Far too often, our lives are overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, and social circles, leaving little time for meaningful connection with God. In this session, we will answer questions such as; how can men provide for their families and enjoy life in a sustainable way? What does it mean to honor the Sabbath? What’s the best way to lead a life marked by productivity and rest? 

Our words carry significant weight and power; every relationship in our lives can be strengthened or damaged by how we speak in them. This session will explain how to harness our words and the intention behind them to bring new life into our relationships, rather than drag them down.  

Age, job or achievements do not automatically make a boy a man; it is the way he chooses to live his life. Brian describes five characteristics that mark authentic manhood; a vision for life, the courage to take a minor position, a team player’s mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to be a gracious protector. In this session, learn to embrace these characteristics and create a new path of strength and integrity to become the person God intended.

God promises to support us in our walk of faith, but what does that look like when we are criticized, condemned, or shunned for our belief? This session will explore how to respond to the cultural andmoral challenges of today’s world with strength and grace, and how to keep faith in trying times.

A prayerless life is a powerless life; yet many men struggle with prayer. Derwin will teach how to become powerful by learning how to pray like Jesus.

You are more than your past when God holds your future. Learn how to courageously rise above society’s labels and step away from the world of lies, judgment and self condemnation. Join Derwin for this challenging session that will stretch the limits of your faith to experience a fearless and limitless life. 

Faith is putting trust in your Savior. Fear is a part of life but it does not have to grip or define us. We are not alone. In this seminar, Joby will present how to develop a ‘roadmap’ for life and fearlessly follow Jesus’ teachings and lean on His strength.

Every day we face voices and forces battling for which version of ourselves we will accept, believe, and put our energy behind. Jesus provides a perfect example of a Godly life; how to live with grace, courage, and healthy masculinity regardless of the outside forces set against us. This seminar will explore a spiritual revolution in our own lives and the world around us; this is Jesus, Jesus is in me, this is me.

GI Joe heroes used to famously say, “Knowing is half the battle!”. Men can know the results of temptation but too few understand the tactics of “how” temptation is disguised and creeps into our lives.We’ll learn the story of Achan and see how temptation broke him and nearly broke his nation and how we can be stronger.

As the 2024 No Regrets Men’s Conference concludes, this momentum can go with us. Ricky will share how when men find themselves in a tough spot, they need to remember God's promises. He will challenge uswith principles and practices on how to lean into God’s power to fearlessly live in His strength.

Many Christians discuss living “radically” for God, but what that life looks like is deeply shaped by the culture we live in. Through the Parable of the Prodigal Son, Skye will explore how consumer culture and the Missional Church can define a radical life, the shortcomings of both definitions, and what a radical life looks like according to the Bible and God’s Kingdom. 

The New Testament describes the church and its purpose not as an event, a building, or an institution; it describes a community living in unity with God and one another. Yet, the modern Church often struggles and is influenced more by worldly values. In this session, Skye will explain what the Bible says about the Church, its purpose and what fulfilling His mission looks like in today’s world.

If someone asked ten people the definition of ‘parenting’, they would get at least ten different answers; from “getting my child through college” to “having them be happy and successful.” By looking into Psalm 78, this session will examine what it means to disciple our children’s hearts and leave a positive, lasting impact on their lives. 

Forgiveness seems a simple step to take until a major disagreement or argument arises, whether with family, friends, or coworkers. There’s always a backstory or circumstance to complicate reconciliation; this session will explore what forgiveness is, what it isn’t, and how to achieve it with faith and grace.

Despite its importance, sharing one’s faith often feels intimidating or awkward, especially with close friends or family. There are endless strategies to improve confidence and delivery but many feel gimmicky, others inauthentic. In this seminar we’ll explore the advice Jesus gave to his disciples on sharing their faith; it may be far simpler than it seems. 

Our lives are full of distractions, from advertisements to work demands to our phones’ notifications; the world expects so much from us. Psalm 119 asks; “How can a young man keep his way pure?” Join Craig as he uses this session to answer that question with Biblical wisdom and practical applications for daily living. 

