Long-term relationships are a core component of human happiness. But relationships are hard and can easily fall apart. So this Sunday we'll look at the single most important thing we can do to cultivate life-long relationships. This is the sixth installment in our sermon series on how to build beautiful relationships the Jesus way.

We all know what it feels like to end up in a place we never expected to be -- a season of disappointment, uncertainty, delay, or exile that we thought would be temporary but seems to be lasting far longer than we imagined. As we continue our sermon series on how to build beautiful relationships the Jesus way, this Sunday we're going to tackle Jesus' teachings about not judging others to see if we can figure out we can offer honest feedback and accountability without being judgmental. Life is not always what it seems. What we think is good for us often isn't, and what we think is bad is often good. The same is true in spiritual life. Jesus taught us many counterintuitive principles. This week we'll look at one of his most important counterintuitive principles, as we continue our sermon series on "How to Build Beautiful Relationships the Jesus Way."

We all have those spots -- and how we respond to them is critical to our ability to live into the fullness of who God calls us to be. In other words, how we respond to our sense of inadequacy is a deep spiritual issue. So this Sunday we'll explore what the scriptures teach about feelings of inadequacy.

This Sunday we conclude our intensive study of the Holy Spirit by looking at all the things in life that "weren't supposed to happen," but did. We'll wrestle with why those things happen and how the Holy Spirit works in those circumstances. Have you ever found yourself asking, "Why?" If so, this sermon is for you.

On Sunday, we will continue our intensive study of the Holy Spirit by exploring an intriguing concept called "Spiritual Gifts." The basic idea is that the Holy Spirit has deliberately and strategically infused you with certain extraordinary gifts which, when activated, empower you to make a profound difference in the world. On Sunday, Pastor Jeff resumes our sermon series about the Holy Spirit. Most of us often feel discouraged by the gap between the person we are and the person we aspire to be. Especially when facing stressful situations, we often fall short.
