Seeing the surpassing value of knowing Jesus

Devoted to avoiding doing good to be noticed by others

Finding God's presence more rewarding than people's admiration

Mature enough to provide for those who offer nothing in return

Bringing those who torment me before you to receive your grace

Cooperating to bring good to my enemies rather than resisting

Speaking the truth without deception or trying to force my belief

Ferociously fighting against my sins that have become unthinking bodily responses

A greater desire to be raised by God and before God

Being unassuming as I live before God without excuse

Avoiding people saying things that give me earthly status

Mourning the loss of walking in the Spirit by grace

Mourning the loss and death that comes from sin

Doing good to others for their good rather than mine

Placing Jesus at the center of my life during suffering

Taking each opportunity to help believers to help other believers

Working wholeheartedly, meeting needs an advancing God's kingdom

Devoted to doing good out of the new life in me that came from God's love

Eagerness to do good because Jesus gave himself for me

The grace to do what reflects what I teach

Being helpful in a way that is wholeheartedly, beautiful

Walking in the good works God has prepared for me

Becoming a person who continually abounds with deeds of kindness and charity

Not grumbling because I'm holding fast to Jesus

A sense of mercy that proclaims God's excellencies

Shining by seeking to please God

Full immersion in Christ giving no attention to my flesh and it's evil desires

Enough of God's glory on me to light the world

 Seeing everything through Jesus and His truth

Paying close enough attention to receive God's light

Pleasing God by doing what he said before me without complaining and arguing

Good works for love rather than approval

 becoming the kind of person that does the Sermon on the mount

Working wholeheartedly enough that people see God's beauty in my heart

Never adjusting the truth out of fear of persecution

The life of Jesus manifested in me through trials

Speaking well of and asking God to prosper those who trouble me

A response to difficult people that leads to a testimony

 Joyfully, loving and praying for those who harassed me

People drawn to God when I rejoice in insults

Different from the world in a more satisfying way

Drawing others to taste and see that the Lord is good

Instructed by grace to deny my worldly desires

 In Christ, free from condemnation

Overcoming by the power of The Spirit the sin in my flesh

The power of Christ through my weakness to the flesh to overcome it
