The secret to enduring well isn’t about pushing harder… it’s about staying connected.

I’ve been spending time in Moroni 7, and one phrase has stayed with me: “thinketh no evil.” In this episode, I share a personal story from my time as a swimmer and how it changed the way I understand what it means to endure to the end. Because sometimes endurance isn’t about survival or sheer effort it’s about moving through life in sections, staying present in the part of the race you’re in. And spiritually, I’ve noticed how often our thoughts not our circumstances create distance between us and God, ourselves, and others. But charity changes that. Charity the pure love of Christ helps us stay connected. 🤍 Connected to God. Connected to ourselves. Connected to others. Connected to hope. This episode is a gentle invitation to notice the stories you’re telling yourself, and let Christ reshape the way you see your life. Because when charity begins to interpret our lives, things feel more grounded… and more hopeful. ✨ If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or disconnected, I hope this conversation helps you feel closer again.

When the Picture Isn’t Clear Yet: Motherhood, Pressure, and Trusting There Is Enough with Lee Burdge

In this episode, Kirstin sits down with Lee Burdge a mother of three, grandmother of two, and chiropractor currently opening a new clinic to talk about the real experience of motherhood across seasons of life. Through a simple but powerful analogy of jigsaw puzzles, Lee shares how growth often feels slow and unclear at first, but becomes meaningful as we stay with it. Together, they explore the pressure many women feel to “have it figured out,” and how that pressure can be gently replaced with trust, perspective, and the truth that there is time and there is enough. Key Takeaways: *Motherhood often feels unclear in the moment, but clarity comes as we stay with the process *The pressure to “have it figured out by now” can be replaced with trust in timing *From a broader perspective, there is time and there is enough *Christ offers infinite resources to support us in our stewardship *You don’t need the full picture you just need the next piece Memorable Moments: *The jigsaw puzzle analogy and how it mirrors growth and motherhood *The shift in perspective that comes with time and experience *The reminder that we are not meant to carry everything on our own Connect With Me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shinemommyshine/ 🌐 Website: https://www.kirstinbaxtercoaching.com/ Email: [email protected] If this episode encouraged you, share it with another woman who might need the reminder that she’s not behind she’s building.

Pulling back the curtain: what I actually do as a coach

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what I actually do as a coach and what makes my approach different. For a long time, I didn’t fully recognize how the gifts God placed in me especially empathy and teaching were meant to work together to help others. As I began to understand my strengths and how God could use them, I started to see that our talents and spiritual gifts are often given very intentionally to bless others. I also share a story from one of my clients to show what this kind of Christ-centered coaching can look like in real life and how partnering with Him can lead to clarity, peace, and real transformation. Key Points From This Episode How discovering empathy as a strength changed the way I understood my purpose Why our natural gifts and spiritual gifts often work together in God’s plan The difference between trying to fix everything ourselves and partnering with Christ A real example of how one client experienced clarity and transformation Why the gifts God placed within you are not random—they’re invitations to bless others Connect With Me Instagram: Kirstin Baxter| LDS Love & Unity Coach (@shinemommyshine) • Instagram profile Radiant Motherhood Society: kirstinbaxtercoaching.com/rms Main Website: https://kirstinbaxtercoaching.com Email Me: [email protected] Leave a Review on Apple Podcasts Share Encouragement If this episode resonated with you, consider sharing it with a friend or posting it to your stories. In this episode of Shining Moments, I sit down with Arantza Condie — an adult convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a devoted stay-at-home, homeschooling mom as she shares her journey of growing up Catholic, stepping away from church, and eventually choosing baptism after a season of living a worldly lifestyle. Her story is raw, honest, and deeply hopeful. What stands out most is how each new round of challenge didn’t just strengthen her faith it deepened her relationship with the Savior, refined her understanding of herself, and expanded her capacity to love her family fiercely, even amid theological differences. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that resilience isn’t about surviving it’s about allowing Christ to transform us through the stretch. Who Am I? Yoking With Christ Through Identity & Weakness (Enoch)

