Emma was left waiting for an hour and a half at Melbourne Airport, after pre-organising Meet and Assist with the airline. Hear about the complaint, and how the resolution of this complaint will hopefully mean no one else has to go through this.

This week, in our first episode for 2025, we speak with Madeleine Popper. Madeleine started an art group for Blind and Vision Impaired people in Melbourne.
