Hive Openmic Week 316_I Know Who I Am|| Sé quién soy ENG/ESP

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/c8278978 ##### Hive Openmic Week 316_I Know Who I Am|| Sé quién soy ENG/ESP Hello everyone, good day and welcome to my entry for Hive Openmic week 316. The Theme for the week was "I Know What's Coming" and I bring us a cover of "I know Who I Am" by Sinach. There's a saying, "As a man thinks in his heart, so he is". You hardly attract the positivity when you always think negatively about everything. When you dream big, you achieve big, but small minds can not attract big things. These adages, explains why I chose "I know Who I Am" for the week's theme "I know what's coming". If you can't identify the type of person you are and what you are expecting to achieve in life, then it's difficult for you to know what's going to be your achievement in the near after. Defining purpose and working towards achieving it brings us closer to our goals. It's very important to put in the effort and set out those important goals we want to achieve. Praying alone isn't enough but waking up to the reality of life, pursuing your goals and putting God in everything helps us achieve what we want to achieve in the future. I'm walking in power, I am working in miracle because I know who I am and because I know who I am, I know what I am expecting will surely come to pass through the power and manifestation of God. The plan He has for me are for good so I believe even if my plans and expectations doesn't come as expected, I am open to His will and all the things He has in stock for me. I hope my entry blesses you guys. 🙏🙏🙌 Song Lyrics We are a chosen generation We've been called forth to show His excellence All I require for life, God has given me And I know who I am x2 I know who God says I am What He says I am Where He says am at I know who I am I know who God says I am What He says I am Where He says am at I know who I am I'm working in power I'm working miracles I live a life of favor For I know who I am I'm working in power I'm working miracles I live a life of favor For I know who I am Lyrics_Source Thank you for visiting my blog.

Hive Music Festival Week 185 Round 2 - Ga Shi Na/He is Here (Cover) ESP/ENG

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/346747d4 #### Hive Music Festival Week 185 Round 2 - Ga Shi Na/He is Here (Cover) ESP/ENG Good day everyone and welcome to my entry for Hive music festival week 185 round 2. This week I bring us a cover of "Ga Shi Nan" which means He is here. It's a gospel song by Kastrings, done in two languages, hausa and English. I had a very busy week but wanted to still come in with my post for the week. We had a church program where I served in both the music and media department. It was hectic but with so much impact and blessings I'm thankful I didn't missed. Here today I'm extending the word to us that God is ever present in time of needs, time of struggle and even time of merriment. God doesn't move only in crowd, He chooses the least and make his light shine forth in every angle and dimension that pleases Him. He said in His word that when two or three are gathered, as long as it is in His name, He will be there. God is so verse beyond human comprehension. Imagine choosing to leave something to make something out of nothing, that makes a lot of sense actually. I've seen God's decisions when it comes to little things. God has shown interest a lot of times over things that if let in human control we'll not regard them. God is ready to use whatever, even the least to glorify His name. He said He'll raise stones to worship Him, He said the little children should come to Him. This is a prove that God doesn't only need the major things for the edification of His name, where two of three are gathered, as little as they may seem to be, as long as it is in His name, He'll be here. This is reaffirmation that all you need to do is to trust Him and He'll make His light shine through you regardless of whatever that may come your way. I hope my rendition blesses you, thanks for stopping by.. Shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes to promote good music on our belove Blockchain @edwardstobia, @yisusth, @fmbs25, thank you for setting the stage! SONG LYRICS. Jonathan (Cover) by Ovey10||Creative Sunday