When God called Enoch, He didn’t begin with the assignment. He began with identity: “Thou art my son.” In this first episode of Season 3, we explore what it really means to yoke ourselves with Christ — not by trying harder, but by understanding who we are and why weakness is part of covenant partnership. In this episode: Identity before assignment Repentance as returning, not shaming Why weakness is invitation (Ether 12:27) How vision shifts change how we show up If you’ve ever wondered, “Who am I to do this?” — this episode is for you. Hey mama—can you believe we’re already halfway through 2025? Summer is here (or almost here), and with it comes the pressure to make it “perfect.” But what happens when our good intentions turn into stress? In today’s episode, we’re diving into how perfectionism often masquerades as righteousness—and how we can finally untangle the two. Ask yourself: “Is this driven by fear or by love?” Trade performance for presence, and striving for stillness. ✨ PLUS: Grab your free cheat sheet to supercharge your peace and confidence  You are worthy of God’s love not because of what you do, but because of who you are. Shining Moment #16: Amber Pearce

Hey mama,  This week, I had the absolute joy of sitting down with Amber Dawn Pearce—a woman whose life story is as powerful as her testimony. Raised off-grid by convert hippie parents who joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Amber grew up in a family of 15, with 8 adopted siblings and a home that had dirt floors and no electricity or plumbing. Her childhood was anything but ordinary—and so is her perspective on faith, resilience, and divine purpose. ✨ In this episode, Amber shares: Her unique upbringing and what it taught her about love, connection, and seeing others through Christ’s eyes How her testimony and love for the scriptures started small (just “checking the box”) but blossomed into a deep, personal study that fuels her life The incredible shift she experienced after taking President Nelson’s plea to seek for and increase personal revelation—and how it’s accelerated her spiritual growth Her journey through debilitating insomnia, migraines, and vertigo, and how opposition became the very thing that deepened her relationship with God What it really means to fill the measure of your creation, and how we can trust God’s timing even when it doesn’t match our own Amber also introduced us to a beautiful new word: compersion—the opposite of jealousy. Imagine celebrating others' joy as if it were your own. What if we all lived like that? 🔗 Connect with Amber: Podcast: Hope Smiling Brightly with Amber Dawn Pearce Instagram: @amberdawnpearce Change Your Questions, Change Your Life by Wendy Watson Nelson 🎁 Bonus: Want to feel confident in making choices that are best for YOU and YOUR own family's circumstance? Episode #47: Do You Really Know Him?

Hey mama,    In this episode, I share my journey of striving to be the "best" disciple of Christ by overcomplicating spiritual practices—turning simple gospel principles into exhaustive checklists. I talk about how this perfectionist mindset led to overwhelming pressure, increased anxiety, and ultimately, a transactional view of faith, where I expected certain blessings in exchange for my diligent efforts. Drawing from Elder D. Todd Christofferson’s analogy of a "cosmic vending machine" and lessons from the Pharisees in the New Testament, I explore how rigid rule-following can sometimes hinder our ability to truly know Christ. Instead of focusing on love, we may mistakenly believe that our worthiness depends on flawlessly checking off spiritual to-dos. I also discuss the importance of shifting our focus to the greatest commandment: Love—loving God, loving ourselves, and loving others. By recognizing that Christ’s grace is the foundation of our discipleship, we can release unrealistic expectations, embrace our humanity, and find true peace in our relationship with Him. If you've ever felt the weight of perfectionism in your faith journey, this episode is for you. Let’s step away from the pressure and lean into the love and grace Christ offers us.   Go check it out!   Sending you lots of love, sweet mama!    Take care! Episode #46: Consecrate Thyself

