Showing preference to one another is a way to worship Christ. This attitude and act of humility is often a result of dying to our own wishes.

Our thoughts can take a wrong turn and then our actions follow. In Romans 12, the bible says not to conform to the world, but to be transformed by renewing our minds.

For the entire fullness of God’s nature dwells bodily in Christ, and you have been filled by him, who is the head over every ruler and authority. Colossians 2:9-10

As you come to him, a living stone — rejected by people but chosen and honored by God —  you yourselves, as living stones, a spiritual house, are being built to be a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:4-5

Sometimes we struggle to love others like God loves us! This may actually be a gift from God, because it is an opportunity for Him to show us areas in our lives where we need to be healed.

A message from Acts 2: Gathering as a church body is a public profession of faith. We have to be willing to be immersed and cleansed by the authority of Jesus Christ.

For although we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh, since the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments and every proud thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5

Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

I have treasured your word in my heart so that I may not sin against you. Psalms 119:11

Psalm 23:1 "The Lord is my shepherd; I have what I need."In every season of life, the people of God can rejoice knowing that Jesus Christ is the true Shepherd.

All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Isaiah 42:1 “This is my servant; I strengthen him, this is my chosen one; I delight in him. I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice to the nations.

"When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth. For he will not speak on his own, but he will speak whatever he hears. He will also declare to you what is to come." John 16:13

Titus 2:11 "For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people,"God's grace is freely offered but is not automatic. Thankfully, we are able to have full access through salvation in Jesus!

We see liberty and freedom in Christ from the law and from sin through His salvation. Pastor takes us to Isaiah 61, talking about the work and purpose of the Messiah.

Psalms 19:1 says, "The heavens declare the glory of God, and the expanse proclaims the work of his hands." God's providence is seen in creation! We personally experience His providence through Jesus Christ and His Word.

Everyone has to suffer loss at times, but in Christ have hope! As the Resurrection and the Life, Jesus alone gives us comfort in all matters related to physical and spiritual death. Alex Wheeler preaches this message from Luke.

After He resurrected, Jesus told the disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit to come at Pentecost before they began to share the Gospel message. We also need the Holy Spirit to share, so that it is not in our own power, but in His!

Am I living in such a way that reveals Jesus to those around me? We are called to join Christ's mission to invite those we encounter to his saving grace. Pastor Nate preaches from Luke 5:27-32.

We have a real enemy who tries to steal, kill and destroy and we are unable to fight this with our own strength. We may have to pray "help my unbelief", but know that Jesus' grace and power are sufficient! Pastor Nate take us through Mark 9.

The Pharisees continually tried to trap Jesus and condemn Him. Jesus brilliantly diffuses a situation saying, "Let he without sin cast the first stone." Pastor Nate leads us through this passage in John 8.

How incredible would it be to get a rundown of Who the Messiah was and His purpose directly from the Messiah Himself?! This is what happens for those grieving on the Road to Emmaus, bringing them great hope and encouragement. Pastor Nate preaches from Luke 24.

Nathaniel was blown away by the love, attention and care shown to him by Jesus. When we exercise faith in what God reveals to us, He will grant us an even greater experience of Himself. Pastor Nate preaches from John 1.

Bob Canion brings the message today about Jesus' encounter with the woman at the well. The saving gospel of Jesus is our living water, there to receive ourselves and share with anyone willing to hear!

We can look for love and affection in all the wrong places but Jesus is the only one who can truly meet that need. A woman is so grateful for the healing and forgiveness she has received from Jesus that she worships Him unashamedly, in spite of the scorn of the Pharisees.

Zacchaeus was hated and rejected, but Christ was willing to accept him and grant him salvation and transformation. God's grace extends to all of us even though we have all sinned and fallen short. Pastor Alex Wheeler brings the message this week.

The enemy will do anything he can to keep us from seeking God, but Jesus can restore us back to a relationship with God when we repent and turn to Him! Pastor Nate preaches about the healed demoniac from Luke 8:26-39.

Bob Canion brings the message today. Nicodemus believes Jesus is a teacher from God, but wonders at His statement that someone must be born again.

The gospels were written to give us the evidence that demands a verdict. By believing their testimony we can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Christ is risen from the grave and seated at the right hand of the Father. Todays message is by Pastor Alex Wheeler.

Peter had stumbled quite a bit as a disciple. In John 21, we see Jesus restore Peter. Even though Peter's devotion to Jesus had wavered, He calls Peter to disciple and pastor others, loving them in a sacrificial way.

Even when Christ was on the cross, bearing our sin, He continued to offer forgiveness. The thief being crucified next to Him saw that Jesus was the Messiah and was saved, confessing his sin and the truth of Jesus. Then Jesus rose from the dead, fulfilling His promise to conquer death!

On the final day of Jesus' life, He spent time praying for His followers. He interceded for them then, and He continues to intercede for us today! He continually prays for our preservation, sanctification, unification and participation in His glory. Message by Alex Wheeler

"Are you a king?" Jesus is the King of Kings but His kingdom is not of this world. He came into our world to testify to the truth, His Word! May we be people of His truth and listen to His voice. Today's sermon is from John 18.

No one's words were more scrutinized than Jesus'. When questioned about taxes, He amazed His critics with a brilliant answer (Luke 20:19-26). But how do we render to God what is His? Only we bear His image and only He is worthy of our devotion and worship.

The Fruit of the Spirit is: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control. The Spirit reveals these things in our life when we yield our wants and desires to Him, every day!
