A special place in his biography belongs to Sanchez Thursdays at Propaganda — a weekly Thursday series that started in 1998 and, over 25 years, became a phenomenon of Moscow nightlife in its own right. OHOTA is the solo project of Saint Petersburg-based musician Ivan Borisov. While his current work is primarily focused on techno and trance, within the context of this event special attention should be paid to his earlier releases — two albums and an EP that reinterpret the legacy of 1980s synth-pop, EBM, and post-punk. These records combine the recognizable aesthetics of those genres with contemporary production techniques, refined sound design, and a distinctive artistic identity. Active since 2010, OHOTA has participated in a variety of musical projects and performed at international venues ranging from festivals in Berlin to club events in Shanghai. Across different stages of his career, Borisov has remained committed to exploring the intersection of melody, atmosphere, and rhythm, continuously evolving his sound while maintaining a strong and recognizable creative vision.

Maksimovna is a DJ and producer whose sound moves effortlessly between contemporary club music, breaks, electro, and leftfield electronics. Drawing from a wide spectrum of influences, she crafts dynamic and unpredictable sets that balance groove, energy, and experimentation. A respected figure within Moscow’s electronic music community, Maksimovna is known for her thoughtful selections and distinctive musical perspective. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, she combines rhythmic precision with a curiosity for new sounds, creating an atmosphere that feels both engaging and forward-thinking. Alongside her DJ work, she continues to develop her production output, exploring the intersection of club functionality and artistic expression while steadily expanding her presence on the underground electronic scene.

Shuliko is the solo project of Alexander Shuliko — a member of the band “ХЛЕБ”, producer, and DJ. Alongside his work as a musician and performer, he has spent years developing a deep connection with electronic music culture, building a reputation as a passionate collector and selector. As a DJ, Shuliko is known for carefully curated sets that move between hypnotic grooves, electro influences, breaks, and contemporary techno, always guided by musicality rather than trends. His approach combines a broad musical perspective with a keen attention to detail, creating engaging journeys for both dedicated listeners and dancefloors alike. ROKS is a resident of rndm.club and m_division, an ambitious artist who relocated from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, bringing with her extensive professional experience and international recognition.