Hey mama,    In this episode, we dive deep into the power of the word "consecrate" and explore how it relates to loving ourselves in a divine, God-honoring way. We often hear about loving God and loving others, but what about “as thyself”? Have we unintentionally left out a crucial part of the great commandment? I share how my study of the 1820s definition of consecrate—to set apart as sacred and dedicated to God—opened my eyes to the way we can view our efforts, our struggles, and even our everyday moments as holy and meaningful. What if loving ourselves isn’t selfish, but actually part of consecrating our lives to God? We'll explore powerful truths like: ✨ The connection between our divine identity and our ability to love ourselves ✨ How small, everyday acts of motherhood are actually sacred offerings ✨ The difference between begrudging obligation vs. intentional consecration ✨ Why giving God our imperfect 1% is still enough Through scripture, prophetic counsel, and real-life application, I’ll challenge you to see your daily efforts—even the laundry, carpool, and repeated pep talks to your kids—as an offering to God. Listen in, and let’s redefine what it means to love ourselves in a way that honors who God created us to be. 👉 Hit play now and let’s dive in!   Are you following me on Instagram yet?  Well, what are you waiting for. Episode # 45: The Struggle and Importance of Receiving

Hey mama,   Have you ever considered the idea that maybe you struggle to RECEIVE?  It can often feel so much more comfortable to GIVE to others, and it requires extra thinking and humility to actually RECEIVE, right?  Well, in today’s episode, I break this concept down and talk about how scarcity and abundance actually play a role in all of this, and I give some tips for how we can practice not just BELIEVING that receiving is good, but also HOW to actually DO it!! Episode #44: Getting Out of Our Own Comfort Zones

Hey Mama,   Have you ever thought about the different challenges and uncomfortable things that happen in your life as opportunities to grow?  I readily admit that there are times when I just feel weary and like I need a break.  But when I can see the struggle as an opportunity, not only does it open up my agency to fully believe that I can choose what to do next (which is important). But also, I can find ways to come to Christ and access his power throughout those challenges and “growth zones”. I talk about all of this (AND MORE) in today’s episode. Episode #42: The God of Grace and Truth

Hey Mama! I’m really excited about this week’s episode for two reasons.  First, I had a realization for how I can streamline all of my topics to teach my two main pillars in my coaching (1st & 2nd great commandments and unity).  So I am using this for the first time in this episode, and it turned out GREAT! And second, I have been so excited about this particular topic since I first heard Brad Wilcox’s talk in October.  The whole talk was INCREDIBLE (and I’ll include the link below), but when he talked about Christ being the God of Grace and Truth, my mind started turning and turning (and still is going to this day).  Follow along as I share how this really is an incredible title for Christ and what it means for us. Shining Moment #14: Mothers Who Did What it Took

Hey mama,  I am excited for this new addition to our Shining Moments segments.  I am now highlighting historical moms as well as having guest interviews. Today’s stories were quite inspiring for me to read about and share- especially under the theme of “mothers who did what it took”. I’d love to hear your thoughts about these amazing women, and even share other women you’d like for me to highlight in future episodes.   Would you do something for me? WOuld you take a second and review my podcast on Apple podcast? Episode #41: Feeling Stuck vs. Creating Flow

Hey Mama!   Do you ever have a big light bulb moment, where everything just makes more sense? In today’s episode, I share a recent light bulb moment for me. I had always struggled with the way it was taught “to be damned”. It felt too vindictive and forceful.  And as I studied and prayed to understand it differently, a way that made more sense with the way I understood God and His plan of salvation, I was given a beautiful image that made everything “flow (wink, wink)” more smoothly.  Go have a listen. And send me your thoughts about this vision.   You know, sometimes we need a little extra help to get “unstuck” from our various circumstances, and although we DESIRE to have Christ’s help, it can be challenging to know how to access his power, comfort and assistance.  With this understanding in mind, I have created a 7 Day Challenge, “7 Days Closer to Christ” where I guide you in learning how to access Christ in the very moments when you need him most - from the overwhelm of a messy house, to the anxiety of how to help your children, or even the isolation and loneliness of struggling with friendships.  Join me in this challenge and you will find a much greater flow straight from the source (The Living Water, himself).   Sending you lots of love, sweet mama!   Take care!

