Road Trip with God

Romans 8:31-39 and Ephesians 2:1-5. Do you know through Christ you have defeated death and are a conqueror? There is nothing that can stand against the love of God!

Would you recognize Jesus if He was walking next to you? We might be surprised at what could happen. Let’s look at one account in Luke 24 and I’ll discuss my own road.

What has you frozen in place right now? Let God drive you through it. Matthew 26:36-46

God pays us equally, it’s what we do with what He has given us that differs! Matthew 20:1-16.

Prayer is so powerful. Learn a helpful technique in intentional prayer through any struggle you may be facing. Ephesians 6:12; Matthew 21:22.

Why compare what is not equal? Tune into the Holy Spirit today!

Do you feel depleted, drained, in need of a recharge? Draw close to Christ!

What are you doing with your manna today? Satisfaction in our lives came at a price that Jesus paid. Do you have the comfort of God leading you? Psalm 94:19

Mark 11:18; Daniel Chapter 3 What are you afraid of? This might be an outward sign of a separation from Christ. Let’s talk about fear today!

Matthew 11:29-30; Ephesians 3:16-19; John 1:4-5; Jeremiah 6:16Are you getting rest? Do you make it a priority? Jesus did!

We gain true freedom in Christ. Are you still sitting in a cell? John 8.

A look at the commandments and making God our number one priority.

Change can be difficult but it can be beautiful too. Growing with the Lord requires us to change. Listen and see what this has meant to me.

Do you have a childlike relationship with God or are you trying to take control? Matthew 18:1-5 and Matthew 11: 25-30

John 15. Are you producing fruit for Jesus?

Running the race with Christ. Galatians 3:2-3 and Hebrews 12:1-3

Are you holding on to sin? Jesus died so we can live when we repent and turn to Him!

Jesus meets you where you are at each day and He has prepared a way for you!

Are you a Martha or a Mary? What is your time and attention being spent on? Luke 10:38-42

God created all things with a Word! Our words hold power. Learn to discern His Word for you. Matthew 15:10-20

When trouble comes do you know which way to go? Jesus will guide and provide!

Today I’m feeling so blessed to have the Holy Spirit in my life to guide me and provide peace. Listen to hear some great verses and promises from the word of God.

We are given firm standing when we accept Christ, but the world will try to knock us down and dirty us. Stand strong in the light. 1 John 1:5-20; Isaiah 1:18-20.

Are you in a man made prison of your own imagination? Take hold of freedom through Christ! Deuteronomy chapter 4.

He is in our midst. Today let’s take a look at the middle of the Bible with the book of Micah.

Being blessed is becoming aware of God’s hand. A blessing is an acceptance of His mercy, grace, and love. Reading from Luke 7.

We live in a world that has made God contemptuous and a word of offense. Are you living for the Lord Jesus or for the world? 1 Corinthians 3, 5.

Our soul has hope to help us in any circumstance if you can take hold of the promises of scripture today! Jeremiah 29:11-14, Lamentations chapter 3.

A fact is something that is true no matter what. God works in facts, while satan works in opinions. James 4:6-7

It can be comfortable in the dark but the Holy Spirit is waiting to show you what wonders are in the light. Isaiah 59:21 and John 20:14-16.

The book of John speaks some amazing truths and this week I reflect on the freedom we have through the sacrifice of Jesus and how the world fights that.

We can either report our thoughts against the Spirit to Jesus or repent of them. Why should we let our thoughts become actions when we can give them to Jesus first? Listen and learn how!

Everything I do today is one step closer to the path God has laid for me tomorrow. Do you have faith in God’s timing or do you still wonder if He cares for you? Trust in the Lord. Genesis 18Luke 18***Correction: during this episode I said Isaac was Abraham’s first son, but I need to correct myself by noting he was the first son with Sarah. Prior to that, at 86 he had a son named Ishmael with Hagar (his wife’s servant).

Starting in Genesis again this year reminds me how great and necessary God’s plan is in all of our lives. Even when we can’t recognize what is going on or why, He is at work.

Jesus said three prayers on the cross. One was “Father forgive them for they do not know what they do.” Luke 23:34. Do you know better and still make the wrong choice?

I used to think people were crazy when they said they were born again…until it happened to me. Matthew 5:14-16; 2 Corinthians 5:16-21
