She explains how the relationship gradually shifted from affection and validation to control, blame, and emotional abuse, which deeply affected both her and her children’s sense of safety and wellbeing. Now rebuilding her life through counselling, psychiatric support, and prioritising her children’s healing, she encourages others experiencing abuse to trust themselves, seek help, and remember that recovery and change are possible with support and faith.
