In this episode I share with you my 5 sacred practices to navigate a spiritual awakening with kids in tow. So, you’re in the midst of a spiritual awakening. You’ve got young kids, a job, a house and all these responsibilities AND everything about life as you knew it, is being turned upside down. I have discovered that it is possible to experience massive amounts of healing, expansion and awakening whilst being a mamma with all the responsibilities. How do I know?I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I experienced my wake-up call, with a 2yo and a 1yo to look after. I have experienced pregnancy, birth, the newborn bubble, 3 kids under 3, built a home, moved house, worked part time, studied, started my own business AND managed spiritual expansion. I have healed layers and layers and layers of my life’s experience both on my own and seeking outside help.I have unlocked ancient wisdom within, activating gifts and experienced the rise of the kundalini.
