In Exodus 19, Israel arrives at Mount Sinai where God prepares them to enter into covenant relationship with Him. Before giving the Law, God reminds His people that He has carried them on "eagles' wings" and brought them to Himself. This chapter reveals that God's salvation is about more than rescue from bondage—it is about reconciliation and relationship with God.In this message, we explore God's faithfulness to His promises, His calling for His people to be a holy nation and kingdom of priests, the reverence due His holy presence, and the need for a mediator. Ultimately, Exodus 19 points us to Jesus Christ, the greater Mediator who brings sinners into fellowship with God.

n Exodus 18, we see God’s faithfulness on display as Jethro hears of the Lord’s mighty deliverance and joins Israel in worship. This chapter reminds us that while we are limited people, God graciously strengthens His people through shared ministry and community. Connecting Exodus 18 with Ephesians 4:11–14, this message explores how God uses the church to help the church—equipping believers to bear burdens, build one another up, and grow together in Christ. We also see a beautiful picture of the gospel as people from different backgrounds gather together in fellowship, pointing ultimately to the future marriage supper of the Lamb.

In Exodus 17, Israel faces thirst in the wilderness and attack from the Amalekites, yet God faithfully provides water from the rock and victory over their enemies. In this message, we see how the rock points us to Jesus Christ—the Rock who was struck for sinners so that living water and the Holy Spirit might be given to His people. As we reflect on Pentecost Sunday, we are reminded that the Christian life is a wilderness journey, but God provides, sustains, and fights for His people until they safely reach the Promised Land.

After celebrating God’s deliverance at the Red Sea, Israel quickly begins to grumble in the wilderness when faced with thirst and hunger. In Exodus 15:22–16:36, we see both the weakness of God’s people and the faithful provision of God. This message explores how the wilderness reveals our need to trust the Lord daily and ultimately points us to Jesus Christ, the true Living Water and Bread of Life who fully satisfies His people.

In Exodus 15:1–21, Israel responds to God’s deliverance with a song of worship after crossing the Red Sea. In this message, we look at how singing helps God’s people remember His salvation, respond to who He is, and proclaim truth to one another. Ultimately, the song of Moses points forward to the greater Exodus accomplished through Jesus Christ, who defeated sin and death through the cross.

In Exodus 14, God leads His people to the edge of the Red Sea—not by accident, but by design. As fear rises and escape seems impossible, God reveals His power and faithfulness by making a way where there is no way. This message reminds us that we are called to fear not, stand firm, trust that the Lord fights for us, and rest in His presence. Ultimately, this passage points us to the greater deliverance found in Jesus, who has secured our victory once and for all.

In Exodus 13, God calls His redeemed people to remember His salvation and trust His leading. Through the consecration of the firstborn and the ongoing reminders of deliverance, Israel is taught that redemption leads to belonging. As God leads them by His presence, we are reminded that the same God who saved His people continues to guide them today—ultimately through His Spirit.

The Passover in Exodus 12 is more than a historical event—it is a picture of the gospel. In this message, we see how God’s judgment and mercy meet through the blood of a substitute. Every detail points to Jesus Christ, the true Passover Lamb, who takes our place so that judgment passes over us. Discover what it means to be marked by His blood and saved by His grace.

On Easter Sunday, we look at Mark 16:1–8 and the reality of the empty tomb. In this message, we see that because Jesus is risen, we are more loved than we realize, our fears are not final, and our failures are not the end. The resurrection declares that sin has been dealt with, death has been defeated, and grace is available to all who trust in Christ.

On Palm Sunday, we look at Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem in Matthew 21:1–11 and see that He is not just a king—but the promised, true, and reigning King. As the crowds cried “Hosanna,” Jesus came not to meet temporary expectations, but to accomplish eternal salvation. This message calls us to move beyond admiration and respond with full surrender to King Jesus.

In Exodus 11, God announces the final plague that will come upon Egypt—the death of the firstborn. After repeated warnings and Pharaoh’s continued refusal to humble himself before the Lord, the moment of judgment has arrived. Yet even in this announcement, God is revealing something important: He makes a distinction between those who belong to Him and those who oppose Him. This passage reminds us that God is patient and just, and it prepares us for the hope that will be revealed in the Passover—where God provides a way for His people to be spared. As we consider Pharaoh’s hardened heart and God’s faithful word, we are confronted with an important question: will we harden our hearts, or will we trust the salvation God provides?

