Sacred Pause With Emma DeSouza
by Emma DeSouza
Sacred Pause is for when you’re in the process of growing and becoming ‘your best Self’ while also being tired of being your best Self. It’s always about honest, in-the-middle-of-life conversations covering motherhood, mental health, relationships, identity shifts, and all the stuff that doesn’t really have a clean answer, but still takes up space in your day. I’m Emma. I have two young kids, chronic migraines, and a life that can feel really full and beautiful while also feeling really heavy at the same time. Some days I have perspective, some days I don’t — and lately a lot of what I’m sitting with is relationships: how we show up for each other imperfectly, why safety has to come before connection, why grace matters more than being right. This is where I talk through all of it. Some episodes feel like therapy. Some feel like catching up. Some are just me trying to process things out loud. This isn’t about fixing your life o
