Most fans of The Chosen know the miracles on screen—Jesus walking on water, healing the blind, feeding the five thousand. But there’s another miracle most people don’t know: how Dallas Jenkins found a Jerusalem set in Utah. This is the behind-the-scenes story of how a prayer offered in 2011, the challenges of COVID-19, and a series of impossible events led to the filming of The Chosen at the Goshen set owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It’s a story of faith, answered prayer, and interfaith collaboration—showing how God brings people together to make Jesus known.

💍 What does it really mean to “cleave” to your spouse? When I first heard that phrase, I pictured a meat cleaver—something that cuts apart. So why does God use a word like that to describe the deepest kind of unity? In this episode, we’ll explore the surprising meaning of the word cleave, why it matters, and how the temple teaches us about Christ at the center of marriage. We'll also see how Christ cleaves to each of us--no matter what.

From social media envy to the endless grind of proving ourselves, it’s easy to wonder if we’re doing enough. What if there’s a better way? The Apostle Paul once chased things that never brought fulfillment. But he discovered something greater—a freedom that came not from being liked, but from being loved. Eternally. In this episode, we explore how Paul’s words in Galatians 1:10 and Colossians 3 offer a surprising answer to the craving for approval: Jesus’ final words—“It is finished”—are the only comment that really matters.

“Therefore hearken not unto the prophets...” That’s what I read in Jeremiah 27:14—and at first, I was shocked. But as I studied more, I realized this scripture was warning against false prophets—voices that sounded good but weren’t from God. In this video, we explore Jeremiah 27, the story of Hiram Page, and how how we can tell the difference between true and false voices in a world full of influencers and opinions.

Welcome to the first of a new series of short episodes, focused on practical ways we can find hope in Jesus Christ and strengthen our faith in him. This episode explores the life of John the Baptist, a prophet who dedicated everything to preparing the way for Jesus Christ. From his miraculous birth to his bold ministry, John fearlessly called people to repentance, unwavering in his testimony of the Savior. And yet, even this great prophet faced moments of uncertainty—imprisoned, alone, and questioning whether Jesus was truly the One he had proclaimed. We’ll journey through the faith of Zechariah and Elizabeth, the power of John’s witness, and the harsh realities he faced for defending truth. We’ll also examine Christ’s profound response when John, in prison, sent his disciples to ask: “Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?” (Matthew 11:3). Jesus’ answer reveals deep lessons about faith, trust, and the way God works—often differently than we expect. But John’s story is more than just a tale of triumph and tragedy—it’s a reminder that even the greatest believers can experience doubt, suffering, and unfulfilled expectations. His life and ultimate martyrdom testify of a greater truth: that our hope is not in this life alone, but in the eternal promises of Jesus Christ. This episode brings the scriptures to life, helping us slow down and connect with the real struggles, sacrifices, and faith of John the Baptist.
