruit of the Spirit shows what a transformed life looks like - reflecting God's character through love, joy, peace, and other godly qualities.