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/03ece6db ##### Jonathan (Cover) by Ovey10||Creative Sunday Welcome to my entry for Hive Learners creative Sunday. This is a bass guitar cover of Jonathan by Ak-Songstress. It’s a heartbreak song which expresses pain of being cheated and neglected to face the harrowing reality of heartbreak. It’s never easy to get out of that feeling specially when you’ve invested allot into the relationship, time, money and other valuable resources. It’s very important to scrutinize someone’s character very well before thinking of settling with them. Although we cannot completely escape being heartbroken, we can actually set measures that makes it difficult to fall victim of heartbreaks. Heartbreaks not only in marital relationship but family, business and other types of relationships. Learn to set standards that not everywhere you’d be found, not with any type of person you’ll be seen because standards keeps you more safer from facing this ugly experience of heartbreak so many times. But in nutshell, no matter how many times you might go through heartbreaks, it can never justify hate for me. Always dare to give love a chance because love is actually a beautiful thing. I mean if you choose not to love what else do you prefer to do instead of love? There's the actual sense of fulfillment when you put smiles on people's face too. We don't need to be completely selfish even to ourselves, focusing only in our career then neglecting those little things that spice up our existence as humans. I hope you vibe to my bass cover.. Lyrics Don't look me like zombie Don't play with me Ano be ludu or tsoobi Don't play with me Shebi you say you don taya me After the love wey I shower you You come dey think you fit to fool me After that you go leave and then betray me Shebi you say you don taya me After the love wey I shower you You come dey think you fit to fool me After that you go leave and then betray me, Jona Jonathan Jonathan Jonathan Jonathan Abi you wan make thunder fire you, Jonathan Ibi Baba God wey go punish you, Jonathan Jonathan (ao, Jona) Jonathan (ao, Jona) Jonathan (ao, Jona) Jonathan (ao, Jona) Lyrics Source

Hive Openmic Week 315_In The Stars|| En las estrellas ENG/ESP

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/f8835959 ##### Hive Openmic Week 315_In The Stars|| En las estrellas ENG/ESP Hello everyone good day and welcome to my entry for Hive Openmic week 315. The Theme for the week was "Moon Light" and I bring us a cover of "In The Stars" by Benson bone. The moon forms part of the firmament which comprises the sun, stars, moon and other bodies. The moon has different meaning and interpretation to different people from diverse cultures and ethnicity. Some people believe in the moon as their God while others look at the moon as a carrier of blessings. Most people believe the moon listens and that's why they talk to the sky whenever they're have burdens in their hearts. This song "In the stars" by Benson bone is one of the songs I love very well because of the storyline of the song. The song expresses deep love and affection for someone that cannot be reached any longer, death separated them and the other one is still in deep affection and pain of the absence of their partner.. I can relate to the song but in another form. I've missed someone that death took them away from me at the most time I needed them. But I'm glad, I'm strong, the vacuum is there but I've gotten used to the pain and I'm surviving. I know few people can relate to the pain of missing someone dear to their hearts. I pray the Lord comforts the broken hearted and give them fortitude to bear the lost. I hope my entry blesses you guys. 🙏🙏🙌 Song Lyrics Sunday mornings were your favorite I used to meet you down on Woods Creek Road You did your hair up like you were famous Even though it's only church where we were goin' Now, Sunday mornings, I just sleep in It's like I buried my faith with you I'm screamin' at a God I don't know if I believe in 'Cause I don't know what else I can do Chorus I'm still holdin' on to everything that's dead and gone I don't wanna say goodbye, 'cause this one means forever And now you're in the stars and six-feet's never felt so far Here I am alone between the heavens and the embers Oh, it hurts so hard For a million different reasons You took the best of my heart And left the rest in pieces Diggin' through your old birthday letters A crumpled 20 still in the box I don't think that I could ever find a way to spend it Even if it's the last 20 that I've got, oh Chorus I'm still holdin' on to everything that's dead and gone I don't wanna say goodbye, 'cause this one means forever And now you're in the stars and six-feet's never felt so far Here I am alone between the heavens and the embers Oh, it hurts so hard For a million different reasons You took the best of my heart And left the rest in pieces I'm still holdin' (on), holdin' (on), holdin' on (on) I'm still holdin' (on), holdin' (on), holdin' on (on) I'm still holdin' (on), holdin' (on), I'm still holdin' on (on) I'm still, ooh, still holdin' on Back to Chorus Lyrics_Source Thank you for visiting my blog.