In Exodus 10, God sends the eighth and ninth plagues—locusts and darkness—continuing His confrontation with Pharaoh and the gods of Egypt. Despite repeated warnings, Pharaoh refuses to humble himself before the Lord and instead seeks compromise. This passage reminds us of the danger of a hardened heart and the call to wholehearted obedience. Ultimately, the darkness of Egypt points us to the greater hope found in Jesus Christ, the Light who delivers us from the darkness of sin.

In Exodus 8–9, God shows His power over Egypt’s gods, Pharaoh’s pride, and the forces that enslaved His people. These plagues reveal that redemption begins when God breaks what holds us captive. This message points us to the greater redemption found in Jesus Christ, who delivers us from sin and brings us into God’s family.

In Exodus 7, Pharaoh asks the question that echoes through every generation: “Who is the Lord?” In this message, we begin our series The Road to Redemption and see how God answers that question through His power, confronting false hopes and revealing that He alone can save. This passage reminds us that God’s judgments are also merciful warnings, pointing us ultimately to the greater redemption accomplished in Christ.

In this message from Luke 19:10, guest speaker Paul Eaton reminds us that the mission of Jesus flows from the love of God. The Son of Man came to seek and save the lost, revealing a pursuing, rescuing love that still transforms lives today.

What happens when obedience to God makes life harder instead of easier? In Exodus 5:1–6:13, Israel experiences increased suffering just as God promises deliverance. Yet in their struggle, God reveals His covenant faithfulness through powerful promises and the declaration, “I am the LORD.” This message explores how God anchors our hope in His unchanging character, how His promises unfold even through delay, and how the Exodus ultimately points to the greater redemption found in Jesus Christ.

Fear and insecurity often keep us from stepping into what God has called us to do. In this sermon from Exodus 4, we see Moses struggle with doubt and weakness—and we see a gracious God who remains faithful, sufficient, and present. This message reminds us that obedience flows from trusting God’s presence, not our own ability, and leads us to worship the God who keeps His promises.

God has spoken—and His final word is Jesus. In this sermon from Hebrews 1:1–4, we behold the glory of Christ as God’s complete revelation, the One who has cleansed us from sin and now reigns in power. As we see who Jesus truly is, we are invited to listen to Him, trust His finished work, and live with hope under His reign.

In Matthew 1:18–25 we see the glorious salvation God brings through Jesus Christ. Jesus addresses the motive behind the spiritual discipline of fasting. Do we do it to be noticed by men or to glorify God.

The last petition of the Lord's Prayer is dealing with temptation. The Christian will be tempted, our prayer is the strength to not give in.

The Lord's Prayer reminds us of our need and dependence on God for forgiveness of our sin but true forgiven people also forgive.

Jesus gives another example to show that we must guard even our righteous deeds, like prayer, because they can come from sinful motives. This reveals the depth of our sin: we can fool others and even ourselves, but we cannot fool God

We are continuing through the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus addresses even the good deeds done with wrong motives have no reward. The motive matters in what we do.

Jesus addresses how do we respond when we have been wronged? The heart that has been changed by the gospel guards against the knee jerk reaction of wanting to retaliate.

Jesus talks about our words matter. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. The Christian should be known as a truth teller.

Jesus tells us that lust is the heart issue. One must look at a heart change dealing with sin. Jesus is the only way!

Jesus gives his credentials on what he will be teaching. All of Scripture points to him and he has all authority.

You are the salt of the earth and the light of the world. Let our example of who Jesus is and what he has done for us through his life, death, and resurrection.

Happy Resurrection Sunday! The Resurrection matters and we see how one can have eternal life.

Ray Badgero preaches on Palm Sunday leading into Passion Week from Matthew 21:1-11

Jesus continues with the beatitudes that build off the previous one. What is a peacemaker as what Jesus is referring to here. Only Jesus can make us truly at peace (Rom. 5:1).

The Beatitudes serve as questions for us to ask ourselves- How are we? Jesus confronts the outward religious person to point us to what God cares about, the heart.

Continue through the beatitudes, we read the words of Jesus of what matters in this life. In order to be truly happy, one must be holy, right with God.

Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth. In this Beatitude, Jesus is speaking of a spiritual humility. What does this look like? Find out in this message.

The second beatitude states, blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted. How are we comforted? What does this mourning mean that Jesus is referring to? Find out in this message.

The Beatitudes address the heart and what really matters!

The last two verses of this letter we see a heartfelt summary of the whole letter- The Overseer/Elder must guard the deposit (Gospel). This is the job of the elder and reminder for the church.
