Michael’s path to becoming a fractional CFO and business strategist wasn't a straight line.After studying accounting at Babson College and beginning his career as a financial analyst, he went on to build and operate several businesses.One of his early successes came from Ski Town USA, which he helped grow from $2.5 million to $8 million in five years. Building a successful business is often measured by revenue, growth, and profitability, but at a certain point, every entrepreneur is forced to ask a deeper question: what have I built that can survive and thrive without me? In this conversation, Gregory Kovsky draws on more than 30 years of experience in business brokerage and hundreds of completed transactions to explain what truly makes a privately held business valuable, transferable, and attractive to buyers. This conversation is unlike many of the interviews you've heard me give over the past year. Priyanka Khandalkar's story is one of courage, reinvention, and alignment. Originally from India, Priyanka moved to the United States to pursue her master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. About KD Angle: KD Angle is a successful market trader and investment strategy designer with  experience in both futures and stocks. He started his trading career in 1979 during the last  great inflationary period of the late 1970’s.   Some of his accomplishments include:   1). Starting his own market letter which gave specific trading advice in the early 80’s  and was reported in Forbes Magazine as being the best ranked market newsletter in its class  for 1986 and 1987. His publication peaked with subscribers in eight countries.   2). In the 1990s, KD began managing money using his own rules based strategies and  later went on to earn more than 150 performance awards from a respected performance  reporting company known as BarclayHedge over the next 20 years. He retired that career  after managing assets of up to 200 million dollars but continues to trade his own capital.   3). Angle has been featured as an expert in his field in two books. One published earlier  in his career known as the ‘Four Cardinal Principles of Trading’ written by Bruce Babcock  published in 1996, with the second book more recently published known as ‘The Mental  Edge in Trading’ written by Jason Williams MD, published in 2012.   4). Angle became interested in the markets after watching his father turn 2 million  dollars into 100 million dollars in the great gold bull market of 1979 and wrote a book to  memorialize that experience entitled ‘100 Million Dollars In Profits’. KD has had several  articles published in Stocks and Commodities Magazine and was featured after the liquidity  crisis of 2008 and as a top trader in Futures Magazine. He was a Keynote speaker for the  annual conference in New York held by the Chartered Market Technician Association in  2015.   5). Today, marks a huge milestone for the Show Up with Priyanka Podcast: it’s our 100th episode! Thank you so much for tuning each week and for making the show what it is today - we couldn’t do it without you.We made it!! Triple digits!!! 100 is the beginning of a new chapter that we are opening as we enter the uncharted, the unknown, and the incredibly promising year of 2022.  In 2020 I launched my podcast…👉When I first launched the show after working on 28 days to launch it ..I wanted to have it perfect the first time ..But I had announced the date of launch to be in 28 days , so keep the promise I went forward with launching it imperfectly and getting it done.>> A year, two years in I was still doing the show with a small following, knowing there are listeners tuning in every week to listen and I should not stop - keep going.>>Fast forward to today 100 episodes in and I AM SO PROUD of this moments and all that I have become🚀🚀>>Becoming Top 3 to Top 60 of all time in the Entrepreneurship category in US, Canada, South America, Austria, Japan, Taiwan, India, Norway, Indonesia, Arab countriesAll because when I failed I kept going. When I felt like quitting I never even considered it. I was told podcasters quit after 8 episodes as per industry average .