Hive Music Festival Week 184 Round 1 - Nakira (Cover) ESP/ENG

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/e9ece2ca #### Hive Music Festival Week 184 Round 1 - Nakira (Cover) ESP/ENG Good day and welcome to my entry for Hive music festival week 184 round 1. For this week's entry, I bring us a cover of "Nakira" in English "I call on you". The Bible infered God as as the chief corner stone. We've seen also in the Bible where Samuel set up an alter with a stone and called it My stone of help in the Hebrew language Ebenezer. God is referred to as Ebenezer because He comes through in the time of lack and wants. The Bible made it clear that God is ever ready to listen to our cry. He said Ask and it shall be given, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be open. This song "Nakira" by Kakaki featuring Dorcas is nothing far from what God said we should do. The song talks about how humans, most times try every means to achieve what they want without putting God in the process, then at the end of the day fall victim of their circumstances. This songs talks about the need to run back to God because everything that is good originates from Him. One of the things that baffles most is how some people never get to find out the true road to follow and they lost more deeper. It is one thing to be wrong, repent and walk back into the track line and it's another thing to be wrong and never get to see the light. The farther you travel, the far the road to come back home. Sometimes you make back and other times you find yourself completely lost and can't find your way back. The good thing is with Christ Jesus, it is very possible to find your way back to the stone of help. It is only considered too late when you don't do needful and you are no more in existence, but as long as you have life there's hope. Shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes to promote good music on our belove Blockchain @edwardstobia, @yisusth, @fmbs25, thank you for setting the stage! SONG LYRICS. Hive Openmic Week 314_This World is Not My Home|| Este mundo no es mi hogar ENG/ESP

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/e3bbc953 ##### Hive Openmic Week 314_This World is Not My Home|| Este mundo no es mi hogar ENG/ESP Hello everyone good day and welcome to my entry for Hive Openmic week 314. The Theme for this week was "My Greatest Treasure" and I bring us a bass cover of "This World is Not My Home"by Teddy Grimstad. I find the theme "My Greatest Treasure" very interesting. It's a very thoughtful theme that let us reflect on the real essence of Life and why we are all here on earth. I find it disturbing for anyone that solely measure their riches and wealth by just the material things they've accumulate on earth. My greatest treasure can't be money because money isn't eternal. My greatest treasure will be seeing my creator rub his hands on my head and say "Weldon my faithful servant". I have other very interesting treasures which is my relationship with few persons here on earth. We can't please everybody but we can try our best to do the best we can to put smiles and laughter in the faces of people around us. What is wealth without the heart of giving, what is peace when everyone around you doesn't feel your impact in anyway. Material things are very much important but shouldn't be our primary issue. We should focus on building solid relationships both men and God in heaven, our family, our health then other things can come in. Thank you very much for stopping by my post and I hope it inspires you.. I hope my entry blesses you guys. This world is not my home I'm just a-passing through My treasures are laid up Somewhere beyond the blue The angels beckon me From heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore Oh Lord, you know I have no friend like you If heaven's not my home Then Lord, what will I do? The angels beckon me From heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore I have a loving mother Just up in Gloryland And I don't expect to stop Until I shake her hand Lyrics_Source Thank you for visiting my blog.

Hive Music Festival Week 176 Round 2 - Alheri Ubangiji (Cover) ESP/ENG

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/c252d443 #### Hive Music Festival Week 176 Round 2 - Alheri Ubangiji (Cover) ESP/ENG Good day and welcome to my entry for Hive music festival week 156 round 2. For this weeks entry, I bring us a cover of "Alheri Ubangiji" in English "Blessings of God". The song talks about the unending blessings of God Almighty.. The blessings of the Lord are true and eternal, it adds no sorrow. Most times we missed out on these blessings because of lack of patience and misconduct. The blessings of God comes at the right time when God decides to make it happen. There are times of trials and temptations, most of us mistook those period of time as rejection from God. God is God and none can predict everything about Him, I mean, this is one of the great attributes that makes Him Kind over all. It's not easy waiting on Him but at the right time, you'll find out it was worth waiting. I don't compromise when it comes to how God operates in my own life. I know what He has done for me which they are huge blessings for me already, just because He hasn't come to my bucket list yet doesn't mean He would not, the fact that He did showed up for me even when I did not trust Him and join the multitude to scream "crucify Him!" it's one big enough reason to ever be grateful to Him. We become over anxious, full of anxiety when we fail to reminisce over the few things that are a huge blessings to us from God, it's God to seek for more but working with the consciousness of what you have at hand should boost your confidence and ease stress and anxiety. Indeed the blessings of God knows no end. I will forever be grateful to Him for everything even the bad days, I curse the day that will come, that will make me denounce God because of my problems. The road isn't easy and I pray God takes away that cup of reproach and shame from us who trust and believe in Him. Shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes to promote good music on our belove Blockchain @edwardstobia, @yisusth, @fmbs25, thank you for setting the stage! Hive Music Festival Week 175 Round 1 - Dusty Bibles (Cover) ESP/ENG

