On the night of December 26th, 1985, author Whitley Strieber claims he was taken from his cabin in upstate New York by 4 distinct types of alien entities. The beings, or the "visitors" as he calls them, subjected Whitley to invasive medical exams and showed him apocalyptic visions. Whitley has stood by his story for 40 years, but many claim it is too bizarre to be believable. Did Whitley really encounter a non human presence at his cabin in the Hudson Valley? In 1990, Spanish teenager Estefania Gutierrez Lazaro experienced paranormal events that some say led to her mysterious death in 1991. After conducting a seance at school, Estefania claimed she was being haunted by dark, shadowy figures who would call out to her day and night. She also experienced visions, seizures, insomnia, and other puzzling behavior that doctors and psychologists could not seem to fix. What's more, the poltergeist activity continued after her death. Her family home in Vallecas, Madrid was haunted by black hooded figures and phantom voices. Her mother, father, and six siblings were tormented so severely, that they eventually called police. As outlandish as the story sounds, Chief Inspector Jose Negri and 5 other police officers claimed to have witnessed paranormal activity at the family home. Was it hysteria? A poltergeist? A psychological phenomenon? Or was it something more sinister? Perhaps, even, supernatural?

There’s something about driving down an empty highway at night that seems to tug at our deepest fears - even to the point of paranoia. There’s something about the backroads. . .the dark country highways. . .that offers a unique kind of spookiness.  And there are perhaps few people in the world who are as well acquainted with these midnight roads as our nation’s truck drivers.  With so many hours driving during the darkest hours of night. . . you can say truck drivers have seen their fair share of weirdness on the road. And some even say they’ve seen UFOs, ghosts, and other creatures that should only exist in horror movies.  And these stories - delivered to us from busy interstates, country backwoods, and desert highways - will be the subject of today’s episode.

By now we've all heard about the Black Eyed Kids - those ominous late night visitors with jet black eyes who implore you to let them in. But who they are and where they come from remains a mystery. Join Riley as she shares some case files of these BEKs and discusses theories as to what they could be.

When David Huggins was 8 years old, otherworldly entities of all kinds started visiting him on his farm in rural Georgia. The entities - or aliens, if you'd like to call them that - ranged from the typical grays, to small hairy creatures, to praying mantis-like beings, but one in particular stood out to David. Her name was Crescent. . .and she had the body of a voluptuous woman and the head of a gray. And according to David, this alien woman took his virginity when he was 17 years old. And over nearly seven decades, David has had over 100 encounters with Crescent and the other entities. David Huggins has also gifted us with a large collection of his own original paintings depicting these encounters in great detail. And as wild as this story may seem, you may find yourself wanting to believe in this one.

In Part Two, Riley discusses a few cases involving the Women and Black and other mysterious encounters. She also discusses theories about who. . .or what. . .the Men and Women in Black may be. That is, until, you receive a message from someone claiming to be from the 16th century.  Somehow, some way - before the internet age - you find yourself communicating back and forth with this person from the past. And stranger still, someone from the year 2109 reaches through - allowing you to communicate with someone from the 22nd century. That’s what Kenneth Webster of Dodleston, Cheshire, UK claimed happened to him, anyway.  Could it have been a tech savvy ghost? A highly adept prankster? An alternate reality game, before the advent of the internet? A real time traveler? Aliens??? Tech savvy highly adept ghost alien pranksters from another dimension?? All these theories and more have since been explored, but the mystery of the Dodleston Messages remains unsolved.
