This is a conversation that I have been having behind the scene, with clients, with the community, with my inner circle. What I have come to realisation, on the other side of this is — healing is not the purpose, LIVING is. LIFE-GIVING CREATION is. What happened to us in the past is real, but it is not a baggage that we should carry with us forever. Many of us starting off as a way to understand ourselves better but it ended up becoming a crutch. The destiny and identity that God has for us is so much bigger than a label.Following Jesus didn’t just change what you believe/ do. It changed who you are at on an identity level, and the foundation of how you do business.But right now, how you coach, the offers, the positioning, how you talk about what you do is still running on the old version of you/ way of doing things. So nothing quite fits anymore. This is why every time you try to map it out, it falls flat because you’re trying to build the new thing with the old blueprint. Said differently, your business hasn’t caught up with who you’ve become. And it’s not just. Pivot or something you can just slap Jesus or Christian over it — it requires an entire new foundation. God is already leading, but there seemed to be a gap of God’s direction/ instruction and how do you actually bring it forth to life. I don’t do shaming as a catalyst for growth (and a chain that I had to break coming from the Chinese ancestry). So, if you have been with me on this journey since 2020, through IT ALL - this video is for you. Do not miss this. In fact, this is for you. This is the long awaited conversation I have been wanting to have with you! As a leader with a voice on the internet, there is a level of integrity that I choose to uphold and there is a level of responsibility on the conversation I choose to have - because there are so many layers and depth into this transition - and simply because we’ve built a trust and connection through this “labels” over the years. First of all, I am aware that that many have religious trauma and there are also many churches which haven’t been the best example. This is definitely beyond my pay grade, it’s one between Jesus and you - and I believe in the choices you make.What I can share is my experience and how God has planted me in a great church which vision I could 100% get behind and the embodiment of their vision. It was also through my church that I get to continuously developed my supernatural gifts (with proper covering and submission to Jesus) and most importantly - the full permission to continuously being bold, unapologetic and audacious in my walk as a leader.I am VERY fortunate that I have no religious trauma, my story is one of getting to know God in my journey of self discovery, when I decided to walk away from my corporate success (when I had every reason not to) to find out who I really am and build a business along the way. To me, it is impossible find yourself and get to know who you really are without knowing God. In the journey of getting to know who you really are and your purpose, you get to meet the Maker + Creator who made you.I want to make it very clear - I have renounced everything in the “new age” for they’re the counterfeit. The seed is rotten and demonic. HOWEVER, I also stand on the fact that it is a journey of unravelling and sanctification, AFTER making the decision to follow Jesus. There are wrestles and it is not a matter of - life will be Business As Usual after you give your life to Jesus. There are corners and deepest parts of your psyche that you have to reconcile with with Jesus. Everything in the new age COMES from the Yahweh, it is just being plastered a more fancy thing. There are truths in the, except the source of that power is demonic. When I used hd - it helped me made sense of alot of why i was the way I am during my healing journey - but I’ve made it my identity. How I see it was - it really is no different than me identifying as a cat (no, I never did) because the entire hd system has no foundation. What has since became clear though - are many of the traits that I’ve seen within myself (and many of the clients I worked with and those who are reading) are elements of prophetic gifting. You have an anointing and you’ve an important role to play in creating new systems. that shapes where this generation is going and building a bridge for the next. The supernatural sensitivity, the part of you who just don’t fit into any box and never conformed to the world? START before you’re ready, STOP perfecting things that don’t matter, OVERCOME FEAR & JUST DO IT ANYWAYS!This episode talks about how often do we put off starting a project, taking the leap or launching that project of ours because we are trying to be PERFECT. AND, most of the time, the things or areas that we are trying to perfect are things that don’t even matter! It all stems from being insecure and fear. Fear of being judged, fear that our project or what we do is not good enough. But, when we take a step back and focus our attention on the bigger picture, on the vision and impact that we are trying to make - we will realise that most the times, half the s**t that we are worried about really doesn’t matter! Next time, you find yourself trying to perfect something, ask yourself what is the key objective and substance of whatever it is that you want to do, then look at the areas that you are trying to “fix”. And, fear is NORMAL. Nils also gave us the down low on why he left the agency he built into one of the biggest agencies specialized in conversion optimization to work on his own projects. Since 2004, he has run 2,000+ A/B/n-tests for more than 300 companies and works with brands like Facebook, Airbnb, PayPal, Amazon Audible and eBay with the goal to improve their conversions or knowledge in the field.Since leaving his agency in 2016, he’s been focusing on his own projects and online marketing events.
