Sex Is Good, But It's Not THAT Good.
Sex is good—but it’s not that good.Somewhere along the way, we put it on a pedestal it was never meant to sit on. In this episode, we talk about the over-glorification of sex, how culture has warped it, and what happens when we start to see it for what it actually is—and what it isn’t.

Humans Are Weird. And PLEASE—for the Love of God—Stop Touching My Damn Baby!!!
A thoughtful, honest podcast about psychology, human behavior, culture, and life as a new mother. In the first episode, I explore why humans act the way they do, how psychology helps explain our impulses, and why self-awareness matters—especially when it comes to boundaries, respect, and children. This podcast blends reflection, research, humor, and lived experience to ask deeper questions about who we are and how we treat one another.

the state of the world in 2024: where are we headed?
in this episode, i dive into a topic i’ve been trying to tackle for a while now —the state of the world in 2024. things are complicated, overwhelming even, and breaking it all down is no easy feat. the world we’re living in today is a far cry from what many of us grew up in. technology has integrated itself into every aspect of our lives, creating both connection and disconnection at the same time. we’re more “plugged in” than ever, yet somehow more distant from each other. now, i know there are some people who may not feel the impact of what’s going on, but i can confidently say that many do, myself included. whether it's being directly affected or simply feeling the need for change, there's been a noticeable shift. whether that shift is for better or worse depends on your perspective, but more people are starting to question the systems in place. there’s a growing desire for a different world.securing a good job has become a major challenge. it seems like unless you’re pursuing a career as a doctor, lawyer, or scientist, education is losing its relevance. for someone like me, who just wants to be creative, it’s gotten tough. since graduating, i haven’t been able to land a job in my field and after applying to thousands of positions, all i get back are spam texts, fake offers, or polite rejections. even buying something as basic as groceries has turned into a struggle for many. and the current presidential race feels more like a joke than a serious decision. there are so many more layers to the state of the world in 2024 but it leaves me wondering: where are we headed from here...?

dear christians, please chill
i feel like so many christians have the right idea at heart. they discover Jesus, the discover the gospel and not only do they want to abide by it, but they want to share it with the world. my only thing is, i feel like they often go about it wrong. none of us are perfect, that's why Jesus came in the first place. as His followers, i think it's important to show love and be open to others. and yes, to have discernment, but not to live in fear and think that every little thing you do is going to send you to hell. we have to have more grace and understanding with ourselves and others. the mission is to spread love & light!!! to be love & light!

let's talk about: technology
Ever stop to think about how our bodies are walking, talking marvels of technology? It's mind-boggling! Consider this—our brains have the mind-blowing capability to rewire and adapt, akin to the most advanced tech systems out there. We're essentially living, breathing technology! Our bodies house incredible systems, mirroring the sophistication of the most cutting-edge computers—truly a testament to the genius of nature. The sun, the moon, the celestial dance that operates with clockwork precision. It's like observing the gears of an impeccably designed machine. Life, indeed, is an astonishing symphony of interconnected systems, each playing a crucial role in the grand scheme of things. While the breakneck pace of technological advancement may sometimes seem daunting, there's a silver lining. Amidst the whirlwind of change, there's boundless potential for good. Whether it's innovations improving healthcare, fostering global connections, or enhancing our understanding of the universe, technology could hold the key for a brighter future! And to those feeling uncertain or worried about the influence of technology, remember this: the power lies within us to shape its trajectory. Let's embrace technology as a tool for positive change, steering its course toward a future where it uplifts humanity. It's in our hands to harness its potential for good, to create a world where innovation and empathy go hand in hand.