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/c719ddb9 #### Hive Music Festival Week 175 Round 1 - Dusty Bibles (Cover) ESP/ENG Hello everyone. Welcome to my entry for Hive music festival week 175 round 1. It's with great joy I bring you this song cover of "Dusty Bibles" by Josiah, a powerful gospel artiste I came across lately last year on Facebook. I am inspired by Josiah's music because he seemed to know the right message for a generation like ours, specially at a time when people are forgetting their moral and core values as human beings on the surface of the earth. Allot of people seem not to care anymore about their behaviours towards humanity, people forgot about what is actually real and true, then open-mindedly decided to accept evil as truth under the guise of freedom of choice and believes. I mostly don't engage in arguments trying to sway people into following my faith, if I fan you with few words of faith and you reject them, I hardly keep trying but what I least expect of us as human is to by all means act humane in our dealings. There are general values that every human needs to have. Beyond religion differences, we are humans and shouldn't forget to act like one. People have sold out their hearts to their selfish evil desires, I've seen how comfortable people are against the natural things that we lived to see. We now assume that nature is a mistake, some certain people aren't supposed to be born black or white, some people should have been given birth to as male not female, while some female not male. As humans we should be able to reject evil if we see one, there's no justification for hurting and killing people, there's no good in promoting, teaching and advocating for evil. I personally believe that when we embrace the word of God which is the Bible, we can be transformed as a nation. Back to the song I recorded for my entry, allot of we Christians have placed high priorities over the things we want and have completely forget about God and His teachings which are found in the scriptures. We've idolized our phones and create the least time for God's words. In the song "Dusty Bibles" by Josiah, he noted the fact the world is cruel to allot of people and it has caused so many people not to care about each other anymore but we can always be better when we go back to our Bibles and stop leaving them dusty, in there lies the solution to most of the problems we're facing in our world today.. Shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes to promote good music on our belove Blockchain @edwardstobia, @yisusth, @fmbs25, thank you for setting the stage! SONG LYRICS. *We got dust on our Bibles Brand new iPhones We wonder why we feel this way Hey, how you been? It’s been a while and I’m just checking in I miss the way things used to be back in 2017 And I just miss my friend Hey, I’ve been fine I’ve been struggling to find some peace of mind It’s the problem of our nation and in our generation We’re too busy and can’t find the time Are we busy or is it all a lie We got dust on our Bibles Brand new iPhones We wonder why we feel this way We walk with our eyes closed blind leading blind folks I’m done with those idols and dusty Bibles Lyrics source

Hive Music Festival Week 174 Round 3 - NAGODE (Cover) ESP/ENG

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/csmxuhsj #### Hive Music Festival Week 174 Round 3 - NAGODE (Cover) ESP/ENG Hello everyone. Welcome to my blog. This is my entry for Hive music festival week 174 round 3. This week I bring us a cover of "Nagode" by Dunsin featuring David D. Nagode from the Hausa dialect in Nigeria is transcribe as "Thank you" in English. This is a gratitude song to God almighty for everything He has done and still doing. The context of the song connotes how great is our God right from time immemorial till date, how he has kept His word in our lives, how He has proven beyond every reasonable doubt that He's a true father to those who believe and trust in Him. Thanksgiving is a deliberate act that opens doors doors more of God's blessings. It's a normality of life. When you show gratitude to your boss, parents, elders or whoever that rendered some form of help to you whether little, you are indirectly preparing theirs minds to still bless you whenever the opportunity comes for them to. Lack of gratitude is a sign of ungratefulness. We are mostly found guilty of that act specially when the one thing we require from God, our parents, bosses etc isn't granted to us, we tend to forget every other thing that was initially a given to us despite they're the majority. Most times we see people quickly forget the 99 good that has been done to them then, create scenes over that one thing that didn't turn out well for them. It happens in our relationships with each other and other times transfer such attitudes to even our creator. The Bible says we should give thanks and praise at all times, it doesn't matter how little your prayers were answered or not answered at all. The thing there is, we are wired with emotions but gracefully blessed with senses. You wouldn't be completely happy when your request aren't met as you wished on several occasions, and all these occasions you're expected to still show gratitude to God, if you understand the dealings of God, you will pray you never show any form of ungratefulness even in those period of hard times you're facing. Gratitude is the best way to tell God you need Him to do more perhaps, it's just another smartest way to capture His heart over that one thing you want Him to do for you. I love this song by Dunsin, the concept was great, the instrumentations was very tight and mind-blowing as well, I hope you enjoy my short piec Shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes to promote good music on our belove Blockchain @edwardstobia, @yisusth, @fmbs25, thank you for setting the stage! ESP Hola a todos. Bienvenidos a mi blog. SONG LYRICS. AFRI-TUNES WEEK 203 - Ji Adua Ta (Cover)

