Lessons on Jesus. A side by side exploration of the Gospels.

In this session, we begin where the Gospel narrative actually begins, not in Bethlehem but in eternity. John opens before creation. Matthew and Luke open at the virgin birth. All four converge at the Jordan River, where heaven opens, a dove descends and the Father speaks. This session is about identity before ministry and why getting that order right changes everything.Partner with us;https://newlifetabernacle.org.za/

    Lessons on Jesus

Lessons on Jesus. A Side-by-Side Exploration of the Four GospelsMost of us have read one Gospel. Few of us have read all four together, in parallel, the way they were meant to be encountered. In this series, we open Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John side by side and discover something remarkable: the places where the Gospels differ from each other are not problems to explain away. They are gifts to unwrap. From the interlocking details that confirm authentic eyewitness testimony, to the unique emphases that each writer brings to the one Christ they all testify about — this series is an invitation to receive the full portrait. Four witnesses. One Lord. The complete Gospel.https://newlifetabernacle.org.za/

    Attributes of God part 2

In previous sessions, we explored the isms behind the existence of God, His purpose, and His nature. We conclude with qualities of God. These are characteristics that define both what He does and who He is. They also define what it means to be God and what it means that nothing else is God. They distinguish the God of the Bible from every philosophical abstraction, every impersonal force, and every finite deity proposed by other isms. To understand these attributes is key to unlock answers to the deepest questions of human existence.https://newlifetabernacle.org.za/give

    Nature of God

The nature of God is one of the foundational truths in orthodox Christian theology. Scripture reveals to us that God is eternal, infinite and unchanging, but one of the most distinctive aspects of His nature is the doctrine of the Trinity. In this session we seek to explore how God is one yet three, we’ll examine the scriptural basis for God's oneness, the distinct roles of the three Persons, and how they function in perfect harmony.https://newlifetabernacle.org.za/give

    The purpose of God

Building on our previous discussion on the "Isms" behind the existence of God, like atheism, theism etc. we now turn our attention to "The Purpose of God." Why does God exist? What is His ultimate purpose?More about us;https://newlifetabernacle.org.za/

  7. -2

Philosophies behind the existence of God.

In the realm of Christian apologetics, we often encounter various philosophical and worldview "isms" that either affirm, deny, or reinterpret the reality of God. We are going to explore key "isms," examine biblical affirmations of God's existence, and consider rational arguments that counter skeptical views. These "isms" represent systems of thought that shape how people understand the universe, morality and ultimately reality. Some support the case for God's existence, while others challenge it, these often stem from human attempts to explain existence without divine intervention. Our objective in these sessions is not merely to help in intellectual debate but to equip ourselves with a biblical foundation to engage these ideas confidently even when we ourselves struggle with understanding and experiencing.
