Bitter sweet. Like sands in an hour glass, so is the days of our lives! Lol Today, I've decided this will be my last podcast on this station. I've been podcasting here for over 3 years and it's been the highlight of my life. You all have gotten me through some very tough times, but truth be told...I'm not longer the person I once was. As I began to awaken I realized the person I used to be os unrecognizable to who I have become. Being a life coach and walking in my gifts has been enlightening to say the least. With that being said this is not goodbye! I am going to continue my daily dose of encouragement as well as simple chit chat on my sister station www.wahmradio.com I hope all of you will join me over there. A 19 year old boy, was out fishing with 3 friends at the lake behind our house. He fell into the lake, and did not know how to swim. Search and rescue were looking for over an hour before he was found and rushed to the hospital.  I am praying for his family, and hoping for the best as we all know miracles can happen.  This is the most tragic thing I've ever witnessed.

I was asked to sing a country song, so I decided to sing 26 cents by the Wilkinsons. This song is very special to me, as I got to sing it at my high school graduation and dedicated it to my mom!

Whenever I get shattering news I run outside and surround myself with trees and nature. I feel grounded when I take off my shoes and feel the grass in my toes. I need tht to calm me down.