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/jrqrugoe #### AFRI-TUNES WEEK 203 - Ji Adua Ta (Cover) Hello everyone... This is for my entry for Afri-tunes week 203. I bring us a cover of "Ji Adua Ta" by Kaestrings. It's a song from the Hausa dialect translated as "Hear my prayer". Everyone wants God to fulfil their heart desires in one way but only few think about the other way. We mustn't get everything we want in life before we become fulfilled or we are happy, I recently took this words to heart and it turned out to comfort me and heal most of my anxieties. I have a long list of what I want from God but at the end, He is good and He's got the master list who am I to judge Him. We gotta pay attention to see real solutions the way they come and not the basically the way we always imagined them to be. It's not wrong to have prayer requests and tender them onto God, it's only wrong when we demand answers our own way. It doesn't have to please you all the time. Pray and keep focus on the things God wants for you even from the things you actually want from Him. We'll keep praying and mostly be thankful to God however He decides to turn the situation.. Song Lyrics Ya Yesu Ji Adu’a ta Ga ni nan na zo gare ka.. Ya Yesu ga ni nan na Iso, so, so.., Ga ni nan na zo gare ka…eeee’ Ya Yesu Ji Adu’a ta.. Babu ko mai, da zai gagare ka.. Ya Yesu Ji Adu’a ta Ga ninan na zo gare ka; Yesu oh, Ya Yesu na.. Ya Yesu Ji Adu’a^ ta Babu ko mai, hey! da zai gagare ka Ya Yesu ga ni nan na Iso, gani nan na zo gare ka., Ya Yesu oh, Ya Yesu… Ya Yesu Ji Adu’a^ ta Babu ko mai, hey, hey! da zai gagare ka Ya Yesu Ji Adu’a^ ta Lyrics Source Thank you for coming around and stay blessed..

Working my Chest/Arms- My Fitness Journey 3

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/fzsyfssp #### Working my Chest/Arms- My Fitness Journey 3 Good day and welcome to my blog, this is my fitness journey post #3. It's another great day to share with you all the progressive impact of consistency and passion. I saw a video by Chris Mouten, not only was I attracted to the result of his consistency act, I was motivated by the simple life illustration on his video.. Screenshot from Chris Mouten's video It's sometimes difficult to make that first step of trying but when you pick up the courage and start only then you have tendencies of reaching your goals. Starting isn't the same as staying resolute. Consistency is a whole new fundamental approach of achieving set goals. Many started and stopped on the way, many gave up because of failure, in as much as there are things we can't control (The inevitables) we must learn not to easily give up on our goals and so, here I am pushing more stronger and more optimistic about that goal physique, about that healthy state of mind and body, about building that esteem I want to have. It's not easy but today is another good day to try.. Back to my technique for chest and arm. I used the simple dumbbell curls to train. I focused much more on building my arms and that's the best for me. Looking forth towards trying the chest-supported dumbbell curls. I have to work on my weights because I locally created it and I had some errors which makes it difficult for me to do the hammer curls. The second technique for the day is bench press which unfortunately I couldn't attach it to my video because I wanted to make the video shorter.. The closed dumbbell bench press was for chest. I did so many reps and figured out I can do better without having to count how many times I can go a round. I think it's most preferable to lift that weight until the last rep that seem almost impossible to do. Breaking limits is the goal but attaining my limit doesn't directly signify growth, it's training but doesn't often have visible gains. I'll appreciate your kind feedbacks and suggestions in the comment section. Thank You💙

