For this episode we have a special guest join us, Ms. Magnolia Buelow! She is our miracle child that "science" said would never be. However, God said she would be and she definitely is a healthy and spunky little girl! Listen in as Maggie shares her "wisdom" and also her God given faith. As we go, Steph and I can't help be overcome by the faith God gives to children and adults alike to trust when so much is unknown and scary. God sometimes has to take all security away before we are ready to have faith like that, but in the end, such faith is worth more than everything else combined. How do you handle yourself when things are beyond your control? Especially when it has to do with people you care about, even children that are innocent and unaware of the dangers around them, how do you cope when your hands are tied? Steph and Titus delve into some crossover situations where being in the world but not of it collide. Should we celebrate Holloween as Christians? Does Santa Claus help communicate the true meaning of Christmas or take away from the greatest gift of all? Easter Bunny: a distraction? What about tattoos... a pagan practice or a neutral question? Is makeup telling God he didn't do a good enough job? We wrestle with all these questions and more to get to the heart of our hearts as we make decisions as children of God in a messed up world.

In this slice of humble pie, we interview our oldest son to hear the perspective of a teenager in 2023 about life, faith, identity and purpose. His honest answers give a taste of what it means to be a Christian during one of the big chapter changes of life. P.S. We are proud of this young man!

He can use our sins and their consequences to accomplish greater good than we could have imagined. This is the process of repentance that allows us to see personally and see in others the fullness of raw grace. God truly makes us new and we are given a new life in him.
