Isaiah 10: God Rules Over Nations and Humbles Pride
Isaiah 10 reveals that God rules sovereignly over nations, rulers, and the events of history. Dave Jenkins examines God's condemnation of injustice, His use of Assyria as an instrument of judgment, the certainty of judgment on human pride, and His preservation of a faithful remnant. This chapter ultimately points to Christ, the King above every king, whose reign will never end. Recovering from Resentment
Better understanding and rooting out resentment helps you move towards recovery. Though the desire of the road to recovery from resentment is that it would be quick and easy, it's often longer and harder than one might expect. Even with sincere desire to do so, pain is often hard to process and release.

What happened at the cross of Jesus Christ? Dave Jenkins explains that Christ's death was not merely an example of love or a tragic death, but the accomplishment of redemption for sinners. This episode considers the seriousness of sin, Christ's substitutionary atonement, the satisfaction of God's justice, and the forgiveness and reconciliation secured through Christ alone.

Jonathan Edwards, George Whitefield - The Great Awakening in America
Behind the iconic narrative of Jonathan Edwards' legendary sermon "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" lies a far more intense, forgotten historical reality: the day Edwards lost control of his pulpit. Delving into rarely cited eyewitness accounts, diary entries, and the overnight prayers that preceded the famous July 8, 1741 assembly at Enfield, this deep dive peels back centuries of embellishment to reveal an unfinished sermon drowned out by cries of distress, an all-night intercessory vigil that laid the groundwork for the revival, and Edwards' own cautious distrust of the very emotional hysteria he unleashed. Discover how a team of visiting pastors stepped into the chaos of the meetinghouse floor, and why the real spark of America's Great Awakening was less about one man's literary rhetoric and far more about hidden intercession, collaborative crisis counseling, and the complex reality of human conversion.

26-09-13 Engaging With AI in Spiritual Matters
Engaging With AI in Spiritual Matters Faith Debate: Sunday, September 13th, 2026 (09/20/26 on 930 WFMD in Frederick, Maryland) How serious are deepfakes? Can AI provide true spiritual counsel, as people replace true shepherding for algorithmic comfort? If used for sermons will AI bring bad preaching? Does tech erode understanding that human thought/creativity/relationships are unique/valuable because humans bear God's image? What's the case for/against engaging AI? Is it faithful, or failure, to disengage? If saints don't interact with AI, do they forfeit opportunity to shape it? Will Christian absence interacting mean the training data will skew further from a biblical framework? Is there a responsibility to engage AI development, prompt AI tools with theological content, & work in AI industries as a vocational calling? Or would this normalize a tech whose long-term effects are maybe corrosive? If only secular materialists are shaping AI's values, will the church one day complain about the fruit of a tree it refused to tend? This is part 5 of a 5-part series. The American Revival Epoch Which History Has Forgotten - early 1800s
In the wake of the Revolutionary War, a spiritually depleted and intellectually skeptical America faced a crisis of faith, only for an unexpected wave of revivals to ignite across New England's local parishes and elite college campuses—documented soberly in the Connecticut Evangelical Magazine and spearheaded by leaders like Timothy Dwight and Ashbel Green. Unlike the sensationalized frontier rallies or the technique-driven revivals that followed, this quiet awakening dismantled Deism through cold logic, deepened parish life without emotionalism, and restored moral clarity to the rising generation before being largely eclipsed by the louder chapters of American history.

Is The Love of God in you?
This is perhaps one of the greatest stories in the Bible that shows us the amazing power of God in regeneration. Remember, the 4 kinds of soil here, represents 4 hearts and how they respond to the Gospel of Christ. The first 3 souls are unconverted and not regenerated, however, the 4th soul is considered good soil and the seed is received and germinates in the heart of this person -this is regeneration and is a believer now in the Lord Jesus Christ. This good soil(heart) was prepared by God for Salvation. Only God can change the nature of man from a God hater to a heart that has the Love of God. From an unbeliever to a believer or from a sinner to a saint. To God be the Glory!

