Dear Diary, On this episode I got to hang with Athena—my ride-or-die and fellow rat queen. We quized each other on facts about our middle school era - who made a diorama about Criss Angel? Who had a fake fairy named Alice Cooper? Whose go-to artcle of clothing were gauchos?? You'll have to listen and find out!!

Dear Diary: Alex Cooper's Unwell Network is... Unwell
On this episode, Rachael discusses Alex Cooper's 'The Unwell Network', the podcast network that Cooper, host of podcast "Call Her Daddy", launched in 2023. Rachael shares her personal opinions of where the Unwell network has gone wrong since it's creation. What is discussed in the episode: The Unwell Network is currently under fire, given the recent controversy over Avery Woods' last podcast episode with guest Harry Jowsey. On an episode of her podcast "Cheers", a podcast on the Unwell Network, she interviewed Harry, known as a reality TV star from Too Hot to Handle, a TikTok/social media influencer, the podcast host of "Boyfriend Material" on the Unwell Network, and Only Fans content creator. This recent controversy from the podcast Cheers was the tip of the ice berg - it was a huge sign that The Unwell Network is growing TOO QUICKLY and not enough time is being invested in creating thoughtful, meaningful podcasts with qualified hosts on the network. Rachael dives into the "why" behind the recent backlash that the Unwell Network is receiving and shares her personal opinions of where it ALL. WENT. WRONG.

Dear Diary: Culty Spin Studios & Middle School Sports
In this episode, Rachael looks back on the hilarity of middle school sports—how she dreamed of being a sporty girl but failed at just about every game. She also shares her experience of unknowingly getting caught up in a spin studio that felt more like a cult, how she eventually broke free, and her take on the toxic culture within spin studios.

Hey Rats. I'm feeling overwhelmed..... Ever feel like you're drowning in responsibilities - your job, your home, your side hustles, your passions? But the thought of giving anything up feels impossible? RETWEET. In this episode, I break down my recent mental spiral about trying to balance it all—owning a home, working, teaching fitness classes, managing social media, running this podcast—while still wanting to do everything. We're talking about why this feeling is normal, especially for women, how our hormones play a role in stress and motivation, and how even powerful women like Michelle Obama and Serena Williams have openly struggled with overwhelm. If you've ever felt like you're supposed to have it all together but secretly feel like you're barely holding on, this one's for you.