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/folhlvxx ##### Hive Openmic Week 297_My God is Awesome|| Mi Dios es Maravilloso ENG/ESP Hello everyone good day and welcome to Hive Openmic week 297. The Theme for this week was "Call me" and I bring us a gospel bass cover of "My God is Awesome". It's been awhile here but I'm happy I made it in with an entry for this week. And God said in His word "Call on me, I will answer and I will show you great and mighty things which you do not expect". I don't know about you but I call Him an awesome God, a reliable God and the most perfect being that existed before time began. I don't care how the end turns out to be but His words has made me trust Him and believe in His will and supremacy. There's no any other that wants the best for me like my God and so it feels more safer to call on Him even when it seems like His not working, I know for sure, He never stops working... I hope my entry blesses you guys. Thank you all for coming around & stay blessed🙏🙏🙌 Spanish Hola a todos, buen día y bienvenidos a Hive Openmic, semana 297. My God is awesome He can move mountains Keep me in the valley Hide me from the rain My God is awesome Heals me when I’m broken Gives strength where I’ve been weakened Forever He will reign My God is awesome He can move mountains Keep me in the valley Hide me from the rain My God is awesome Heals me when I’m broken Strength where I’ve been weakened Forever He will reign Lyrics_Source Thank you for visiting my blog.

Hive Music Community - BUGA (Cover).

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/prksywom #### Hive Music Community - BUGA (Cover). Hellooo everyone! Happy New week and welcome to my blog. Today I share with us a bass guitar cover of "Buga" by Kiss Daniel a popular Nigerian artiste. "Buga" is originated from the Nigerian pidgin English which means to make boast or show off. The song has funny lyrics but with some good meaning attach to it. Most times we forget to take care of ourselves because we're too busy looking for how to make ends meet, we live under pressure and don't bother to check up on our own wellbeing. When we forget to value ourselves and show some respect to ourselves, we tend to loose value in front of the public hence people won't see the need to value us. We do not necessarily have to flaunt our achievements as the song implies but we can in another way round celebrate our achievements wether small or big, that will help us view ourselves indifferently and create that sense of completeness in us. You can place yourself under bondage without even knowing because when you see people and began to feel less of yourself you will not interact freely, you will always want to bury your heads under reproach and not sedation meanwhile, every human is supposed to be able to defend themselves, not necessarily show pride but everyone has to cultivate some form of ego as well that makes it difficult for random people to just get over them. I hope you enjoy my Bass Cover. Hive Music Festival Week 165 Round 3 - Forever Young (Cover) ESP/ENG

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/bdqljikm #### Hive Music Festival Week 160 Round 1 - Yar Auta (Bass Cover) ESP/ENG Hello everyone. Welcome to my blog. This is my entry for Hive music festival week 165 round 3. This week I bring us a cover of "Forever Young" by Alphaville. It's been awhile since I made a voice cover and thought about doing that today. I find myself glued to this song lately maybe because I've not been constantly making Rap covers:) but I think it's a song that fits the moment for me. We all expecting the best but it's important to anticipate for the worst too. Nobody wants to die young, many people prefer not to grow old and that's understandable because it's really hard to accept that you're going to die someday. Humans had the privilege to create so many unimaginable stuffs but can't create life which tells us something very important we need to pay attention to. God created nature and all it's inhabitants, every living thing shall taste dead in one way or the other hence the need to identify purpose and live in the reality of who you are and what you represent. Nobody has all the time to do everything they want or achieve everything they want, someday, somehow, we are all leaving. This song creates that consciousness in me that we may desire to gain control over some stuffs in life but nature will definitely happen at the right time. I've learnt to expect less and live in the present. We're so caught up in our expectations forgetting what blessings that comes with each day and time until we realize we don't have it anymore. If I can afford a roof over my head, food for myself and family then the luxury can come later. I'm not being timid or petty about my goals but why should I live under tension and anxiety when these things will come at their appointed time. This isn't laziness, it's me prioritizing peace over them all, the future has allot to offer but while we expect what's on the way coming, let's enjoy what's here right now because we're not promised tomorrow! Shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes to promote good music on our belove Blockchain @edwardstobia, @yisusth, @fmbs25, thank you for setting the stage! ESP Hola a todos. Bienvenidos a mi blog. He aprendido a esperar menos y a vivir el presente. SONG LYRICS. [Verse 1] Let's dance in style, let's dance for a while Heaven can wait, we're only watching the skies Hoping for the best but expecting the worst Are you gonna drop the bomb or not? [Verse 2] Let us die young or let us live forever We don't have the power but we never say never Sitting in a sandpit, life is a short trip The music's for the sad man [Chorus] Forever young, I want to be forever young Do you really want to live forever? Forever, and ever Forever young, I want to be forever young Do you really want to live forever? Forever young Lyrics source

