Who Are You Without the Title? 🤔
Send us Fan MailWe spend years building something—a business, a reputation, a name. But if you stripped away the title… who would you be?In this episode of Robert the Realist, I dig into identity—how easy it is to tie our worth to performance, productivity, and success. As entrepreneurs, we can slowly become what we do instead of knowing who we are. What happens when business slows down? When success doesn’t satisfy? When the applause fades? This isn’t about stepping away from ambition. It’s about understanding that your identity has to be bigger than your title.Because if who you are depends on what you build, you’ll never feel settled.Real life. Real business. No pressure.

It’s about perspective.I share how my faith has shaped the way I handle pressure, decision-making, stress, success, and failure. Not perfectly. Not loudly. Just honestly.Because at some point, building a business stops being about proving something—and starts being about stewardship, integrity, and peace.Real life. Real business. No pressure.

IS Huffman Insurance Group REALLY the Best Choice for You?
Send us Fan Mail Hi friends, it’s Robert the Realtor—and today, I’m putting on my insurance hat to talk about something important: the true value of your insurance agent. Let’s face it, rate increases are tough. You might even be tempted to jump ship for a slightly lower premium or deductible. But let me share a few real-life examples of why staying with an agent who fights for you can save you more than just a few bucks. 1️⃣ Lightning Strike Claim: A homeowner initially expected a small payout after a lightning strike. After a year of persistence—digging deep, challenging assessments, and advocating tirelessly for the insured—the payout increased significantly to cover their loss. 2️⃣ Fire Claim: Another homeowner faced a potential shortfall in their claim. By stepping in and working with everyone involved, from claims reps to sales managers, we secured a much larger payout to ensure their needs were fully met. 3️⃣ Commercial Property Claim: A business owner was originally offered a very minimal amount for their claim. After a month of back-and-forth, we turned that into a substantial settlement that made all the difference for their business. What do these stories have in common? Advocacy. At Huffman Insurance Group, we don’t just sell policies—we go to bat for you when it matters most. Whether it’s a home, auto, or commercial claim, we’re in the trenches, ensuring you’re treated fairly and get the full value of your coverage. So, before you switch for a small savings, ask yourself: 🔹 Will your new agent fight for you? 🔹 Do they have the relationships and expertise to challenge claims decisions? 🔹 Will they pick up the phone and go to war on your behalf? At Huffman Insurance Group, the answer is always YES. My team—Christine, Colin, Tyler, Nathan—and I are here to back you up when the stakes are high. Don’t just take my word for it—reach out, and I’ll connect you with people we’ve helped firsthand. 📞 Contact me today!
