Self Care Is My Job

by Samantha Long

Hi I’m Sam!About five years, my whole world was turned upside down when simultaneously I became a mother and abruptly left the corporate world. In what was supposed to be the happiest time in my life, I felt totally lost. But slowly through learning to prioritize real self care, not just bubble baths and pedicures, I was able to realign with my true self.Today, I’m a yoga instructor and a Self Care Mentor for Moms. Check out my new YouTube show / audio series: Self Care Is My Job, where we’ll be talking with friends in healthcare, wellness and holistic healing about prioritizing our physical and mental health and best practices for navigating all that stuff that gets in our way of doing so.The goal: to remember who you really are and live fearlessly and fulfilled.Say it with me... "SELF CARE IS MY JOB!"
