Pastor Mateo taught that because we are made in God’s image, God has created each person for good works that help creation flourish, and through life in Christ we discover the purpose, worship, and service we were made for.

This week’s message comes from our friend Pastor Tim Shepard, who explored the truth that God is love. He shared how we were created in God’s image for relationship with Him and with one another, and how His love is the foundation of our identity, community, and calling to love God and love others.

This week, Pastor Mateo kicked off our Imago Dei series by exploring how our identity, worth, and purpose are rooted in God as our Creator. Emphasizing that we were made in His image with inherent honor, intentional design, and a deep calling to live in relationship with Him.

Pastor Aidan teaches from Matthew 28:16–20 that the Great Commission begins with worship, reminding believers that Jesus sends His people into the world under His authority to make disciples and live on mission for His kingdom.

Pastor Aidan teaches from Matthew 18:21–35 that forgiveness is difficult and costly, yet it is central to the gospel because God has forgiven a debt we could never repay through Jesus. He challenges listeners to release bitterness, trust the sufficiency of the cross, and extend to others the same mercy they have received from Christ.

Pastor Mateo explains how John 20 highlights the Gospel's goal: to believe in Jesus as the Messiah and Son of God, whose resurrection offers eternal life as a gift from God, not earned, but given out of His desire for us to know Him.