Hey Mama,   Have you noticed a stronger pull, recently, with regards to either finding doubts and negative aspects of religion that tear people’s hearts and can place a wedge in relationship OR finding stronger evidence of the gospel being led by God and Jesus Christ?  In fact, there have been a lot of struggles with differences of opinion in many places: politics, health care, parenting, self-care, and on and on.  Today’s episode will not dive into those finer points of each hot topic.  Rather, I will share a different way to see people, to connect with (rather than distance from) those who view things differently than us.  We will answer the questions of “Are unity and diversity both attainable?” and “How can I let my light shine while sustaining someone else who sees/does things very differently than me?”   Also, will you do me a quick favor?  Can you send me a quick note to let me know what you have liked in my podcasts as well as what you would like to see in the future? Maybe a particular topic, or types of guests, or a change of some sort?  I actually greatly appreciate feedback. So thank you.   Take care, sweet mama!   Kirstin   P.S. Have you checked out my website yet? And the different things we have there?

    Episode #39: My Health Journey

Hey Mama!   I’m going to get really raw and vulnerable with you today.  I am going to talk about fears, setbacks, and steps forward in my health journey.  My word of the year for 2024 was “heal” so I will reflect on why I chose the word, how it impacted my focus and intentions for the year, and what progress I have made because of it.  I will even share what my word for 2025 is.  If you haven’t tried this tradition out yet, I invite you to try it now. It is amazing the things that happen with this word as your guide.   I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to listen to my podcasts.  I know how busy life gets and with so many possible ways you can direct your attention, I am so grateful that you have chosen my little corner of the world.  As always, I would love to hear your thoughts about what you’ve heard, any other ideas you might have for future episodes, and any connections you have made.   Take care,   Kirstin Baxter   P.S. Episode #35: Gratitude, Giving, and Living in Abundance

Hey mama,    Happy Thanksgiving! It’s always  a good time to pause and be grateful for our blessings.  But what if there was even more than gratitude that can elevate and increase both our connection with God AS WELL AS our joy.  It is the four steps of the Abundance Cycle. In this episode I will share each of these four steps how to live in greater abundance, including gratitude and joy.   Also, please remember that my 7 Day challenge - 7 Days Closer to Christ is available now and it is a FANTASTIC time to take advantage of a week of boosting your relationship with Christ.  With the political stress we are all feeling (regardless of which way you voted), with the holidays coming up, and with the state of the world… deepening that connection with Christ is just a huge gift that you can give yourself.   Sending you warm hugs, sweet mama!   Take care, Kirstin Baxter   P.S. Shining Moment #11: Justine Anderson

Hey sweet mama!   In today’s episode, you’ll be able to get to know Justine Anderson better.  She is a wonderful mother of 4 active children (from teens to elementary kids). She lives in Utah, and loves exploring different aspects of an enriching life with her children. She loves all things horses, country and rodeo; she gives her whole heart to God, herself, and others (especially her children); and she has a way of bringing smiles to others’ faces, whether through her incredible humor or her fun personality.    Have you shared your story yet?  It would actually be so much fun to have a chat together and discover your beauty and power in motherhood, through your own shining moments episode.  And I know the first question you might ask is “But do I really have something to share?”  The answer is always yes!!! And if you are unsure about your story, no worries. We can discover it in our chat.  Just shoot me an email and let me know that you’d like to chat, and the worse that could happen is that we’d have a fun conversation and leave it at that.     Sending you a huge bear hug! Episode #34: Unity and Love

Hey mama,   The world is in commotion, isn’t it?!  And especially with political climate being very sensitive and hot right now, it can be challenging to navigate relationships with others, especially with those we disagree with.  In today’s episode, I dive into scriptural examples of how this kind of climate has not just been taught about, but also navigated, but and where the “happiest people” were able to dwell together.  And doesn’t world peace sound like such a long way off from where we are right now?   Remember that sharing is caring.  If you think of someone who also struggles with the community climate all around us, please share this episode with her.  Each mommy could use a little boost to her day and to feel supported in her challenges. Episode #33: Slow Down

