Slightly Mental
by Sam Ortyl
This podcast is all about honest, raw conversations about mental health and related subjects. I want to bring to your attention stories of people with a lived experience and wisdom of those who do some amazing work in that space. My aim is to challenge the stereotypes and the old narrative that there are people “with mental health” and people who are “normal”.We are all a little bit crazy in our own way, slightly mental if you will.