AFRI-TUNES WEEK 195 - The Blood Still Speaks (Bass Cover)

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/uvpckaoa #### AFRI-TUNES WEEK 195 - The Blood Still Speaks (Bass Cover) Hello everyone... This is for my entry for Afri-tunes week 195. I bring us a bass cover if "The Blood Still Speaks" a song composed by Zuri. This is a song that highlights the predicament of my country Nigeria. It's a song for the moment. Zuri nailed every angle of our story at the moment. The country is messed up, allot of things aren't working out the way it used to be Insecurity is now at it's peak, some key government officials have hands in it and the government of Nigeria are being complicit about the whole issues. People are sacrificed by the thousands for selfish political reasons and it's very unfortunate that Christians are the most victims of these evil act from our government. They provided a hostile system for us, nothing is favoring the average man and yet the most simplest of all that we begg of them which is security, they can't provide that for us. There has been mass slaughter of Christians in the country but the government are denying. No doubts we have a pinch of sand of the Muslim faithfuls that are somehow victims too but all is as a result of the Islamic terror groups that was nurtured by their people for their selfish and wicked reasons. This song by Zuri talks allot about our entire story. The blood of the innocent still speaks, their silent cry is making massive waves across the earth and justice will surely prevail. I've not been directly affected but I can feel the impact, if my brothers from the same faith area hurt, if innocent people are paying for the crimes they didn't commit, it creates allot of course to worry. I don't have to wait till it gets to my door step before I cry out or take it serious but that's what my country people fail to understand. Some of them feel since they're not affected yet, they'll continue to make gest of the whole issue. I don't pray this evil gets to their doorstep, it's horrible and we must create awareness about it, we will continue to echo our pain, make efforts until help comes out way... The blood of the innocent still speaks... They must get justice! Song Lyrics Four thousand nine hundred ninety eight gone in one year Benue burned eighty five in a week the world still clear Six thousand run from Plateau plains no soldier near December twenty five the killers came No Christmas cheer One forty killed in Christmas raids Churches crushed like brittle bones Pregnant mother toddler child No names just ashes stones They danced on pews we bled to build They smiled while saints were shot And still Still they call it clash not plot The blood still speaks It don't forget It don't forgive It cries unrest The blood still speaks It stains the ground It marks the map It won't back down The blood still speaks You hear it now Not vengeance Just the sound of truth allowed Lyrics Source Thank you for coming around and stay blessed..

Chest Day - My Fitness Journey Day2

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=ovey10/amzaobzj #### Chest Day - My Fitness Journey Day2 Good day and welcome to my blog, this is my fitness journey Day 2. Today I'm sharing my progress on how I'm building a broad chest. In the video above I used two techniques; open dumbbells and closed dumbbells. All of them were aimed at broadening the chest. The open dumbbell bench press was for my chest line or separation. I did so many reps that I can't count but I can go more than 30 reps as at this moment. The goal is to increase more reps on each day of progress. The more work is done, the more gain we achieve here.. The second technique in the video which is the closed dumbbell bench press was aimed at the chest muscles directly. I did so many reps but I can go 30 reps at once. The two (Open dumbbells/Closed Dumbbell bench press) are very good at targeting the whole of the chest muscles. It was straining but that's how exactly it should be. I don't lift heavy at the moment, light weights is the way to go here, I'm aiming for higher number reps then gradually lift heavier weights in future. Another thing that matters very well I realized in the fitness world is that you must have a good diet to compliment the tears in your muscles, proteins and vegetables helps you heal and gain fast! I have prepared a mixture of grains such as; guinea corn, Peanuts, soya bean, dates, tiger nuts and few other leguminous seeds. It's very rich in fibers and of protein which helps allot. It keeps me stay away from wanting to take too much soda drinks or sugars. I usually crave water after drinking the mixture (Tumbrown) and it keeps me full and energetic. I'll arrange a comprehensive post about the kind of diets I used to take in my fitness journey soon but for now, let me pause here as we interact in the comment section... I'll appreciate your kind feedbacks and suggestions in the comment section. Thank You💙