Hey mama,   FRANTIC is a common emotion that mamas can feel.  Frantic to have their child reach the different milestones. Frantic to have the bills paid.  Frantic to get the house clean.  Frantic to get the to-do’s done.  And while we use that emotion to help us move along and keep a steady pace, it actually can harm our well-being over time.  In today’s episode we will talk about the benefits of taking a slower approach as well as how to incorporate Jesus into it all. And learn to partner with Him in the big and little parts of your life.   Remember that sharing is caring.  If you think of someone who also struggles with the common mommy frantic feelings, please share this episode with her.  Each mommy could use a little boost to her day and to feel supported in her challenges.     And as I mentioned in the episode, my 7 Day challenge - 7 Days Closer to Christ is available now and it is a FANTASTIC time to take advantage of a week of boosting your relationship with Christ. Episode #32: Celebrate

Hey mama!Have you taken time, recently, to say “Good job, self. You really are doing pretty great.”  How about in the last couple of months - how often do you try to pat yourself on the back?  Did you know that Christ set the example of how to do this and to have it make a positive impact on your life?  We often fear that if we even take a tiny notice in that direction that we could be prideful or self-centered. But in this episode, we break down what celebration actually does for our minds and our spirits.  Check it out.  It’s pretty great!   I don’t know if you know this, but podcast growth is soo dependant on people sharing the episodes they like with others, and leaving a rating/comment.  It helps others find shows they may never have heard of - in fact, you sharing an episode with someone can really help brighten their day and give a perspective that will help them with something they are struggling with.  Would you take a minute and think of someone that could use a little reminder to celebrate and notice their good efforts, too?  Will you share this episode with them?  It would mean the world to me to know that someone felt a little more encouraged and supported in their efforts from listening to my podcast.   Take care, sweet mama!   Kirstin PS. Episode #31: The Eyes See What the Mind Conveys

Hey Mama! Have you ever looked for something and couldn’t see it, only for someone else to point it out to you?  You know the phrase, “If it was a snake, it would have bit ya.”  Well, today we will be talking about how there are times when this real scenario can make us feel stuck when we struggle to see past our negative circumstances.  It can be so hard when all we see is hard and bad stuff. But I’ll share the part of the Law of Creation that really works well for this very struggle.   I have a favor.  Do you enjoy my messages of peace, encouragement, hope, and Jesus?  Will you take one second right now to think of someone else that you can send my podcast to? I am praying to know how to find the people who God is preparing me to help.  And who knows, you can also be an instrument in His hands, helping them find me, too.  We all are meant to serve and uplift in our own way, and if we can encourage and uplift others through these researched and prayed about episodes, we can know that we are doing good. Thank you so much!   Sending you HUGE hugs, mommy!   Kirstin   Guess what!!!  My 7 Day Challenge is LIVE and ready for you to go and check it out.  It’s pretty amazing!!!! Shining Moment #10: Sarah Heyder

Hey mama,    I have enjoyed interviewing different women on this segment. Each mother has a unique and valuable story, with ways that she uses her mind, heart, and spirit to show up for herself and her family.  Today’s guest is so fun because she shares a perspective of “a day in the life of a mom” and how she works through the situations with grace and love. Sarah Heyder got married at 34 years old and has been married for 9 years, learning to do things at an older age than most around her.  She homeschools 3 of her 4 young children and lives in Idaho.     We all approach life differently, and it sure was inspiring to learn from Sarah’s ability to take each day as it comes, learn through the big and little moments, and share them with others to try and encourage/relate/help them.  It is so important that we learn how to embrace who we are, like Sarah has, and learn to connect with God and seek to understand who he has made us to become and what we (individually) are here to do.  I seek to help as many moms as I can to feel their true worth, power and significance and I need your help to do it.  The more you share it with others, the more people will find this show.  And whether or not they absolutely love it, they can pass it on to others who may have been praying for it. And the work can continue to grow.   Sending you HUGE hugs, mommy!   Kirstin  Struggling to know if you are doing/being enough and caught in the shame/blame cycle?   Take my Guided Journey: The Path to Mommy Confidence

