One of the best definitions of leadership I've ever encountered came from Professor Robert Kegan at Harvard Graduate School of Education, who said, 'Leadership is the distillation of chaos.' When my guest on today's podcast, Kellee Strople, described how she and her husband create meaningful impact while working with professional groups in often chaotic situations, I knew we had discovered something special. If we truly believe 1 John 4:17, that "as He is, so are we in this world," then we should operate as Jesus did on the earth with Heavenly Intelligence.

Our righteousness does not come from knowing which laws to follow or knowing the leadership rule book inside out. Therefore, righteous leadership does not come from reading the best leadership book(s) or listening to the best gurus, but by knowing God and accepting the grace in and through our lives. We don't have to be the next best thing on the market. We just have to be following God as He directs our paths.

Our identity is not in our purpose ...... Our identity is not in our roles .... our identity is in Him. We were born to be image bearers of His Righteousness. that's Righteous Leadership (led by our righteous nature).

One of the buzzwords in today's climate is the word "intentionality." In this episode, we will discover the distinction between intentionality from a modern-day worldview versus intentionality from a biblical view. You will gain so much more. Enjoy!
