Our very own Cam Jourdan joined me to witness the Paul George welcome party at the brand new Jones Assembly Wednesday in Oklahoma City. Other than the unbearable heat and my phone losing service during the media scrum -- thanks again AT&T -- it was a fun day. While optimism and hope are on Thunder fan's side, the harsh reality of Paul George leaving after one year looms large. What is important to George? Winning or LA? Andre Roberson -- is $48M too much? Then we dive into Summer League basketball, a place where Reggie Jackson and Jeremy Lamb once ruled with an iron fist.

Russ won the MVP! And there was much rejoicing! Before we get into that and the Oklahoma City Thunder, Chuck Chaney and I argue over whether the Houston Rockets are actually any good in terms of competing for titles. We gush at the thought of covering Westbrook for another 5 plus years -- let's hope Royce is correct! Should Enes Kanter be traded? Is Victor Oladipo the answer for the #2 guy on OKC?
