2024 is coming to a close, we started and ended this year with a New Moon in Capricorn. This is the time to check in with yourself - are you ready to jump in and create vision boards for 2025, or are you celebrating the inner winter by resting and digesting this past year? Both energies are valid and necessary. In this episode, we discuss honoring the excitement of the new year and recognizing that we are in the midst of Winter, a time for slowing down and conserving energy.
