I wish there were penalties for when people took time away from you and can't give it back or replenish it, stand you up for no legitimate reason or excuse... if you have no intentions or don't really mean what you say, then don't say nothing or make the offer. Too Easy.

Sometimes the customer isn't always right, sometimes if not a lot if the time, we need to be told NO but of course in a professional way, and management need to back their employees when a customer is making an attempt degrade the rep or even lie to benefit their own gain or agenda.