The Trumpet's Call - Then, Now and When Christ Returns
The sermon explores the theological significance of the Feast of Trumpets, tracing its origins from the terrifying revelation at Mount Sinai to its fulfillment in the New Testament. It highlights how the trumpet serves as a divine instrument for summoning God's people, marking sacred time, and announcing judgment. The message emphasizes that this feast points forward to the return of Jesus Christ, who will sound the final trumpet to gather the elect and raise the dead. By connecting Old Covenant rituals with New Covenant hope, the text encourages believers to live in readiness and worshipful anticipation of Christ's second coming. Ultimately, it calls the audience to listen attentively to God's voice and draw near through the work of Jesus.

#12 WCF 3:2-3 Of God's Eternal Decree
This episode explores the doctrine of God's eternal and unchangeable decree, emphasizing that all events occur according to His sovereign will, rather than just His mere foresight of human actions. It refutes theological errors such as Arminianism and Molinism by affirming that God's knowledge is rooted in His own decrees, not external conditions. The episode highlights the dual outcomes of this decree: the predestination of some to everlasting life and others to eternal death, all for the manifestation of God's glory. This teaching serves to comfort believers by assuring them that salvation depends entirely on God's mercy and power, not human will. Ultimately, the episode calls for humility and trust in God's wisdom, recognizing His absolute control over history and individual destinies.

Courage to Mend Broken Relationships
Many men need courage to mend broken relationships because their natural response to conflict is often avoidance, silence, distance, or self-protection. The Word of God calls Christian men to a better and more courageous path. In this episode of Warriors of Grace, Dave Jenkins explains why biblical courage moves toward repentance, reconciliation, forgiveness, and restoration. Genuine repentance requires men to confess their sin specifically, humbly, and honestly. Biblical confrontation requires speaking directly and lovingly rather than gossiping, gathering allies, or allowing resentment to grow. Dave also explains the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation. Christians are responsible to pursue peace faithfully, but they cannot control how another person responds. Romans 12:18 reminds believers, "If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all." Through James 5:16, Matthew 18:15, and Romans 12:18, this episode offers practical guidance for examining your heart, preparing for difficult conversations, listening patiently, forgiving freely, and seeking restoration rather than personal victory. Christian men need the courage to mend broken relationships by pursuing repentance, forgiveness, peace, and restoration for the glory of God. Through Beulah Land and into the Celestial City with Dr Myles Roberts
This discussion explores the final stages of the Christian journey as depicted in Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress, focusing on the transition from Beulah Land to the Celestial City. The speakers examine the spiritual peace and anticipation experienced by believers nearing death, contrasting it with the lingering struggles of faith and doubt. They analyze how suffering and trials serve to build endurance and hope, reminding listeners that outward prosperity is not a guarantee of divine favor. The conversation highlights the comfort found in Christ's victory over death and the promise of perfect worship in eternity. Ultimately, the sermon encourages believers to fix their eyes on Jesus and remain faithful to the narrow path until the end.

Introduction to The Gospel Way Catechism
We believe that the ministry of the church happens most vibrantly when every member is growing in their relationship with Jesus and one another. Discipleship truly is a lifelong process of learning to hear, trust, and obey Jesus in every area of life. The Gospel Way Catechism is a tool written by our friend Thomas West and Trevin Wax. This catechism ("teaching" or "instruction") falls in a long line of faithful teachings provided by church leaders that have helped shape the beliefs of followers of the Way (John 14:6 and Acts 9:2) for thousands of years. "Fifty truths that take on the world" is an apt description of this catechism and are excited to introduce the journey ahead for our church family. The Hinderances To Our Prayers
Pastor Jeremiah Gabbard | Eph. 6:18 The sermon identifies three primary spiritual barriers that obstruct effective communication with God, drawing primarily from Ephesians 6 and supporting texts like Psalm 66 and Mark 11. The preacher argues that unconfessed sin creates a separation between the believer and the Father, requiring immediate repentance to restore fellowship. Additionally, harboring unforgiveness toward others, particularly within marital relationships, is presented as a critical hindrance that prevents God from hearing prayers. Finally, disregarding or turning away from God's Word renders prayer an abomination rather than a connection with Him. The message urges believers to examine their hearts and relationships to remove these obstacles and maintain a vibrant, unhindered prayer life.
