We have made it to the saddest part of the year for us basketball fans, the end of the NBA season. But we will get to watch a great match-up between the Boston Celtics and the Golden State Warriors. We will see who brings home this year's Larry O'Brien trophy. There are some intriguing matchups and some X-factors that could decide this year's champion. This should be a fun competitive final. Fingers crossed.

From fitness training practices to what things basketball players should be focusing on if they want to see performance growth on the court and much much more.

This week we have a conversation with the super talented artist from Chicago, Illinois who runs Pixel Hall Of Fame. A project that was started back in 2016 to celebrate some of his favorite athletes and some of their most iconic moments via 8 and 16 bit animations and static images. Keenan gives a glimpse into his design process as well as what its been like to be a fan of the Chicago Bulls over the years.

This week we are back to give you all our votes for who will win each event during this weekend's NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland, Ohio. And all touch on the All-Star voting system and changes that can and should be made.

We dive in to discuss why they don't get a fair shot, why are the GMs so quick to fire them and why aren't there more than 6 black coaches out of the 30 NBA teams. What If? What if the NBA tried out a new format for the playoffs? Here's how it will go down. No longer will the top 8 teams from each conference make the playoffs, rather the top 16 teams in the entire league make the playoffs. Sounds different and awesome right? We know this topic has been debated throughout the regular season, but we thought that we'd bring something fun to the table. So we sat down and seeded this new playoff format and discuss the match ups that we came up with. Let us just say there would be some AMAZING first and second match ups if things went our way.