    Episode #30: Heavenly Father's Love

Hey Mama!I want to give you a gift in today’s episode.  I want to treat you to a perspective of God’s love that leaves you feeling greater peace and acknowledging that wherever you are at right now, he loves you perfectly.  We all know that God sees our divine potential and wants us to reach high to accomplish amazing things. But over time, we have built up a mistaken belief that unless we are ALWAYS reaching that high, that he will be disappointed in us.  But that is so not the case. He loves us ALWAYS.  He definitely will encourage us to keep progressing, but it was always part of his plan to have times when we can push harder and other times when we struggle to keep our head up.  And all of it was ok. Episode #29: Be Your Own Best Friend

Hey Mama!Recently I was chatting with a bunch of fun ladies that I just met at a vendor fair.  I noticed one’s care and desire to serve others (and complimented her). And I saw how the other person desired to have uplifting and cute things for her home, and I complimented her on that.  And wouldn’t you know…they both brushed off the compliments, sharing some reason about how they aren’t as good as they would like, or someone else could do it better. How often would you find yourself in that same trap?  In today’s episode, we talk about the importance of taking care of our relationships WITH OURSELVES, and receiving kindness from US.    I have a favor.  Do you enjoy my messages of peace, encouragement, hope, and Jesus?  Will you take one second right now to think of someone else that you can send my podcast to? Shining Moments #9 with Marion Cook

Hello there, I am so excited to share my interview with Marion Cook, here today.  I have always admired and loved Marion, since I met her in 2020.  She is best friends and business partners with Angie Carswell (who was my 3rd shining moment interview).  Marion lives in Texas, has two grown sons, serves others from her authentically caring/uplifting personality, and has mentored others all along her way. She and Angie have a fun show called “the Marion and Angie Show” where they teach others how to love God and love and care for themselves, so they can give (out of their abundance) to others.  And with all of this,go check out her interview. I seek to help as many moms as I can to feel their true worth, power and significance and I need your help to do it.  The more you share it with others, the more people will find this show.  And whether or not they absolutely love it, they can pass it on to others who may have been praying for it. Episode #27: Scarcity and Abundance

Hey Mama!Today I will share with you two vulnerable and real stories of mine that help in understanding how we, as moms, might find ourselves in two different scarcity traps consistently.  One of them even happens to deal with the fact that this episode is coming out much later in the day than I was hoping (and how I was able to work through the needed mind shift).  If you tend to worry, or wonder where your place is, you’ll love this episode.    I have a favor.  Do you enjoy my messages of peace, encouragement, hope, and Jesus?  Will you take one second right now to think of someone else that you can send my podcast to? Episode #26: Why are we people pleasers?

Hey Mama!I have noticed that within the different Christian communities, there are a lot of people who struggle with people pleasing.  There can be quite a confusion of what “Christlike” behavior looks like vs. feeling like setting boundaries is a bad thing.  In this episode, I’ll share what people pleasing looks like, and 6 different traps that people pleasers often fall into, and what to do instead.  Having struggled with people pleasing myself (off and on), I know that this is a good one!!    I have a favor.  Do you enjoy my messages of peace, encouragement, hope, and Jesus?  Will you take one second right now to think of someone else that you can send my podcast to? Episode #25: You Are a Hero