Loss happens to every person; often unexpectedly, sometimes traumatically. All losses will change lives, create unforeseen challenges, and require adaptation to recover from. God understands our struggles and equips us with tools to overcome them; this seminar will explore practical, Biblical ways to cope with loss and grow in our faith through it. 

Ephesians 2:10 states; “We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them”. To walk in the good works of our own lives, we must discover and embrace God’s unique call for each of us. In this session, Jim will share his journey of transformation and how he discovered God’s call to a life of significance. 

Often, leaders need help fighting for others - or their own - freedom from pornography. Join Justin as he shares three areas of focus to find lasting freedom: Identity: learning who we are in Christ; Accountability: being honest and transparent; and Sincerity: having true repentance. 

The Bible has abundant insight into handling money and debt, giving, and investing, as relevant today as it has been in centuries past. In this session, Keith will offer guidance on how to manage the wealth God has entrusted to you and provide resources to continue your faith-based financial journey for years to come. 

The book of Jude states; “Have mercy on those who are doubting”. Everyone experiences doubt at some point in their lives; we can be confident God is not offended by it. Instead, He invites us to discover evidence to support our faith. This session is an opportunity to listen to others’ questions and ask your own in a safe setting. 

Many of us feel a pressure to be tireless, to answer the demands and pressures of work, family, and even the Church’s expectations with relentless strength and energy. This attitude can easily leave us feeling drained and empty; in this talk Tim will explore the life of Daniel, the causes of his weariness, and how men can acknowledge their limitations without guilt or shame.

Albert will close the conference with the strong command that the Apostle Paul gave Timothy in 1 Timothy 6:11, “But you, man of God, FLEE FROM ALL THIS, & PURSUE RIGHTEOUSNESS, GODLINESS, FAITH, LOVE, ENDURANCE & GENTLENESS.” 

Money, sex, power and addictions. It’s easy to get derailed as you follow Christ. How do you avoid the temptations men face? Albert will discuss how, in Christ, we overcome the temptations that cause men to stumble.

As men we tend to lean into things that we are good at, or enjoy. Unfortunately for many, parenting is not on either of those lists. Today’s session will bring encouragement and empowerment that you are made for this role.

Few temptations are more pervasive and destructive to men than pornography. Freedom is possible but we must fight for victory from the victory Jesus died to secure. Let’s take an honest look at ourselves in light of this sin and find hope to kill it by the finished work of Christ our King.

It is no small thing for a person to bow down and bend before the living God. When we pray, we come into His presence; we encounter Him. He is the One on the other side of our prayers. Pursuing a life of prayer takes understanding and action.

It’s been a hard year(s) for many marriages. We tried telling ourselves our marriage was fine (when we were not), then we tried to hide it when we were not fine (fix it on our own), but maybe now is the time to talk about not being fine and face some long-term disappointments in marriage - together. First, we’ll get into what the gospel communicates to our marriage like nothing else can - forgiveness, grace, second chances, and hope all have their best power in the gospel of Jesus. Second, we’ll make big choices based on Jesus’ teaching that the two are already one, and therefore set the boundaries that keep us one.

When we were young we all had dreams of what we wanted to be when we grew up. But how many of us saw those dreams become a reality? For many men, work is a duty and obligation. For others, it sucks the life out of them. In this session will look at God’s design for work and what it takes to find meaning and fulfillment in it.

The world is literally coming to our front door as refugees and immigrants from across the world are coming to Wisconsin to find help and hope. How do we effectively both reach out to these people and also our Wisconsin neighbors? Come and hear helpful insights and key principles in tried and true ways to effectively reach our neighbors, across cultures and across the street!

Day-to-day life presents many demands on our time, energy, emotions, and resources. We are finite and the demands can seem endless. When we experience being overwhelmed, stressed-out we often live poorly and use unhealthy and ungodly coping strategies with many negative consequences. We will explore how we can live congruent with how God has designed us and cope effectively with the stresses we encounter.

How do you come alongside a person who is far from God and help them become a mature follower of Jesus? Coming alongside them is more helpful than throwing more discipleship programs at them.
