We’re grateful for our online community here at Olive Us, but the ‘in-person’ Body of Believers is crucial for flourishing. No doubt many of us have been hurt by people who were part of our local churches. This can be hard, painful, sad, and disorienting when the very place God has brought you to breaks your heart. 💔 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗼𝘄 & 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄. Olive Us 3rd Bday: Sam F. “From the Sideline to the Playing Field"
𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗨𝘀🎉 Olive Us sister Samantha F. reminds us that "𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵." She rallies us to get off the sidelines of life. At Olive Us we believe ALL in process stories of God's goodness & faithfulness matter. Sam echoes this sentiment and states "𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘰𝘥'𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘰𝘮." Turn to 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟗:𝟑𝟕-𝟑𝟖. 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴, 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘰𝘮, 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨,𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱, 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘫𝘰𝘺" Let's keep telling our 'in-process' stories of God's goodness & faithfulness.