Hey Mama!Have you ever given a talk in church and spent a lot of time preparing it, and you feel the spirit witness the truth of it, and then you feel grateful that everything went well?  I had the opportunity to speak in my ward’s sacrament meeting last Sunday, and it was a very interesting experience for me.  I prayed to know what to speak about, and I sought to follow the Holy Ghost in preparing my remarks, but I wrote three other talks before this one.  And when I started writing this one, I wasn’t quite sure WHY I felt the spirit leading me this way, but after I spoke, and I received kind words from others, it struck me how often we can struggle with this very topic: Our Divine Potential I have a favor. Episode #24: Productivity & Spiritual/Physical Creation

Hey Mama!Do you ever struggle trying to balance staying productive and getting your to-do list done and caring for yourself & healing?  I totally hear you on that one.  In fact, I really love checking things off of my to-do list. It helps me feel like I’m on the right track.  But in today’s episode, I share some vulnerable examples of ways that I have learned to prioritize spiritual creation (and healing) as items on my list, just as much as I might have doing laundry or making dinner.     I have a favor.  Do you enjoy my messages of peace, encouragement, hope, and Jesus?  Will you take one second right now to think of someone else that you can send my podcast to? Shining Moments #8: Wendi Bergin

Hey mommy!   In today’s episode, we get to know Wendi Bergin!   She is such a fun and wonderful woman.  She is an amazing resource for all things preparedness (she seriously knows it all - even how to make elderberry syrup).  She has her own business and podcast (Joyfully Prepared) and she is a wonderful mother. She homeschooled each of her kids, which is worth a trophy right there, and I am just so excited to share her heart and inspirational words with you all.    Wendi has such an incredible light and it shines brightly.  She has a wonderful perspective and I can see why her children love her.  As she talked about the bantering that she has with the Lord, I could see a kind of confidence in her, that allows space for her to work through her different thoughts before making a decision and a knowledge that God is ok with her wrestling attempts with him.  I seek to help as many moms as I can to feel their true worth, power and significance and I need your help to do it.  The more you share it with others, the more people will find this show.  And whether or not they absolutely love it, they can pass it on to others who may have been praying for it. Episode 23: Boundaries and Relationships

Hey Mama!Today we get to talk about another word that can be uncomfortable to think about: Boundaries. We will talk about how they actually are so important: think about guardrails for example.  It is so important to recognize the value of helping guide others to know how to show love and support in a way that you can appreciate and receive.  It is also important to honor the agency and individual learning that others need to have, too.  I hope you enjoy it.   Do you know someone who also struggles with their own boundaries?  It means the world to me that you take the time to listen, and I would love for you to share this podcast with others who would also benefit from the messages.   Sending you HUGE hugs, mommy!   Kirstin   Follow me on Instagram: kirstinbaxter.coach   Follow me on Facebook: Kirstin Baxter Coaching   Check out my website: kirstinbaxtercoaching.com   Wanna work together, mommy?  I’m here to help you start to awaken your divine power and purpose:   Step 1:  Struggling to know if you are doing/being enough and caught in the shame/blame cycle?  Take my guided journey: The Path to Mommy Confidence   Step 2: Deepen Your relationship with Christ and take His name upon you: Join my 7 day challenge, “7 Days Closer to Christ” (Coming Soon) Step 3: Wanna private session with me to get to know my coaching style and really dive deep  into making progress on your confidence and purposeful living. Episode 22: Is Caring for YOU Selfish?

Hey Mama!We ALL know that nutrition, fitness, sleep, reading, and other things, are all important. And we want our minds, hearts, and bodies to work well for all of the different things we need to care for.  But when it comes down to it, there are so many things that we need to do, and so little time to do it all. Plus, if we put ourselves down, that is just selfish, right?   In today’s episode, we will work through the worry that we might have that we are being selfish or self-centered to take care of ourselves first.  We will discuss different reasons why putting ourselves as a priority is actually a god-fearing and loving thing to do.  You will leave this episode more encouraged and confident that you matter and caring for YOU is a very GOOD thing, even if it takes time to learn how to balance that with the other aspects of your life.   Do you know someone who also struggles with the worries about  It means the world to me that you take the time to listen, and I would love for you to share this podcast with others who would also benefit from the messages.
